We had a very nice room with direct pool access wich was always clean and filled with amenities. There is a nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection. The hotel is located 15 min away from Hua Hin by bus, but they offer a very good and punctual shuttle service. On top of that the staff members were very attentive. A special thanks to Sam who was especially friendly and welcoming! We would highly recommend this place and come again.

My wife and i had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Ace of Hua Hin, in a Double Deluxe Pool Access room. The room was spacious, very clean and had all amnities including A/C. Staff was extraordinary friendly and as it was we were celebrating my wife's birthday they surprised her with a little, very tasty chocolate cake. We can high recommend this hotel and will definetely return when travelling again to Hua Hin.

Very good service and facilities. We were first served by Kris at the reception. He was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. He also asked for suggestions to improve their service. All staff members from the the restaurant servants to the house cleaning ladies were professional and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the Ace of Huahin Resort to other people.

This is not in Hua Hin but in an isolated area half way between Hua Hin and Cha-am. So you will be quite limited in outside activities unless you have a car and can drive 15 minutes. There are little to no activities on premises with a very limited menu. So maybe this is great for some isolation and relaxing in your room with a view of the sea? Not so fast. The rooms are designed such that only the single largest suite has a sea view. All other rooms and suites have a garden or pool view. I was upsold a 500thb/night upgrade on the implication I would have a sea view but it was just a pool view but it is a small pool with your neighbors rooms right across it so that you have no privacy. I also second the complaint about the toilet glass door which does not serve any purpose other than for you to bang your feet or head into. All in all it I wish I would have stayed in Hua Hin proper or Cha-am. On the plus side the rooms are clean, there is room service even if it is a bit spotty and and you can walk to the beach.

We spent new year's eve' here but ended up very disappointed! The seafood's not fresh, it smelled and had a chalky / mushy texture. Other menus weren't delicious as well. Only salad and dessert was good. Too expensive and low quality. Not recommended at all!

The hotel was beautiful and such a perfect place for resting and the area was perfectly for taking photo. However, my family were reserve the tropical suite private pool for 2 days 1 night the room was good and comfort until the night comes my dad decide to go swimming in the private pool but we can't open the pool lights. Next, we call the staff and the answer we got is maybe the lights were broken and have to wait for tomorrow after finish with the pool my dad was going to watch tv and still the tv can't open. But most of all the breakfast was delicious and yeah just about the room that was bad.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Quick checked in and fully details were given while escorting me to the room. They also allowed me for late check out. The location is a bit far from the town but it’s good for those who want to relax. Last but not least, I would like to thank you Alisa for the exceptional and professional service. It's a nice hotel in between Hua Hin and Cha Am, so if you have no car, it can be a bit isolated, though they do have a shuttle service to HH. Rooms are a good size and nice. We had access to the pool and comfy day bed, which was nice. Breakfast was good. Infinity pool nice and for the size of the hotel, lacking in the numbers of decent sunbeds. if I'm really honest, I found the hotel soulless. There is an area opposite reception where there's a pool table and coffee shop and no one was ever in there. The only bar they have is at the restaurant right at the back of the hotel. Also I have to say having been to Cambodian hotels and in a fabulous hotel here in Hua Hin on this trip as I write this review and comparing staff to the Ace we found the staff here a lot less personable even bordering friendly and we were there for 7 nights. One particular morning I was greeted at breakfast by a staff member clearly wasn't happy, he took my room number took me to a table but I asked if I could have the one next to it which had just been vacated and had a bit of mess, he took it away then never came back and lay the table for us! Not an issue, we just laughed about it, but a few instances, which is why I won't score this a 5. There's a fab restaurant at the bottom of the road right on the corner, great food and cheap. Overall, a nice stay.

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was awesome! The room and pool I saw are just the same as their hotel photos. There’s an FN outlet about 15 minutes walk and 7 eleven also. It would be nice if hotel can add more local food in their restaurant. Overall it was nice stay there.

The hotel was good. The room is big. Nice bathrooms. We chose two room pool access. Is really nice the kids enjoyed is so much. When we come the hotel is really empty only some family.. so they give us the breakfast in the room only in the last day we go to the buffet. But their staffs is so great… and so helpful
