Will definitely be going back thanks for an amazing time ♥️
We were given quite a large room facing the pool. Housekeeping came and cleaned every day so no negatives.
Yes the hotel needs upgrading.
The food… My daughter has ADHD/ASD… all light coloured foods. She managed to eat every meal ( we were all inclusive). The food was a little repetitive but we didn’t starve. I did suggest to management they needed to actually put what each of the offerings were because it was a guess what it is every time.
The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming.
My daughter spent most of our holiday in the pool, which is great.
I know a lot of people have dissed the hotel/ food and such but I looked at what I’d paid just for the hotel( not flights) and split it for the 7 days… £45 for the both of us each night all food, all drinks, entertainment and a room for the night which was cleaned daily… I can’t knock it.
The reception staff as well as the general housekeeper are top notch, their welcome, they are very responsive and their feedback very quick. Dedication to Youcef at the reception.
The catering staff is very nice, the waiters are blah, not smiling, except with foreigners, and this point can seriously harm the hotel.
We stayed in rooms 1416 and 1417, they were very decent, quiet, spacious and a view of a beautiful garden.
The beach, and the swimming pool, a big highlight, were really very pleasant and well maintained.
The animation is correct and nothing more.
The parking lot is not very big but you can easily find a space.
The architecture of the hotel and its greenery are very good.
Negative points
The servers at the restaurant, and especially at the all-inclusive bar, are not smiling, do not say hello, sometimes a certain aggressiveness.
The buffet is not varied, lack of diversity in the menus from starters to desserts especially the starters I give 3/10 for the catering, sometimes we had lunch outside even if we were all inclusive.
We were all inclusive and the drinks were served by the glass and it's very serious, I've never seen any other part of it.
Overall it was good, we enjoyed it.

As a paying customer, I expect the hotel to be clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my case. When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the room was very dirty and had stains. There was also a musty smell throughout the room. When I looked at it, I even discovered mold on the walls and in the shower.
I would like to stress that I find these conditions unacceptable. As a travel company, you should ensure that the accommodation you offer meets the applicable hygiene and cleanliness standards. Staying in such an environment is not only unpleasant, but also harmful to health. For a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ hotel, this is pure rip-off
I suffer from a chronic illness and work hard for my money As a paying customer, I expect the food during my trip to be adequate and tasty. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my case. The choice of dishes was very limited and repeated daily. In addition, the quality of the food was very poor. The food was often cold, tasteless and sometimes even inedible. (See pictures)
As for the internet
As for the internet, the connection in the hotel's corridors was too weak
Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and stability of the internet during my stay.
As a paying customer, I expect the hotel to have an adequate and reliable internet connection. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my case. The internet connection in the hotel's corridors was extremely weak and unstable. It was hardly possible to connect or use the internet for simple tasks such as checking emails or surfing the internet.
But they sell sim cards for 5 euros for 1 GB

A copy with photos goes to Check 24
With pictures and with rating and Bnr
A stay fee would also be required from me.

We've never been to such a dirty and disgusting hotel.
(We paid a lot and thought we booked something great...but was probably nothing)
The hotel's own beach section is very very unkempt, not a single lounger was in order, especially to mention the beach boy - an old man named Salah. He's repetitive - we were 3 women and he kept trying to touch us, even kiss us - a disgusting man.
But I would like to praise the nice older waiter who tried to keep some order in the dirty dining room, but alone, with the Help center of a young woman, he could not get up against the dirt and clutter on the tables. There was actually enough staff - actually ....
The beach itself and the sea are fantastic.
Unfortunately, there is nothing going on in the area around the hotel, so you always have to rely on a taxi.
And don't fall for the free sightseeing trip to Nabeul....it's a ride to a carpet dealer. It was touted to us as a great trip.
In the end, you drove with a hotel employee in the taxi directly to this carpet trade and after spending a lot of money there, on the direct way back to the hotel - no sightseeing, jerking around, nothing more

Nesrine is not just a hotel, but also a place where you can feel like at home.
The staff in every area is incredibly kind. The bartenders, waiters, and the gentleman on the beach who manages the loungers are all always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the bartender on the beach, who made our stay even more enjoyable, and of course, we cannot forget the number one employee, the head of security, who was also very kind and helpful.
The animators are fantastic, very sociable, and they never force you to participate if you don't want to. They are always smiling and full of energy. There are many different activities, including sports, dancing, and activities for children, etc.
The food is delicious! There is a large variety, and if anyone thinks the food is bad or repetitive, I recommend staying at home or eating at McDonald's :)
The rooms are spacious and nice, cleaned daily. Thanks to the lady who took care of our room 2116!
I recommend a private trip from the hotel to Carthage and Sidi Bou Said, the price is much better than through 3rd party companies, and the experience is amazing. The lovely lady at the reception will organise and explain everything.
The hotel has a very nice, intimate atmosphere. There is a beautiful pool and, above all, a fantastic beach with white sand and azure sea. A beautiful flower-lined path leads to the beach.
We will definitely return to Nesrine!
There are 3 children and 2 adults in our family aged 16 (twins) and 12 year old
Our rooms were ok dated but big, shower you had to hold as the holder was broken, fridge so old never had any water in there or drinks, air conditioning in my room kept breaking down working for 20 minutes then shut off maintenance called 3 times and couldn't fix it! But I could just about live with it.
Food though absolutely horrible! Same thing every single day! Nothing for my kids no chips burgers etc just lots of tasteless pasta and salad each and every meal time. Breakfast the same daily boiled eggs some ham and rubbish crepes you had to queue ages for! if you got to the restaurant after 7.30pm there was not meat dishes at all they were gone. Food was bland and never anything nice to eat.
Did complain and restaurant manager who was lovely made chicken and chips every lunchtime ( gave up with dinner so just ate out even though we were all inclusive) only one all inclusive bar outside near pool full of flies there were bars inside but was only for half and full board they got waiter service we didn't!
Everything is geared to those who aren't all inclusive which having spent £4k I really wasn't happy about spoke to reception staff/managers who promised this and that but apparently giving us nuggets and chips daily was the best they could do!
There was supposed to be snack bar on beach there wasn't it was closed there were other restaurants on beach but were told not for all inclusive!
Hotel clearly prefers half and full boarders and they get preferential treatment. Bar near beach was so far away from sunbeds it was ridiculous beach full of seaweed ended up going to beach further away.
No snacks available until 2pm and it was just soggy slice of pizza available only open for 2 hours ,again half and full boarders got whole pizza delivered to their sunbeds!
Wifi completely rubbish only available in reception when it worked!
Hotel clearly shouldn't have all inclusive status all those Instagram posts showing the fabulous array of food is clearly not real! Queues for food were ridiculous there were a lot of Algerian guests who came for 2 to 3 days and piled food high on plates and so much was wasted.
If other guests saw you were all inclusive they would try and hassle my husband to get them free drinks from all inclusive bar!
Entertainment staff did the same!
Absolutely nothing for my kids to do just a crappy pool table with one cue!
An absolute waste of money spent most evenings outside Hotel having to get food.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

The buffet restaurant was also a letdown. The trays were often empty, and when refilled, guests would swarm like ants to grab whatever they could. We considered ourselves lucky if we managed to get some salad and a piece of bread. Drinks were not available 24/7, and cocktails came at an additional cost, which was not clearly stated beforehand.
When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, their response was simply, "It is what it is." On top of that, the tourist tax was almost double what our travel agency had communicated.
Although the animation team worked hard, their activities were almost exclusively aimed at young children. Many of the hotel facilities were either dirty or in disrepair, and the entire property is in desperate need of renovation.
Overall, a disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations based on the description provided.
