Stay for two night at deluxe room, the room size is huge. Nice bed and linens. Good location that the hotel is the same building with beachwalk mall. There is an access from the hotel to the mall. I always love Sheraton properties as they're usually located in central area with lots of places to go. Like here, it's located right beside Beachwalk! Very convenient! The Presidential Suite that I stayed in is also spacious and awesome especially the dining room! The best! I recommend you to stay here if you're looking for a hotel in a crowded area. Only few minutes to the airport as well!

I came to Bali for my birthday earlier this year and stayed at the Sheraton and loved it. The hotel was very clean and the room were very nice. There's nothing not to love about a breakfast buffet. The proximity to the was only 5 minutes also many bars and restaurants. The room service was quick it was almost unbelievable at times. Anyone would love to stay here.

Just stayed at this hotel for business trip. To be honest this hotel below my expectation compare to others sheraton in Indonesia. The staff not helpfull, I have to take stairs to bring my large luggage From shopping mall by myself. I Rent lcgc Car and they treat me like a iam grab driver. The breakfast was boring and plain. I ordered in dinding menu linguini and spaghetti. They were horrible (unripe) and pricey. They didnt make up the room Due to covid (limiting contact with guest), I thought I was Just excuse Due to lack of staff. During covid pandemic, they should keep the room clean no excuse. The pool view should be Kuta beach but it blocked by the trees. The interior looks old.

There are different opinions of Kuta - we found it too commercialized, but Sheraton Kuta Resort exceeded all of our expectations. From being picked up at the airport to being taken to our ocean-facing suite to perfect hospitality touches such as fruit or sweets in your room - we had a brilliant stay at this resort. As much as we enjoyed exploring Ubud in the heart of Bali, we were always looking forward to come back to this Sheraton. Wonderful example of Balian hospitality. You will not regret choosing this resort.
