We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to attend wedding related functions that happened here only. Location of the hotel is good. Food was decent. Services by the staff at the front desk were commendable. We would like to especially mention and give credit to Saloni at the front desk who made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. She was very approachable and always there with a smiling face and gave special attention to meet all our requirements. Thank you Saloni for a lovely stay experience! Gufran and Arslan at the front desk also served us in a nice way. All in all, it was a good stay and we would recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel from 3rd To 5th december 2021 . Miss Unnati made sure that our stay was absolutely comfortable especially since i was staying with 3 Children . Even the Laundry Staff was extremely courteous and prompt ..in all would recommend it to anyone staying in lucknow ..

I had a 3 night stay in The Regnant Hotel, it was an awesome experience I guess. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. This property is very nice, people here in restaurant and front office are very helpful. The room was nicely prepared and santized. Mrs shweta was folowing up very humbly for my arrival and departure on daily basis. Food was vey tasty and was served hot as requested. I appriciate the services of restaurant staff espacially Mr.kartik, Mr.Aniket , Ms komal ,Ms Monika and other room service related staff. The Regnant hotel will be my one of the favourite hotels in Lucknow for future trips. Conference Hall is also worth conducting divisional conference in post Covid petiods.

Day-1 : We checked in and found out that bathroom doors could not be opened from inside as the door handle was broken and nobody bothered to fix it before allocating the room to us. My brother had to be rescued. The hotel staff who came to check was locked in as well. It was fixed after 3 calls at reception.
In the afternoon the TV didn't work. It would only run at full volume. Had to call again to have it fixed
In the evening AC stopped working in the room and at 5th floor. Was fixed after couple of calls
We asked for a folding bed for which paid the amount. Reception asked us if we need the bed immediately, we said yes. And again had to follow up and call multiple times to get the bed for us to sleep comfortably.
Day-2
We discovered that mini refrigerator was not cooling at all. Again after 3-4 calls electrician attended our request. He told us management is aware that these refrigerators don't work. He was helpless.
By then we had lost all hopes. We plan to visit Lucknow every quater but Regnant won't be our first choice now.
Worst, we had a guest from US traveling with us who carried a very bad experience of how Lucknow treats their guests.
Hotel has a great infrastructure and staff but they lack systems to support their guests.
Much needs to be done in order to improve customer experience.

I stayed at this new and beautiful property located in the heart of the city during the month of March. I must say it is one of the best property to stay with best food, rooms, interiors and top notch services. They take all the safety precautions and make your stay a memorable one. The rooms were perfect in every way. They have 3-4 range of rooms and suites available. I chose the city view room for my 1 day stay. I'm really a big fan of the minute details they have taken care in their hotel. The restaurant have both ala carte & buffet menu available and the staff is generous and helpful. The food quality was amazing. They have 3 beautiful banquets to make your celebrations memorable for a lifetime. And they are coming up with roof top swimming pool super soon. Hence if you are planning to take rest from the daily hustle or if u plan to visit Lucknow for any purpose you should definitely consider this beautiful property for your stay.
