    Kamandalu Ubud is a 5-star boutique resort and spa located conveniently in a serene area of Ubud, Bali, a place long famed for its rice terraces and Balinese traditional arts. The resort's compound of 58 luxurious villas is a resemblance of an enchanting Balinese village. Individually designed with thatched roof, each villa features a spacious bedroom complete with modern amenities and outdoor showers. For the ultimate in privacy, some villas have their own private swimming pools. The resort is beautifully nestled between the green rice paddies and the tropical valley, just a 10 minute drive from the center of Ubud with complimentary scheduled shuttle service to center of Ubud. The resort is an hour comfortable drive from Ngurah Rai international airport on well paved roads. Airport pick-ups and limousines services can be arranged by the resort.

    Great resort, perfect hosts
    Very exceptional resort with great service food and surrounds. The personnel including Cokocar and Agus were fantastic. The food was also very good every meal. Pools were excellent as was the drinks in or at the main pool.

    Very bad service
    We (parents + son) stated here for 5 days. Enterance: Very polite welcoming. Breakfast: polite service, not aware of there guest or needs. We had to ask serveral times for coffee, everyday. Bread, caked, croissant, Danish - All seems to be old and Chewey. Fresh fruits. Ok…

    Hi! If I book the ubud chalet room, what pools do I have access to? Thank you
    Dea Mr. Roneel, Our Ubud Chalet don't have a private pool but we have 2 unit main public pool: at center of resort and Awana Pool and Lounge with valley view is free access for our in-house guest.

    Hi could somebody tell me what the difference is between private pool villa and duluxe pool villa. we were offered a shared pool villa by our travel but opted to upgrade but am not sure if we have pool villa or deluxe pool villa? Many thanks
    Dear Gemgemh88, Pool Villa and Deluxe Pool Villa is private pool villa and it is not share pool. The difference is Deluxe Pool Villa have large area, en-suite bathroom and all view to valley but Pool Villa have terrace villa view or to the valley.

    Hi please could somebody tell me what the difference is between private pool villa and duluxe pool villa. we were told by our travel agent that we could book a pool villa that was shared pool which we did not want so we upgraded for private pool but not sure if this will be a deluxe pool villa? many thanks
    Both of villa is one bedroom private pool villa and have a day bed "Bale Bengong" inside of pool. But it is have difference in bathroom, Deluxe Pool Villa more bigger than Pool Villa. All Deluxe Pool Villa have valley view but Pool Villa we have two view; some villas with valley view and some villas with landscape garden.

    Hi Does this hotel provide free shuttle from to ubud market? Also, how far is the ubud market from the hotel?
    Dear Mr. Riddhi M, Kamandalu Ubud is located a 10-minute drive from the centre of Ubud. We are provide complimentary 8 times scheduled shuttle service to Ubud center starting from 10 am until 9 pm. Thank you
