The Piccadily Lucknow is one of the perfect choices for business and l leisure trip. I have few specific requirements and I'm personally very much concerned about those. These are (1) quite room for good sleep, (2) safe to keep valuables, (3) close to my working destination, (4) close to airport, and finally (5) good food to avoid digestion problem. Fortunately I have found all of these in The Piccadily.
Everybody likes surprise gift and I am lucky to be offered such freebies multiple times. This time my standard king room was straight away upgraded to suite room free of cost with late check-out.
On a serious note, I have found that the food quantity offered by them are generally more than the consumption capacity of a single occupancy and that causes unnecessary wastage. Hence my small suggestion to the hotel would be to create a parallel food menu for single occupancy travellers so that such wastages may be avoided.
It is noteworthy to mention that, this hotel is seriously maintaining a very good health & hygiene in the present COVID-19 pandemic, which is an important factor why I have made a rebooking here in present situation.
I have posted quite few reviews of this hotel hence this time I'm only posting pictures of the suite room which I was offered.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel & after a long time during this Covid 19 period also i preferred to stay at Piccadlly only.And its nice to see that they follow all the social distancing precautions during check in,check out,food service & housekeeping services.But after all this there hospitality is as good as earlier. Mr.Ajay Tiwari(Front Office Manager) always there for any assistance & informed me regarding entire protocol that how they are following to keep the rooms & hotel sanitized,and what they can expect from guest to follow the norms in a very hospitable manners so that i can stay without any worried.

I must say a very comfortable stay it was. I am a traveller and I like exploring places a lot that is why I went to Lucknow. I and my friends didn't know where to stay. We wanted an affordable hotel with 5 start policy. Thank God my sister's friend recommend Piccadilly hotel. The staff is so corporative, they even told us to travel the extremely amazing places to eat and shop nearby. We also ordered food at night because after travelling all day. They served hot food with no delay. Also, when we entered the room it was all cleaned up, they even sanitized the whole bed, curtains. Taking care of the current situation, Covid 1, I must say it's a safe stay here if you guys looking for some affordable and 5-star service.

Post covid times are evolving and uncertainty is everywhere. I did not stay at The Piccadily Lucknow nor dine there. BUT I helped a dear colleague and 3 members of his family who were flying down to Lucknow for a few hours today for a quick luncheon meet and are flying out before sunset.
I reached out to various 5 Star hotels in LKO that I knew and it was purely by coincidence that I dialed The Piccadily Lucknow and got connected to Mr. Vishwas Shrivastava from the Front Office / Lobby Manager Desk. He helped us in not just meeting but exceeding our expectations by organizing airport transfers, table reservations at the restaurant and personally meeting the guests on arrival - all that in just one call! His ability to comprehend to the guest requirement is exemplary. Not to mention, the restaurant food and service was exceptional as well and there was a sense of hygiene and sanitation across the hotel in an intutive way.
As I write this, my colleague is at the LKO airport onboard his flight back. Having stayed in some of the finest hotels across the world, I can safely say that the Hygiene standards, Service levels and the team at The Piccadily Lucknow are a fine example of the world-class Indian Hospitality, that is recognized globally. With this experience, you have displayed your commitment and a reflection of earning the 2020 Travelers Choice Recognition Badge by Trip Advisor.
The important take away is that The Piccadily Lucknow is the hotel I have never stayed at, never experienced and I can't wait to stay and dine there during my next visit.

This was my third visit to piccadilly lucknow and yet again the stay was perfect the staff is very humble and cooperative and carry a positive attitude . Full marks to the hotel staff for following covid protocols .Rooms were sanitized everyday which makes us feel secure. I visited here for the quarantine stay at the Piccadily Lucknow. It was fabulous stay. The staff was very good and cooperative and the services provided by the housekeeping staff during the stay were outstandig. 1. Lack of courtesy was found among some of the staff. I visited as part of IIM Lucknow program and government had paid equally for us as much any other guest would have paid however there was a lack of respect and infact one of my friend was told, "This is a 5 star hotel". The 110 fellows were made to feel that they don't deserve to be in the hotel and have no standards to be there whereas we have visited many 5 stars for same program
2. Food was extremely repetitive and not up to the mark
3. While the staff claims it to be a 5 star, the everyday cleaning of the room was lacking the standards of 5 star. The news paper was not removed on daily basis, The floor was cleaned with bath towels in front of me and etc
4. While checking out even though people were getting late for their flight they were made 15 minutes minimum for checkout
5. While the rooms were shared by 2 people only 1 key tot he room was provided for which serious upgradation of system is needed
6. There's was no ventilation for room which is a primal need for any room
7. There was no regular refill for toiletries. We had to ask 3 days repititively to get a loofa
Please note that this is not for every staff member but certain some who completely ruined the experience for 110 fellow who could have brought business to Piccadilly in future. And, rest others points have been added for improvement.

Stayed here last week and it's very close to Airport hence became my preference to stay here. Had good sleep and rooms are nice and spacious and have no complaint at all. Only their room service needs to be little more quick to deliver the food and drinks took almost 25 minutes and while checking we found that they forgot the order but he was true gentleman as apology was offered right there and prompt action happened. Timings can be work out and rest all is perfect. I had with one of my office colleagues and it was a bit embarrassing to wait for drinks for too long. Reception staff was very promot and accurate in dealing and food was superb.
