My recent stay at this newly opened property showcased its potential for excellence. The privacy barriers around the villa and the comfortable bed added to a relaxing experience as there's still small construction and clearing nearby. The convenient amenities like the projector, sound system, and Netflix access were appreciated, as was the pleasant main pool and the extensive breakfast menu. The staff's prompt service in providing mosquito repellent was commendable.
However, there were notable areas for improvement. Construction noise was a downside, and mosquito control in the villa room was lacking. Dusty conditions in the bathtub and rooms were noticeable. I suggest the removal of the dinner menu until the restaurant is fully operational and providing alternative dining options. Cleaning issues like dirty floors and towels need attention, along with the implementation of door dust stoppers and proper main door closure as it wasn't lockable unless I lift the door. Remote labeling, resolving blind design issues, and addressing non-functional phone on level 2 and clock inaccuracies are essential for a better guest experience which is minor and easy fix. Also I arrived at 3 PM, but can only managed to check in at 4 PM. I requested for late checkout but max was given 1 PM.

We had a wonderful stay at Seascapes Sanur. Our teenage son had one room and we had another next door. The rooms are new, clean and so modern with a wonderful bathroom - the shower has great pressure! Daily full service and turn down every night with towel art and messages on bed an extra that makes you smile when you come back from dinner. We dined in the restaurant on site for lunch, had lunch menu by the pool (which we had to ourselves) and breakfast most days - all perfect with great presentation. Another joy is the spa where we all had a treatment during our stay - quiet and modern with lovely staff. The resort is a little way (under 10 mins ) walk from Sanur harbor - the walk is around 5 mins on the highway but there is a footpath which takes you past a fabulous choc shop! We went on our morning walk from the resort to the harbor and along the beach front to ICON mall and back which took about an hour great beach front walk on a well maintained path. The resort also offers a gratis car transfer service within Sanur township we made use of a couple of times - we mostly just phoned a grab which was under $3 most trips. This resort is small and personal with the most lovely staff who greet you with a smile, brand new and ultra modern which was the appeal for us. Just wonderful 5 night stay and we will surely be back soon.

Seascape hotel was amazing! All of the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in was a dream, so beautifully and luxuriously designed with thoughtful touches everywhere. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The restaurant was happily able to accommodate our dietary requests and staff even remembered for the following day. Food is fresh and delicious. The shuttle to the ferry was easy to organise and check in and out was welcoming and thoughtful. We wish we had stayed longer in this calming and relaxing place.

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape, we stayed in the private pool villa, very clean room with very welcoming staff. Special mention to seascape driver Edi, who was extremely caring and helpful with all the free shuttle service which is available through Seascape. Reception and restaurant staff were amazing.

What a magical hotel! From the moment we arrived, Aya made us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond for us. From organising a gorgeous full romantic package on arrival, to organising dinner bookings at the hotel restaurant, to helping with spa appointments and laundry service. Every staff member remembered mine and my husbands name and always welcomed us with a smile. And the rooms….. AMAZING!!!!! We stayed in an ocean view suite but would highly recommend getting a one bedroom villa with private pool. The only criticism is that Sanur beach is a drive away but there is a driver service at the hotel or gojek is super easy to use. We highly recommend this hotel. We are so grateful for Aya, Megan, Gerry and all the restaurant, house keeping, spa and reception staff.
