Stayed here for two days. The host was so helpful and nice. She invited us for some traditional Indonesian dinner and told us stories. The hostel is very clean and the beds are very good! Had an amazing time here!

I stayed here for two nights recently and was very well looked after. The property is clean and comfortable, the rooms are good size, simply furnished and with air conditioning. There is good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the management are extremely kind and will do anything necessary to ensure you stay is complete with everything you need. From here its possible to walk to see the main attractions of Bogor but there is also very regular good public transoport. I will certainly be returning.

This place is really nice. I stayed here 2 nights. The host showed the guests how to cook gado-gado, she and her husband ate and talked with us, and she organised transport for me and a few others who were going to the vipassana java. The breakfast included was great and in the bathrooms downstairs there is warm water. Transport to the center of Bogor is easy with the mini bus no.9. I recommend staying here. :)

We've stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The place was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was so nice! The owner gave us a gado-gado cooking class and brought us to the bus station for free. The fridge was filled and breakfast included. Go check it out!

I did not expect to stay in Bogor for more than day or two but Ika, the owner, was unforgetable host. Hostel is newly renovated building, clean and well driven. It is far above Indonesian standard.
There is direct green bus #8 from trian station and #9 from bus terminal near Botani Square.
It is not typical backpacker place, but I would strongly suggest to all backpackers.

A very cheap hostel with a combination of a very very comfortable bed, well-managed area, super clean bathroom, strong internet connection, free hot water, free usage of well-functioning fridge, oven and toaster toaster, a very accommodation staff and owner, very clean floor, super secured locker is what Cendana Mulia Hostel is. I wish I could have stayed here for as long as I want because I just love everything in here and the service. The staffs are very kind, specially the owner of the hotel. I could really see that she is trying everything she can to keep the hostel tidy and organized and she makes sure that the guest wont have any problem or any discomfort during the stay in her hotel. Two thumbs up for this hostel. I couldn’t ask for more. Everything is Excellent!!

The hostel was really homely, the rooms were all very clean and it felt very safe. All the staff were super friendly and the home cooked nasi goreng for breakfast was delicious. It is a little out of the centre of town but there are lots of angkots which can drop you right outside, so it is really easy to get around anyway.

We stayed here towards the end of Ramadan so Ika and her family invited us to break their fasting with them each evening! They were so warm, generous and accommodating that we really felt at home straight away.

Wifi was good. Bathroom clean. AC good.

It's a bit of a walk to anything you might want to see in Bogor but Uber and Grab operate as well as the cheap green buses.

This hostel may be a little difficult to find but is worth looking for. It is located in a quiet (apart from the calls to prayer ) street a short distance from the centre of Bogor. There are frequent and cheap mini-buses on the main road, a 2 minute walk away. Cooked breakfasts, clean bathrooms and reasonably priced excursions will be arranged. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was a delight to spend time with them.
