The hotel is comfortable but not so well isolated so you hear a lot the other rooms. Room service is barely average. They had no longer bottle of waters so they brought me one single glass when I asked for 2 bottles... Then I had to pay 20000 for the refill of my own bottle. OK for a night but no more.

Food are good taste, with a few option but they are all tasty. The bedroom itself is clean, the cleaning staff are wonderful, they cleaned my room regularlu But the bathroom was quite slob. Loud sound from exhaust fan in my room. Lift is small, pool is clean and there was a little area suitable for infants and young children. The manager are always ready and friendly Will be comeback for another trip. I hope my stay in the future will be a better experience.

The staff at this city hotel are lovely. The Grand Mirah is located just a few moments walk from the Puputan Square, the Jaganath Temple, and the Bali Museum. Checkin went smoothly but I was disappointed with the room. You can tell that when it was built (or renovated), it would have looked nice. Unfortunately, the materials chosen seem to have been of low quality and have worn very badly. For instance, the enamel on the sink is badly stained and cracked. The sheets had a few stains. It was raining constantly for the two days of my visit, so I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool.

We've spent 4 nights in this hotel. The check-in was quick at 2:30 AM. Our plane was late and we were exhausted after traveling for 26 hours. The young employee was very efficient and fast. The room is big. The A/C works very well. The bed king size is very comfortable. On the negative side, the room needs some TLC. The furniture is not in good shape and the sink is stained. The shower is excellent with good hot water. The breakfast is Indonesian and changes every day, you have eggs on the side, that they prepare to order. Twice we had dinner outside close to the swimming pool. The food is correct. The menu is short and the service good. All the staff is nice and ready to help. We're coming back for the last night before going back home. I will recommend this place

Having come from a background in hotel management, I may be overly critical but here we go. I booked this hotel as I wanted a peaceful stay away from the tourist area after a hectic 2 weeks. On the positive side staff are very friendly. The room was spacious and clean except for the bathroom where there was stains in the sink and the shower. Unfortunately I stayed over the weekend and had to put up with screaming kids in the pool most of the day time. The breakfast on Sunday was a buffet, and even though I am vegan there were choices available. However, on the Monday morning, there was no buffet breakfast, rather only ala-carte which had no vegan option and the portion size was tiny. I was allocated an interconnecting room, even though the hotel was 50%, there were guests in the room next door and I could hear every noise. This is typically a big no-no in hotel room allocation. The only closely vegan option on the room service menu was the vegetarian pizza, but when ordered, I was told it was not available so I was forced to eat outside. The housekeeping staff where constantly talking in the corridor which was very disturbing. The hotel has good potential but just need to focus on attention to detail when it comes to guest satisfaction.

This hotel had a great central location and the room was clean and quiet. It had lovely big windows that opened up onto the pool area. The towels were a little scruffy and due for replacement and some areas of the hotel appeared rundown. But overall good value for money.

Last week I spent 2 nights in this hotel for a course. This well maintained hotel provided comfy bed + soft pillows. Bathroom was clean but unfortunately the toilet didnt go very well sometimes. The price was reasonable even in last minute booking. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Nice service.
