This hotel is included with all flights from Australia to Europe with Korean Airlines (and possibly other countries as well). The trip is broken into 2 x 10 hour flights and you get to spend a very comfortable night and morning here with return transfers and breakfast included as part of your ticket. You can eat dinner at the hotel at your own expense.
(Note: you must book the hotel at the time of ticket purchase to ensure availability.)
Honestly, it's the only civilised way to fly to Europe from Australia. This was my second time with them and this hotel is a massive upgrade from the previous trip years before.
The hotel was lovely and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and a good shower, while the 'robot' toilet was a treat.
Happily, there was an electric kettle and tea & coffee provisions, plus a fridge to keep milk cold. The WIFI was strong and the TV had some English channels.
Even though it's on one side of the airport, there was no noise.
The breakfast was a-mazing with chefs ready to custom-make anything you wanted, while the buffet was very well stocked and the late pickup time (10.30am for London, other destinations were earlier or later), means you can linger over coffee and pastries.
I very highly recommend this hotel and stopover program!

This is probably my favourite hotel for business trips. It's 10 minute (free) shuttle drive from Incheon Airport, the check in process is efficient, and the rooms and facilities are excellent. The room is comfortable, with maybe the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The bathrooms include shower and bathtub in one area, separated by glass wall from toilet (very modern, must have 30 buttons) and sink/mirror. My only complaint is that the bathtub doesn't accommodate taller people (I'm 185 cm, and could not sit in tub with legs straight, or even close to straight. )
The buffet breakfast is expensive, but its probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had, in terms of food options, quality, and availability.

We were staying in Seoul overnight and wanted to be close to the airport for our flight the next morning. We appreciated the 15 minute complimentary shuttle which took us to the Grand Hyatt. The shuttle operates every 20 minutes. On the return to the airport, there are 2 shuttle buses with different times depending on the terminal. We wanted to go to downtown Seoul for the evening and wasn't sure if the AREX Incheon Airport Express train from the airport or taking a cab was the better option. We chose the cab even though it was about $75 USD one way. To coordinate taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport, finding the express train and timing the departure of the train wasn't worth the effort even though it was cheaper. It was a short hour to Myeongdong Street which was the main tourist/shopping area.
We were very pleased with our spacious room with comfortable beds especially appreciated after a 12 hour flight. The breakfast buffet was included with the room and what a fantastic selection of western and Korean choices!
Excellent room, beautiful hotel with friendly service, fabulous breakfast buffet, complimentary hotel shuttle and at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend and would definitely return.

I stayed here during quarantine for two weeks. The room was unsanitary, unclean. Debris, hair, crumbs, stains, on the floors. The bathroom curtain was yellowed and 1/3 covered in mold/mildew, the drains, sinks, and bathtub looked like they'd not been cleaned and floors not vacuumed between guests. The electric kettle had mold and food residues on it. Night stand and drawers had hair, dust, and small crumbs/debris. Even the closet had maybe 1/8th inch of filth. It was a terrifying 2 week quarantine given the lack of sanitary care. My complaints to the number provided were unanswered, and they do not provide cleaning supplies to the guests. For the cost of the quarantine stay this was disgusting and frightening.

I went to the Grand Hyatt for one night. Everything was perfect, I arrived in the morning around 11h and I was asked if I could wait a bit to get my room, I only had to wait 30min which is more than reasonable. I had taken a Grand king suite and I got a free upgrade so I got a grand king executive suite. The suite was really huge, it was almost an apartment. a living room with dining table, a toilet in the corridor, a 2 large dressing rooms. a very large bedroom, a second toilet facing the bathroom and a very large bathroom. Everything was in perfect condition, very clean. I also had a la carte breakfast (the buffet was canceled due to the coronavirus) in any case it was very good. I have no negative comments about the hotel and I will not hesitate to return in the future.

This hotel was spacious and luxurious. The price was very reasonable. Conveniently located close to the airport with frequent shuttle services. My room was initially reserved in the east wing, but the front desk upgraded my room to west wing without additional costs. The staff was very kind.

I only stayed here one night but it was lovely. The hotel decor is really nice. The service was very good. The room service breakfast we ordered came quickly and was delicious. My bathroom was very fancy. The bed was comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The desk staff spoke English well. I had a good view of the surrounding area. It was very convenient to the airport, as well, although I was flying out of the new Terminal 2 and it took about 1/2 hour to get there on the free shuttle bus from the hotel. So just be aware and leave enough time. I would stay here again - it was worth the cost.

The hotel staff are readily available to assist you. I observed as well that they are very particular with the cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant is well organized and used plates, cutleries were collected by the staff right away. Tables were sanitized before another guest can occupy it. Food presentation was perfect and met my Korean food cravings during my stay.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt overnight since our flight from ICN was leaving quite early on the following morning. The beds were very comfortable and the standard room was extremely quiet for being so close to an airport. Be aware that it still takes at least 20 minutes by shuttle from the hotel to terminal 2. We didn't have a decent meal the entire day before checking in, so we decided to try the dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant. Despite being quite expensive, the selections were minimal and the food was cold, tasted stale and was not replenished often - probably because there were not many customers that night. Otherwise, the service from checking in to checking out was excellent and very attentive.

Stayed for two nights as an extended layover. Rooms are excellent, bathroom is well appointed, and beds are comfortable. Room service is rarely something to rave about, but in this case room service was fantastic! Excellent quality food delivered to your room in a hot box under a dining table (so arrives hot), is then set up as a fully laid table complete with red rose in a vase!
The hotel has a lovely Korean bath and spa services. If you've never tried the korean bath experience, this is a great place, as the korean bath design is relatively "private". Spa services are excellent.
The negative was the buffet. Over-priced, and, while there was a large selection, most of the food was luke warm and lacking in flavor. But don't despair! The other dining options are good!

It was at those two locations when I arrived in October. I posted a photo at that time.. Also, I you don’t advise them of your arrival flight (airline, flight number and ETA) they may not come looking for you.

Hello! The towers are really close together and linked from inside the hotel. The check-in is done at the same place for both towers, and the shuttle will bring you close to the check-in area. I have no doubt that the helpful personnel will be glad to take care of your luggage and bring it all to your room, from the moment of your arrival by shuttle.

I believe there is a day use at the Hyatt which is very comfortable. If you are only transiting another option is a spa and sleeping room available on the lower level of the airport arrival. You can check in with your luggage. Take a bath/shower/sauna and then sleep in a personal private and quiet room. Wake up, get dressed and take an elevator to your check-in withought evervleaving the airport.
