I've been stay for 1 day at this hotel, mostly this hotel is really help me on this vacation. When i was arriving at the hotel, the hotel staff was very well but maybe the hotel front desk should fill little bit decorations to make the hotel lobby more looks good. At the room, it was an amazing cause my room views to the salak mountain. My correction is only to the staff at the sky lounge should be more active, cause when i just coming to the lounge, there are 2 female staff and 1 male staff at the station no one from them ask or escort me to the table, till i have to ask to the female staff for the menu. This hotel really has a big chance to get more guest also the sky lounge view has a good view and the ambience was really nice just improve the quality of service and quality of the food and beverage. I mentioned it its not because i have a problem with this hotel, i just want that this hotel should improve cause this hotels has a big chance . Thanks you

Review Hotel Agria Gino Feruci, Bogor Staying period: May 7-8, 2016
1. The Service: 9 point from me. They were friendly, fast-responding. The biggest compliment from me is that they offer a “Kid’s Activities’ corner, where those little munchkins can have great time drawing and colouring. Not every hotel make you feel you AND your kids are welcomed. 2. The Room: 8 from me. I stayed in a superior room, they gave me a king-sized bed. I love how they provided like 5 pillows that came in different sizes! The downside for me is that it doesn't have closed cabinet, I just felt so exposed without some closed doors. There’s an unused corner in my room, too bad, they should make use of it, maybe by putting a couch, or a closed cabinet? I also love the mirrors arrangement. Don’t know exactly why, but somehow I felt those mirrors were put perfectly. 3. Location & amenities: Tajur, a little bit distant from the bustling downtown, still, it only takes about 30 minutes drive from those fancy places. Not too far if you wish to travel to Puncak. We stayed at high season of the time, but the hotel wasn't full. They provide basic amenities in the bathroom, a pair of toothbrush + toothpaste, two bottles of only-God-knows-which-one-is-which shampoo & liquid soap, two soap bars, one shower cap. The hot water ran very well. 4. What I liked best: The hot water at the sink! You know, those red dot on the tap that won’t run hot water? In Agria Gino Feruci, the hot water at the sink is real. Simple, yet meaningful. The smell of the towels. It was almost perfect. Smelt really good. Mountain cum city view from the roof top. Go visit their 7th floor lounge, morning or night, enjoy the view. The cute pool. With 1,2 m depth, it is perfect for family with small kid like us. Quite satisfying wifi signal and strength, yuppie! It is clean. Maybe because this hotel is quite new, not yet a year since the opening (July, 2015), if I’m not mistaken.
What I liked least: - The food! Argh. I always, always, love having breakfast at hotel. And breakfast experience if Agria was quite disappointing. Let me count, they only provided: congee, mung bean porridge, bread with 4 kinds of spread (margarine, peanut butter, blueberry, and strawberry jam), rice, sausage fried rice (salty!), sausage, wedges potato, some spicy chicken (okay, this was delicious enough), kailan (who would eat kailan in the morning I don't know), salad (julienne-cut raw carrot, overripe tomato, cucumber, and head lettuce) with two kinds of dressing (Thousand Island or French, I don't have idea, and one in white), and very mundane fruit (what else! Papaya, watermelon, melon!). At the drink station, they serve coffee, tea, guava juice, orange juice, and infused water. - Okay, for the latter, it is seriously disturbing. Infused water is their welcome drink. We encounter that water again at breakfast time. Please, it’s not everyone’s liking! The water is smelly, why won’t they serve just water like every normal hotel do? We have to ask the waiter for it, and she only gave it as requested (one glass or two glasses, not like they give you a jar of it). - The parking lot is really small. They have basement, but it remains mystery of how big it is. Or, maybe mini parking lot size is a hallmark of Kagum-managed hotels? - I think the drainage system isn't really good. Water from both shower and sink slowly flushed away, and the tiles on the shower are almost aligned to the tiles outside the shower, so you can imagine how wet the floor would be if you don't shower thoughtfully (oh, my).
Overall, I gave Agria Gino Feruci a 9 out of 10. Will surely stay again, should I have chance.

This is one of the best hotel in Bogor with a strategic location to downtown of Bogor. The hospitality is genuine and the service is friendly. The room is comfortable also clean. The food is delicious and I really like dinner at Skylounge because it was soo amazing (The atmosphere especially). This is a nice place to have a short vacation and for sure… this hotel is recommended.

Water heater not working. Just for a few minutes and then its cold. The wifi connection in my room is terrible, its just one bar and not working on my phone. I cant even read my email. At the breakfast, I just eat a toasted bread and omelette. The porridge is cold, my kids didn't want to eat it.
But the staff is so humble. They always smiled and greeted us. Oh, and I've got discount tickets to Kuntum and Taman Safari.

Location: it's located in tajur, not too far from bogor toll exit and it's on alternative path to Puncak via Tajur. (3 out of 5)
Room: it's an average room for a budget hotel. I got the twin bed but it can be rearranged to be a one big bed 😉the cleanliness is ok, however when we entered the room the air was too humid and exhibit uncomfortable smell. The shower has no partition to the other part of the restroom. No balcony.
Food: we didn't have breakfast in the cafe downstair, but we ordered some food to eat in the room (gado-gado, agria fried rice, fruit slice, a special strawberry drink with ice cream) and the taste is ok, but not too special.
Attraction: Tremonti Sky Lounge. I was curious about the sky lounge and went there in the morning. No one is there because it's not open yet. After i got on the 7th floor, i was welcomed with a big mural of a beautiful lady. The indoor part area was average with a bar area in the middle of the room. But the outdoor area is amazing. The concept is indeed industrial and i always have a great appreciation of industrial concept. The view is nice. The layout is arranged in a way to give enough space between each table. I love the high table and the bar stool with a traditional lamp hanged at every table. I think this place can be very comfort for buddies gathering or even evening date.

stay at Agria with family. Booked for 3 rooms, 1 room with king size bed and 2 room with twin bed. the size for twin is compatible for 2 people each bed. so it can contain 4 people per room for twin bed , because the size is big. the amenities is not complete, in my room, hotel didn't give us doormat for bathroom, so the water is float and a little bit slippery. but in my parent room is available.i checked in 6th floor room 621, it's quite good because it's mountain view. the pool is not large, with depth 1,2m. pool location near restaurant for breakfast. the breakfast is so so. the hotel location is on Tajur, not far away from Lippo Plaza. the sky lounge is beautiful, the dishes quite good, i love their banana fritter.

this hotel locate in tajur area near kuntum farmville, nothing much around this hotel. what i like from this hotel is clean and modern. what i dont like here : there is a big coloumn pole in our room, the water heater jug filled with water from the previous guest, there is puddle in our bathroom i think because uneven tile in the shower, no carpet in the bathroom we have to called for the carpet, the soap places is broken, the non smoking room smell cigarettes i stayed here with children though, spacy car parking and noisy since this hotel located in main road to puncak we can hear sound of vehicles all the times.
