Do under no circumstances book your stay at Hotel Sentral! It is truely terrible! The staff barely speaks or understands English. My room looks like something taken out of a horror movie, and it might or might not have been cleaned during the last half century. Terrible. No towels, to toilet paper, no soap, no blankets on the beds, no internet access in the room. The sheets are covered with black spots and there is a stool odor infesting the room. There is mosquito everywhere! The mid section of the hotel is also under building process, which makes you think of Afghanistan war zones.
Do not stay here. Doesn't matter that it's a budget and cheap hotel. This is by far the worst I have seen!

My two friends and I travel to Singaraja on motorcycles as part of a tour of the Island of Bali. The plan was to stay in cheap accommodation. Singaraja is the old capital of Bali, its a very busy market type town. We could only find the Sentral hotel in the town as a place to stay. The hotel was mainly for business people, very few tourists would pass through here. The hotel rooms were on two floors, rooms were large, beds clean and comfortable, basic aircon, shower and toilet area not so clean and a bit smelly. Towell and soap provided. Mozzies in room. The staff were helpful and friendly. We paid $35 per night per person for a room and stayed one night. There's an 24 hr Indomart (supermarket) across the road.

Hotel Sentral is a simple hotel with friendly service. The bathroom is not quite clean, no hot water, no towel and soap. You have to provide yourself. The free Wi-fi, from room No. 2 on the front of the hotel can be accessed properly. The breakfast was tasty, and varied. It was good for budget hotel. No laundry service but you can ask the staff for help. There is no restaurant but you can order (delivery) from Cafetaria 28 via receptionist.

The plan is to keep the trip in budget, so we chose this hotel. I have no problem with the room this hotel provide, it make sense for the price we paid. The staff I should say very friendly, they're good. The breakfast was fine remembering the cheap price we paid. So why I gave low rate for this place? The only problem was we can't sleep well when we were there cause it's too noisy. I don't know what happen on the day we were there, but the other guests - or whoever they are - just keep talking and laughing and making the noise IN FRONT OFF our room! We just can't sleep at all! Even after it past midnight, there's no sign they would like to stop it. And the worse part, no response at all from the hotel staff about this thing. The main thing we looking for a hotel in trip is to RESTING. And this place just failed to provide that most important thing, at least for me and my friends. Sorry to say this, but you better find another place to sleep rather that this place.

Was choose this hotel coz it was near by the venue that we went for. Don't really had time to choose another place as we don't know the city condition. Arrive I'm here from denpasar by scooter and receptionist was friendly, I don't have any issue for checking in as I booked online. Room wasn't too clean, specially for bathroom. No towel, no soap, no toilet paper and no blanket, so u need to have them yourself.
