Took a risk on booking a hotel in August but it was so worth it. Arrived to the city of Tiberias, had a list of things to visit around the lake such as Golan hights, Jordan river and at the end of our journey we arrived to the hotel. We came after all the check ins so hotel’s parking was full so the security guy showed us a nearby free parking 1 minute by foot. The hotel is alive , beautiful architecture old meets new, friendly staff, food was great, room brand new and clean and the view is amazing see pictures. Will definitely return

The absolute worst service i have seen in my life !!! The rudest staff ever !!! I arrived around 12 asked for a baby bed which we also asked for whilst doing reservation. They said they will send someone up . No one came. I called again a 16:00 asked. They said they were sending someone. We were also a room or 3 with mh daughter too it had a sofa bed i asked for it tobe made they jusy took it down no sheet no nothing. I asked for a sheet to be sent up. They said they would again nothing . So before going out to dinner i asked again for a sheet , and a baby bed , for when im back. I get home at 23.00 and surprise surprise nothing. I called up and they had the cheek to say its too late sorry at 23.00 there is no more room service. I went down in my pjs !!!! and shouted and magically the cot and sheets were brought up. But no before the receptionist was rude and said i dont work for you. But she does stupid cow ! She was not wearing a mask and it said right j. Front of her a sign please wear a mask in the lobby. She was so rude ! I asked for manager she said there was none until tomorrow ! What sort of hotel runs with no manager even at night. Anyway the next day. I realise i had forgotten my hat ag the pool. So before breakfast i head down to the reception where there was 1 receptionist at 9 !!! They should always be 2 the man behind me complained and said i dont know why you are alone why do i have to wait 20 min for a question before breakfast. And the receptionist MIRIT ! Rudest person ! They ruined my stay

New hotel in the city of Tiberias. Located in the city overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The hotel is very nicely decorated, spacious rooms with a view of the Sea of Galilee. A very rich Israeli breakfast. Beautiful infinity pool towards the lake with good service for guests, I ordered fruit and drinks. I was surprised , that at the entrance to an urban hotel there was no valet parking! I was directed to park in a nearby parking lot.

Great infinity pool, great views, beautiful building, good staff, tasty breakfast. Lousy ( expensive junior suite) room, Smelly bathroom, Shower door scraping on the stone floor, light switches not working, faulty greeting on the hotel TVs, amateurish room service, and entering without knocking.
