It's a really pleasant hotel, a beautiful address, we have no regrets.
The staff is impeccably friendly and the setting is magnificent.
We had half board, which I don't recommend if you stay more than 2 or 3 days because the menu (lunch or dinner) remains the same throughout the stay!
On the other hand, it's very, very good. However, we found a solution by slightly changing the ingredients on the pizza or removing ingredients from certain dishes 😉 to break the routine.
The breakfast is great, very varied (sandwich bread, pastries, pancakes, English brunch bacon, eggs, noodles,... fruits, coffee, tea, juice...) something to please the whole family (adults and teenagers )
Lots of positive things: as soon as we ask for something for the room, very fast service. Beds made, towels changed, cleaning every day, very pleasant and very clean rooms, all equipped with a balcony.
Be careful not to drink tap water even for your teeth at the risk of getting sick!! Fortunately we had provided filter bottles and mineral bottles.
Raw vegetables and ice cubes in restaurants can be eaten without problem.
We had a great time in this hotel, very well located, with a nice swimming pool for children.
The drinks, wine and cocktails are a little expensive, which is a shame, especially since we have to add the government tax and service tax, around 23%. That's why we were going to have a cocktail at the bar opposite the Sheraton at the end of the alley, because it was much cheaper👍

Room 307/308/207 : we stayed at this hotel for 2 week and we loved every moment, the rooms are maybe not to modern but always clean and the bed is very comfortable, shower have good pressure beautiful view nice swimming pool ! The breakfast have good options fruit , egg freshly made for you , fruits coffee crispy bacon , juice and many more , the staff is very friendly always smiling and helpful , we had very early trip they provided early breakfast packed with egg bread butter banana and water .We had full board meals what is included breakfast , lunch , dinner with two meal from the menu can be any variant, the food is freshly prepared for you and it’s very tasty big thank you for the chef ( it’s a constructive feedback: any other place with full board one drink would be included a water , juice a beer or house wine ) but that’s ok cuz any way it’s not expensive ! They have also all day menu , you can order for your room or to the pool too . The massage ladies are very good and the price is cheaper than any other country I’ve been so far all of them professional. The hotel is in a very good location it’s 10min walk from the beach and mall .Highly recommended to everyone I think you will like there we loved it ! Our experience is good 😊 thank you very much for all the staff for the smile and hard work they deserve a pay raise :)

I have just come back from a 7 night stay at the Adi Dharma and cannot fault it.
This was not my first stay, my husband and I have stayed there quite a few times, we even had our wedding there in 2019.
The staff are amazing and always make you feel like their family, going above and beyond with their service and hospitality.
The rooms are spacious and always very clean with comfortable beds.
Great pool, with daily buy 2 get 1 free cocktails at the pool bar.
The location is perfect, with so many great places to eat within short walking distance, and many spas so you can indulge in massages.
If you are heading to Bali, I0 would highly recommend staying at the Adi Dharma Hotel 🥰

As always a pleasure staying at the Adi Dharma in Kuta! I happened across this hotel in 2016 when my initial booking at another hotel had to be changed due to renovations, and this is the 3rd time we have stayed there since then. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind. They love kids! The pool is a good size and the hotels location is great- close enough to shopping and numerous eateries and an honest reliable money changer at the end of the lane.
The only thing that I can see that needs some work is that some linen may be in need of a refresh but it’s all very clean so didn’t bother us during our stay. The breakfast has a good variety from fruit, cereals, pastries, to eggs and hot selection.
I don’t hesitate to recommend the Adi Dharma and will quite happily stay here again. Keep up the work lovely Adi Dharma staff!!

We stayed here one night. This is a large hotel. It's surrounded by many small streets full of shops and restaurants. But the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet and relaxed. Like an oasis in the bustle of Kuta. Our room had two beds, bedside tables, desk, chair, fridge and a kettle with supplies to make tea/coffee. There was also AC, TV and WiFi. The bathroom had a good sink (with room to put the stuff) and a shower over the bathtub. Everything was clean. We also had a small private balcony facing the hotel's garden. Breakfast was served buffet style and was alright. The staff was helpful and spoke English. While Kuta overall is too busy for us we enjoyed the hotel itself.

Great hotel in an excellent secluded location. I stayed in a delux room which was spacious and quiet. The rate was also excellent compared to similar hotels in Kuta. Disappointed to find there was no mosquito net over the comfy bed like the picture on the website. Not that it’s needed but it completes the ambience! Also shower head was not good either! I did see other delux rooms with mosquito nets and rain shower heads! It’s a shame all rooms are not consistent. House keeping was excellent my room was always cleaned to perfection! Wifi great in the room and at reception but by the pool it’s bad!!!! I had to leave the pool and go to nearby reception to get connection. This was a bit of a nuisance. Restaurant served poor quality food in-fact it was awful but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby so I recommend you bypass the in-house restaurant. Overall I enjoyed my stay I found the staff to be friendly and have just rebooked the same room to return in July. I hope to see improvements to the shower head, wifi and maybe a mosquito net by then! 🙏

Dear Covidsafe247, Thank you for your stay with us and for your time to write great review. I am glad that you found us to be a good hotel in a great location. We also appreciate your kind words to our housekeeping team and our staffs. We apologize to you for the inconvenience caused by no mosquito net in your room. It is because bedding design made us difficult to fit mosquito net on it. We also apologize to you for the inconvenience caused by our shower, wifi and food. I make a note on it for our team to improve them. Thank you so much for your booking again in July. We look forward to welcome you back. Best regards, Kadek Rohita Managing Director

In summary, my experience at this hotel was very good. I’ve definitely had better for cheaper in Bali, but I’m not complaining and I’d stay again if the price was right.

Firstly, the staff were excellent and friendly throughout. I could access a shower after check out before my late night flight which was great.

I stayed in a deluxe room on level three for 9 nights. It was spacious with a good size balcony. The bed was fine for me, but would be hard for some. The room was a bit dark, but a section of wall was filled in where other rooms seemed to have a window? The bathroom did the job, but definitely could do with an upgrade and the water pressure was low. I’d say half the rooms overlook the pool, and the other half garden. Mine kind of hovered between both which was great. The wifi was good enough with minimal dropouts.

The pool was nice and had a swim up bar which was reasonably priced. Beds / chairs always seemed to be available. It was in the sun for most of the day. There is a dj at the pool on Thursdays it seems which was fun. There seemed to be a meditation/ yoga room, but I didn’t make use of it.

I didn’t have breakfast included, but did try it one day for 100k. It was a standard hotel buffet type breakfast and you could get fresh eggs cooked up as part of that. At 100K, if you want to fill up before a tour, it’s good. I’m not sure what other reviews are moaning about.

The location was at the end of a little laneway tucked away, but a short walk from everything. You could get access through to Legian St via their other hotel rather than walking around. The quickest walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. There are plenty of warungs nearby serving yummy food, along a couple of really good cafes for brunch all before you get off of Benesari St. It is well distanced from any noise for light sleepers. I never felt unsafe on the area.

This hotel in a very good location in Kuta. You can easily reach the Adi Dharma sister hotel in Legian via a "shortcut" and you will immediately be at the shops and restaurants. It is a choice, but this is not for us because in the afternoon there is a DJ at the pool, a lot of Australians at the pool bar. In and around the pool, drinking in the pool, smoking in the pool, a lot of noise. That's part of Kuta. The rooms are also fine, a nice bed, plenty of space and a nice sitting area outside. Like everywhere in Bali, perfect service here too.
