We had an 18 hour layover between connecting flights and this hotel provided and excellent place to relax and sleep in the ultra modern and clean rooms and reception areas. It took 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. We too the free shuttle bus from T1 to T2 and then from T2 the bus to long stay parking and got off at parking area C. The hotel cannot be missed and is just a 2 minute walk from there. Very straightforward and free! Check in was quick and easy and complimentary welcome drinks provided in line with my Accor membership. Jack and Richard were very helpful and polite. Our room was for 3 adults and was very spacious with amenities provided for 3 including bath robes, bottled water, slippers, etc. Lots of storage space and seating area too. Lovely twin-basin shower room and good toiletries provided. TV, tea/coffee, fridge, safe, zoned lighting and climate control all provided. Very comfortable beds and we had a good sleep. We didn’t eat at the hotel but did use the bar for drinks, which was a nice area to relax. The shop is useful and well stocked for essentials. Timetable for shuttle busses provided by the hotel is displayed at reception for returning to T1 or T2. Driver comes in to reception and asks which terminal you need and directs you to correct bus waiting outside reception. At 0900 we were the only ones going to T1 so had the bus to ourselves. A perfect hotel and experience for a one-night stay and we would certainly use again.

The staff is very... on the other hand, very poorly soundproofed room loud ventilation noise (even in off position), but the worst is the restaurant... 69,000 won for a buffet??? In Seoul for this sum we eat properly 4 or even only 2 around an excellent Korean BBQ, and cooked at the table ... including drinks (62kw this lunch) This is indecent. Note that I am a loyal guest used to ACCOR-ALL hotels... I wonder if anyone has supervised this property. Well I forget the welcome glass "gold member" in a cardboard cup.
In short, in Seoul... I forget this hotel.

This hotel is excellent. It is brand new so everything is modern and clean. The room is quite spacious and it has everything that is needed. The breakfast was excellent, our highlight was the waffle/croissant machine that made fresh waffles and croissants! The view from our room was quite amazing (specially for airplane enthusiasts) as it was overlooking an ICN runway and an airplane parking area. The only downside was that due to the location next to the runway, there were quite a lot of noise due to airplane takeoffs.

I had the pleasure of staying at this very beautiful and modern hotel near the Incheon airport near Seoul South Korea. Upon entering the hotel you are greeted immediately by very professional and pleasant staff. I was very tired from traveling that day so they indicated that I could order room service, which I did. Little did I know that my room service would be delivered by a robot. Great surprise on that! The bed was very comfortable and the pillow were fluffy. The bathroom was very modern with a large shower. The amenities offered were above average. The location is convenient and The noise level was cut down by the engineered sound proof windows. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. They also provide a shuttle to the airport.

We stayed here when our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight. The staff were so very kind and welcoming. They answered every question, sometimes without me even having to ask. The room was clean and comfortable with modern fixtures including: USB charging ports; full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion; shower shoes; robes; and hairdryer. The food in the dining room offered a wide selection of delicious options and the best bulgogi I have ever tasted. I would absolutely stay here again.

We highly recommend Ibis as a great place to stay before early morning flights. Our room was spotlessly clean with a good view, comfortable bed, and all the amenities needed. We especially appreciated that the hotel does not use individual mini plastic toiletries and wish more hotels would give them up. We also appreciated the speedy check-in help we got from Jacob at the front desk, and the kind help we got with all our bags from the young woman at check-out, whose name I’m sorry not to have caught. The hotel provides well-organized, large, free, shuttle buses that do frequent runs to both terminals, which was a big relief as we were traveling with a ridiculous amount of bulky luggage. Thank you Ibis for a good last night in Korea!

This is a well-maintained facility. The regular shuttles to both terminals of Incheon Airport ar handy, but be careful because they do not run beyond 8 PM.
We were the victim of a mix-up by a desk clerk. The clerk said he would charge us the same rate every night if we extended our stay to three nights. One night was a weekend night. We agreed to this deal. But then he accidentally only booked us for two nights! After the second night, they locked us out of our rooms and insisted that we pay the higher weekend rate if we wanted to stay for the third night. Huh? So we ended up paying for the employee's error.
Needless to say, we won't be coming back here.

So much better than expected! The hotel is quite new and very clean. Small convenience store on ground floor is great to grab a bite after checking in late at night. Gym was spacious and pretty well equipped. I think prices vary throughout the year but if you can get a good deal I’d say it’s one of the top options for a layover stay near Incheon. One thing — I don’t remember there being a toothbrush set included in the room but I travel with my own so that was fine for me.
