i was on site in may 2019. At first I only wanted to stay a few days, but it turned into 1.5 weeks. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the main road and is very quiet. The facility itself is very well maintained and the staff is helpful in all matters. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

Good breakfast and friendly service. Rooms need: kettle, coffee cups,(we brought our own plunger &coffee), bottle opener, hair dryer. TV remote batteries flat, no instructions for TV use, can’t use safe, no instructions. Small hotel away from the noisy main street. Really very charming bungalow, well appointed. Potable water provided for drinking and brushing teeth. A haven of peace...small, very warm swimming pool, pleasant to swim in, at 8:30 p.m. after the evening meal...Large breakfast. The plus: a closed room to store luggage and a shower with towel before taking the plane after leaving the room at midday. Very close to the main street restaurants...which are really good Possibility of booking an airport transfer through them at a more than reasonable price. I have stayed here previously and returned for two nights this week. As previously, the staff are exceptional, very professional and courteous. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. It has a wonderful ambience and the gardens are meticulously maintained. The whole place is very welcoming and I will be returning for another few nights at various times this month whilst in Bali. Great location, five minutes off the main street and very central. Restaurant was great too, excellent food.

We cannot recommend Sanur House highly enough and always have perfect stay here!!! We’ve been here few times and this place where you can call “home away from home”. All the staff here were amazing, very welcoming, friendly and always smile seriously top notch. It has beautiful garden, a nice pool and far away from the noise. It is in a quiet area about 200 meters from the main road with a few restaurants, a local minimart and laundry just across the road from the accommodation. We loved everything about our stay here and definitely will come back again to this beautiful hotel.

Such a beautiful property. Rooms are perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Bed could be better but very quiet at night, so that's a plus. Beautiful gardens and pool. Breakfast is very limited, and the room has no kettle or tea making facilities. For the price, I find this could be improved. The location is good. Room perfect for short stay but not more than 2 nights. Overall pleasant experience

We booked 5 nights but checked out after the first night. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and the exterior. The room is nothing like the pictures we saw on booking.com. the description was not the same either. The room was very basic the lighting was horrible, the bathroom was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, headboard and floor. The water in the shower was not warm and the pressure was so low. I could not even was my son. There was a smell in the roo. And my son kept coughing. There was noise and chatter that could be heard from 5 am. The bed was bed and pillows were not comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we were grateful that they waved the cancelation fee for us. Over all I beleive this should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. The price we paid was not matching the hotel we got. This should be a $30-50/night not 100.

We've had a more than lovely stay at this place!! Sanur House was our peaceful and quiet paradise in Sanur and yet just one street away from the centre with its shops, restaurants and bars. The homestay is decorated with taste: soft colours, a nice painting in each room, a garden full of flowers, carefully maintained and a lovely swimming pool. Not to mention it's breakfast🤩! The best we've had during our one month trip through Indonesia😉. But the very best part of Sanur House is its staff!! Sooo friendly, helpful and smiling! We started our Indonesian trip here and ended there as well after a month. Well, it felt really as coming home❤️. We absolutely recommend this place and if we would go back to Sanur, we will definitely stay there again!!!

Just email them explaining you’d like an airport transfer, with your arrival date, ETA and flight number. I can’t remember how much we paid but it wasn’t expensive, our driver was really helpful and drove safely.

Caroline just saw this, we would stay at Sanur House again in a heartbeat if only they would have comfy sun lounges, 2 wooden lounges and 2 wooden deck chairs with no cushions does not make one very comfortable and could only spend about 10 mins sitting in them before you were very uncomfortable and headed back to your verandah, slightly more comfortable.
