Karma Royal Sanur is a lovely small resort. Given that it is only 20 (?) rooms, it is well appointed and has fantatsic staff that are readily available to assist travelers with any questions or issues they may have.
We were a little disappointed with the location as it sits next to the main road that is always full of traffic. As walkers, it did not take us long to be able to navigate " crossing the main road" and enjoying the rest of the town and the beach boardwalk.
Sanur was busier than we expected. The over development did not match up to our 'preconceived" idea of Bali... but we did enjoy all that we encountered. Good and bad restrurants, good and bad live music, good and bad sidewalks and always great new friends.
As to the resort... we would stay there again! Bed was comfy, water was plentiful, showers were hot, food was decent, swimming was lovely and the staff were outstanding!
If back in Bali in the future, we will consider staying with Karma.

It is a nice small property by the main road. There is very little open space and wahtever little space available is taken up by the swimming pool and hence there is practically no space to walk around. The rooms are well appointed and top class. The reception had knowledgeable and friendly staff. The reception staff named Sylvia was exceptionally good. The food available in the restaurant was really good. they could tweak the food to suit our palates and that was really nice. Being close to the main road, buses could accessed easily for local transport; however, we struck to the taxis arranged by the hotel.

Located in Sanur which is what I describe as a now quieter more pleasant location to stay in Bali. First time stay in Sanur and won’t be my last.
It is what I would call a boutique hotel - not crowded so perfect for any type of stay whether you are a couple or family.
It has a relaxed, laid back atmosphere - everything you need really.
Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes. Love the pool.
Dining ( cheap cheap eats everywhere) and shopping options are a short pleasant walk or take the daily free shuttle - one way only via a car.

We have stayed here for 1 weeks with RCI. Rooms were very clean, staff were also very helpful. They are cleaning rooms, changing bed linens everyday. Reception answers and help all questions that you have and they were also very helpful. We didn't tried any lunch or dinner but, for bar they have happy hour between 17.00-18.00, you can get 1+1 cocktail for 80-100k Rp. Pool can be a bit larger but it is enough for chilling. Only thing that I didn't like is that the location of the hotel is directly on the main street. That means you will hear lots of loud motorbike voices from the street. Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem. As a final word, I would recommend here for my friends. Most probably I would also prefer to stay here again.

We stayed there a week through our timeshare. They were very accommodating, finding us a suite with adjoining rooms which made our stay very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was quite good. They offer free shuttle service to the beach and market, but it is also very easy and inexpensive to hire a taxi to get around.

Their is really nothing to write about the property, it's just that karma group is a trap they are taking so much money and making fool of clients. They are showing people that karma is a luxury and it is not even matching oyo rooms. Their reception staff at hotel is so rude and making faces on all request it's like we are staying free. Very shabby place and that to on the road. Due to which it was so noise all night. I would suggest don't take karma member ship ever this is just a trap nothing more than that.

Great small resort and as usual awesome staff always there to help. nice to sit back at the pool and have a cocktail or two. mini mart 100 meters away and a excellent restaurant juicy chicken on the corner you must try ( yellow sign opposite side of road, use crossing) couldn’t be anymore happier with my membership.

The staff at Karma Royal Sanur are the resort's greatest asset. They are the most friendly and accommodating group of people. We are a family of 3 and our 12yo son loved this resort. Swimming pool is awesome and the staff are fantastic. Excellent value for money as we got to rooms that connected. You get a kitchenette and the bathrooms are modern. Heaps of great places to eat at within walking distance of the hotel. Sanur Beach is a 15 minute walk and the hotel offers a shuttle there twice a day Monday to Friday
