The 'quaintness' and perfect location of the hotel is its charm so you have to allow for some discrepancies. The staff are polite and very helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate the guests.. The rooms are well presented. We did enjoy our stay.
A post monsoon damp mildewy smell was very present. The buffet breakfast was not lavish but definitely functional and tasty. The A La Carte menu was disappointing and had no finesse or taste. The bathroom seats are very high for someone who is 5'6" and my feet were not able to be flat on the floor. The television channels provided are not thought out. The sports channels we got were the ones that show old replays when the same money could have been used to provide the channels that showed the english language coverage of the live test and the other live programmes. ie do away with 454 to 459 and give the star select1 and 2 and also the sony sports channels.
The soap and shampoo dispensers were so easy to use and definitely more hygienic. The use of refillable glass bottles is a great move forward and we were keep supplied with plenty of drinking water.
We shall definitely be back!

We stayed for a night on a whirlwind I day tour to Lucknow. Husband wanted to drive down the obscenely beautiful Agra-Lucknow Expressway and I tagged along. I zeroed on this place as it is very conveniently located on Hazratganj, or one of the lanes just behind the main Hazratganj road. You can walk till there or take a rickshaw. The hotel is a purely business hotel, nicely decked-up and neat, with narrow carpeted lanes and rooms on both sides. Room size is good enough and the rooms have all the essential stuffs. Staff is courteous and helpful, we didn’t get too much time to interact actually.
Surprisingly the food is not up to the mark, they don’t have gaalauti kababs and the biriyani was also pretty bad. Very sad indeed for Lucknow.
The hotel scores actually for its location, definitely to be considered if one is planning to stay in the vicinity of Hazratganj.

Clean and comfortable stay at Lucknow imhotep Sarovar. Stayed here for 3 days in room number #212 and had very comfort stay. Housekeeping team was very efficient and Brekafat at Pavilion cafe was outstanding and they served almost everything in breakfast. Overall had memorable and absolutely good feelings for this hotel. Wanted to thank to each staff for rendering services. Metro station is nearby hence location wise easy to access.

We stayed only one night on our way to Agra. The rooms are big, clean and quiet and the food was ok. The breakfast was limited but the dinner was very nice. However the reception staff is not very friendly or welcoming. When I checked in they tried to charge me more by stating the price on booking.com is for 2 people not 5 and I had to show my booking email and argue that the price was correct. They then charged me additionally 3 times the amount for an extra bed and person than stated on the booking. By then it was late, I was tired and wanted the kids to bed. When I tried again in the morning to explain they just repeated the amount outstanding and ignored my explanation. There was no information on Lucknow or any other interaction. But I had a good night sleep and the showers worked.

The Hotel is located very conveniently in Hazratganj and away from city noise. Metro station is stone throw away. Parking space is very good and guards are there to take care. Hotel rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Housekeeping staff is very polite and well organized. Food and other services were up to mark and we were satisfied with everything. Room service food was good but quantity can be over look as compare to price they charge. Rest all is ok.

We made reservations here for today's dinner for group of 23 people at Pavilon restaurant at ground floor. One corner of Reatautant was reserved for us and we all had buffet which had customized menu according to ur preferences. Cauliflower manchurian and Crispy honey chilli water chestnut was the best and to die for. Nice people around you to help you. Thorugh Reataurant was little over crowded but we loved it and had great time here. We will visit again in month end with one more party and request you to please offer the same rates for buffet.

This is truly a home away from home. I have stayed here almost 12 days and all the services and food were good and have no complaints at all. WI FI was bit slow which I informed to many several times but no improvements. However apology was offered every time but Terrace Grill restaurant had good Wood fired Pizza Ovan and they served super duper Pizzaa specially Pepperoni Pizza was yummy..... Drinks was served at heavy discount of 35% off. Galawat kebab made by Chef was so mouth watering and soft. Good place for having awadhi food and Pizzas.

Had comfortable stay and it was very refreshing. Right from the time of arrival to check out we have no negative feedback for anything. Well maintained building with having efficient team for handling guest. Varieties of food and drinks in multiple outlets available as per your choices. Quality of food was remarkable. It has been a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with my family. The front desk and the housekeeping staff, especially Deepak and Harshit had catered to all out requests promptly and with a smile. Thankful to all of them. What an amazing Sizzler they serve with full of smokes running around and making you feel to die for it. Mexican Sizzler was the best one and we all enjoyed fully.
