Its located alongside Pajajaran street, across the factory outlet. I love the room here, very spacious, the interior is simple but but classy. Haven't tried their food because i booked room only without breakfast.

Staying here with family for a night on our transit to visit Safari in puncak. When we arrived at around 3pm, one of our two room is not yet ready. We have waited for around 2 hours, about 5 pm when our other room is finally ready. On the good side, the staff are very professionally trained and with good vibe we have no problem to wait.
Location is in the middle of the City, but during rush hour, this part of the city is in the epicenter of bogor terrible traffic jam.

Pros:
- great staff
- nice pool (small but clean and by the main restaurant/bar)
- plenty of parking spaces
- reasonably priced

Cons:
- older styled building
- no international electrical plugs in the room
- small gym with only 2 machine (the only thread-mill was broken / not functional)

We stayed at room number 321 and 322. We love the bed! Huge and very comfy.. but so sad, our rooms were just by the street and it was very noisy..cant get a peaceful sleep.
And there was no facial tissue inside the room.
Amenities are great. Location is superb, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. If i plan another family short trip, i will prefer here but not rooms by the street anymore.
Internet so so.. not too slow not too fast either.
Breakfast quite interesting, delicious and varied. Well anyways im not a hard person to be pleased, all foods are delicious to me.

I have a business meeting with my business partner and my client. We booked outdoor area at restaurant. We ordered some foods, coffee and tea also mineral water unfortunately the waitress was very took time for serving. We had complained about waiting for more than 30 minutes without any notice from them. When we came to the lobby - the security didn't temperature checked as healthy protocol due to COVID-19 pandemic

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and that was, in hindsight, a mistake.

When you look this hotel up online everything looks to be good and nice, this is however far from how things are in reality.

The room has quite a number of problems, starting with the water pressure and water temperature. It is so terribly inconsistent that in those 11 days we were there, we never really had an enjoyable shower. While taking a shower it isn't weird that all of a sudden the pressure gets lost, the temperature rises to really hot or all of a sudden drops so that you find yourself in a cold shower. It also happened more than once that we had no warm water at all, and even tho we mentioned this several times, nothing was done to fix the problem.
Waterdrainage in the shower is very bad too. Even during a relatively short shower, the water doesn't drain properly which results in a rising waterlevel on the floor. If you'd shower for too long, you'd flood the entire bathroom (and eventually the room too).

Like most other hotels, this hotel also offers a laundryservice. Something which is very convenient is you're staying for a longer period of time.
We had our laundry done twice and even tho it was perfect the first time, it sure wasn't the second time. Quite a few items were returned while still being wet.

In general the staff working at the hotel is friendly. It can however sometimes be a little difficult to communicate with them since most of the staff doesn't speak English.
So that's definately something to improve on, especially since there were a lot of foreign guests.

The finishes in the hotel are quite poor and not what you'd expect from a hotel with a 4+ star rating. Cracks in the wall, bad paintwork, horrible looking joints in the bathroom and a dirty balcony. No, not what you'd expect from 4+ stars.

The location of the hotel is good and bad at the same time.
It's convenient to have quite a big road in front of the hotel but at the same time it gives quite a bit of noise in the hotelroom since the glass is too thin.

Our biggest problem with this hotel was the restaurant.
Breakfast is ok and divers, but that's basically the only good thing.
During our 11 days in the hotel we logically wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant more than once. First two times when we wanted to order something a la carte, we heared that the dishes we wanted were sold out. It was about the exact same dishes, with 2-3 days between the first and second time we had dinner.
So there would have been plenty of time to get things in stock again, but it simply didn't happen. Since at that time we didn't want to go somewhere else, we ordered something else from the menu and thankfully there was nothing wrong with those dishes. They were delicious, the price was good and so was the size of the dishes.
Apart from those two times we had dinner in the hotel, we wanted to have have dinner in the hotel two more times.
But...both times things didn't work out since the dishes we wanted (still the same onces as the ones we wanted the first two times) were still sold out. So we had dinner somewhere else.
So basically we went to the restaurant 4 times to order certain dishes, but it simply didn't happen. The 4th time we planned on having dinner in the hotel we asked in the morning if they had the dishes available so that we already knew in the beginning of the day if it would be possible to have dinner in the hotel that night.
The dishes we wanted were, surprise surprise, sold out.
If a situation like that would take place in other hotels we visited, they would make sure to have those dishes available at the end of that day. There was an entire day left to do some shopping and to get the things that were needed, but that simply didn't happen.
Don't put food on the menu if you don't plan on serving it!

Royal Padjadjaran Hotel; not recommended!

The hotel location is very strategic because nearby Factory Outlet. The FO is in front of this hotel. You can across the road by walk distance olny 2 minutes.
Kedai Kita resto is behind the hotel.
The room spacious is quite enough but the cleannes and the wifi are weakness. The hallway and the lift are warm. They have only AC split in the room so it is not so cool. The towel is quite old. The room has balcony but the balcony floor is dirty. The building window is dirty too. I think they have improvement for building management hotel (4 star).

I had mixed feeling while staying in this hotel.. At first impression, it was nice, big, clean and luxurious.. The room was also spacious and looked clean, until we took a closer look and find some spots on the bed-cover and the sheet. Staffs were helpful though, they quickly changed it once we asked (though we're still confused why they put sheets with dirty spots in the first place). My room has comfortable bed, but my friends' room has a hard bed and it's not comfortable to sleep in. On the first night, there were a lot of noises from all over.. First, it was the kids in the floor above us. Went to check and found they travel in groups, so the kids were running around from room to room and it was quite annoying. And in the middle of the night, around 11 pm, there was someone hammering below us.. why do you renovate while people are trying to sleep? Waited for more than an hour until the sound finally stopped.

Breakfast has numerous choices. Though on our second day/second breakfast (it was Monday, and granted there were only a few tables filled), no staff was around to give any help.. I was interested in their noodles station, but no one was operating it so I gave up on it.

It;s actually a nice hotels.. but there were a lot of small things annoyed me during the stay. And I probably will find better alternatives first if I go back to Bogor before come back here.
