I had a great stay at Novotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a unique design that feels like a fortress leading from the front door to the lobby, then to the park and hotel rooms. My room was very nice, and I particularly appreciated the well-designed bathroom. The water heater worked perfectly, and all the toiletries were of good quality. The TV was also good. However, I did have an issue with the AC, which couldn't be adjusted.
I encountered a problem with my room door due to a depleted smart door battery. I had to call housekeeping to unlock the door, but after a day, the issue was resolved, and the door worked fine again.

Stayed on this weekend and had an amazing stay experience, start from reservation Mr. Sandy the FOM & Ribka arranged us a nice high floor rooms and clean with lovely green view. Warm welcome by reception Arif. The hotel has a lot of children activities during the weekend. Such us horse riding, mini zoo, resort tour & outbond. My daughter joined very entertaining cooking class at Verandah resto which lead by Imanuel & team. Before checked out I stop at the lobby at Pandawa coffee shop and enjoy the Ice coffee gula aren which stunning, their Barista is the star - Rizal !! I will comeback for his tastiest coffee ever ❤️ Novotel Bogor is the place for relax and re-charge!

First time trying to stay at Novotel Bogor. Very beautiful atmosphere. The eyes are refreshed by the many green trees and water gardens which add to the aesthetics of this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are all friendly. It was no mistake that last weekend we used the services of Novotel Bogor. Satisfying!!! There are lots of menus for breakfast, there are also herbal drinks :) Don't be stingy on age for the meal package at this restaurant. Breakfast can be up to 16 year olds, Lunch+Dinner up to 12 year olds. Yesterday, I also had an office event at this hotel where at that time I was assisted by Mr. Risman, who was very patient in answering all my questions and was supportive in meeting all our needs at this hotel. The event went very smoothly, and those of us who stayed also felt comfortable. Thank you Novotel Bogor and the support from Mr. Risman. Good luck for the future :)

I stayed at the classic part, 2nd floor. The amenities are love, green sachet, the toothpaste doesn’t use wasted tube, no bar soap, so much less waste.
I live the balcony the most. It’s very quiet, peaceful, I could hear toads and winds at night.
The assorted sushi and suki are the best for breakfast. Anddd they do green juice and iced cappuccino too!
Pandawa Coffee has the best pastry, cofee, and they’re really helpful. I’d recommend the danish chocolate, banana chocolate, hot chocolate and the cappuccino.
Mini Zoo for adventures kids are fun!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kak Aggie. Kuddos!
