This hotel is quite pleasant because the location of the hotel is in the middle of Bogor city, close to the Botanical Square mall and the room view is directly to the mountains. for a trip with family it is quite comfortable. This hotel prioritizes a campaign to save the earth by not providing water in the room, water is prepared in the area outside the room in the form of gallons that can be taken by anyone, so the possibility of us running out of water is there. The drawback of this hotel room is that it still sells plastic bottled water in the room and the lack of detail in cleaning the room in every corner needs to be considered again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout my stay. The amenities provided, such as the toiletries and coffee maker, were of good quality and added to the comfort of the stay.
The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, close to major attractions (Kebun Raya Bogor) and public transport.
Being near a major toll road and a large mall. This made it easy to access the hotel and explore the area. The nearby mall offered a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, which was very handy. Additionally, being close to the toll road meant I could quickly get to other parts of the city and beyond.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, and the parking area is quite small. Despite these small issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel need a lot of improvement. Water was enter into our room during huge rain. Please provide some place to hang our towels and also relocated your mini bar near with water heater because I need some space to do my work. The smart TV is not working.

I had a pleasant stay in a newly built hotel located conveniently close to a mall and mosque. Although the room was not very spacious, it was clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment options available in the room, including access to Netflix. The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast, and the staff, especially Widi, were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bogor on a business trip.

I really like the location, very strategic near a masjid, souvenirs market, a mall, bus terminal, station, and restaurants; almost everything I need available nearby. Also, Nadia from Front Office is a very helpful staff to serve us in breakfast time. Great snacks and cakes.

On my girlfriend's birthday, we had dinner on the sky roof top of Hotel Luminor Bogor. It was such a good experience for overall: the foods were delicious and served with love; the beautiful sky of Bogor with the romantic ambience pool and Mount Salak can be seen from afar. The table decoration was superb. The staffs, Dori & Ferry, gave us a bouquet of red rose as a sweet gift for my girl and they were all so friendly, we felt like a king and queen of the night. I totally recommend all of you to go for a dinner at Hotel Luminor Bogor. Not to mention that the price was so worth it!

was stay overall good, speacially service all the staff. upon c/i, i was waiting 5 peoples in front of me but receptionist only one incharge (around 16.48 on 3rd jan) sorry that make took a long time. the second, when i came in bedroom, i found the spot of puddle beside of the bed. better before vci room, pls spray airfreshner it will be much better. i loved design of the room, so aesthetic, the lobby so huge as well. i appriciated to mas Dori and mba Meliani? (sorry i forgot her) their hospitality and quick respond. ah, the last one i fallin in love with rooftop and the view! i wrote already on guset comment form in the room. thank luminor bogor, warm regrads from hotelier also!🙏🏼
