So, Golde Tulip in Lucknow is also offering sanitization at home and office areas during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I got it done twice in my home during recent weeks, and I must say I am impressed by their job. Their efficient team dressed in PPE following protocols did great work and sanitized my home space. The disinfectant they used was also effective and pleasant. I would recommend folks in Lucknow to try and avail of this service, and it comes at a very CHEAP PRICE.

We (myself and my wife) traveled to Lucknow from Mumbai on the 27th morning by AI with a confirmed booking of Deluxe room with Golden Tulip by Ms Shreya Dwivedi, Reservations Manager, she had given us excellent Metro route to travel from Lucknow AP to hotel, our transfers were very easy and smooth. The Hotel is next to Metro Hussein Ganj station Gate 3. Our check in was very well organized, Room 520 was exactly what we expected, had a very well organized bed, the wardrobes, fridge, TV, bathroom all as if like our own home amenities. Our package was with BF. Food quality and F & B services offered by F & B Manager Debhashsih, and his team are exemplary, we had no problems for break fast or the meals for all the days of our stay in the Hotel. Break fast was well spread with variety of mouth watering dishes. We had to attend family functions during our stay in Lucknow, the travel from Golden Tulip to other locations and back by Ola services were organized by Shreya and her team. The temperatures were quite low 8 to 10 C but we had very comfortable stay in the room, hot water services in the bath room were for 24hrs. The coffee making hot water making Jug in the room with coffee/tea was very useful for us through out. We finished our family functions on the 29th night and had to check out on the 30th Jan. Check out was very well organized by Shreya. We liked the food so much that we packed some of the specialty dishes from Debhashsih to carry to Mumbai. Our stay is unforgettable and we will definitely travel back whenever next opportunities arise. Thanks a lot to Shreya - Debhashsih and their team.

As part of my professional requirement I have to stay at a place close to Govt. Offices and airport. Golden Tulip Lucknow is situated in Charbagh area very close to Secretariat. But the surrounding are old Nawabi Lucknow, a bit chaotic. But inside the campus of the Golden Tulip you are treated as if a Lucknow has a new Nawab. At the reception Mr. Shaurabh helped us to a very smooth check-in. Rooms were large perfect with a working table. Wash room was clean and toiletries were o k Restaurant was in first floor and is very tasty food were served. The Chef in the breakfast time insisted for varieties of egg preparations. Chef Amit was too good. Two pretty girls Isha and Komal were too happy to assist to fill your appetite. Overall a very memorable stay with a very good team of Tulipers. Keep it up.

Stayed in the suite room for a night and club room on the second night.
The best part about the Covid precautions here is that they check you outside the premises only so no potential carrier can walk inside the premises or parking etc. then another screening is done it the entry gate for double check , it may sound annoying but makes staying safe. the list of amenities provided in the room is less due to Covid norms but you can get them all on call .
the rooms were clean and well sanitized the restaurant had social distancing norms followed and the food is tasty . for the price its always a good deal and the staff is pleasant to talk to .

I have always been impressed by the hospitality and the courteous behaviour of hotel staff , esp Mr. Azam.
Am a regular guest at Hotel Golden Tulip Lucknow from last so many years. Their are many good things about the hotel which makes me to stay every time when am in Lucknow, that includes : Ever smiling faces of the front desk staff. Good , clean and hygienic club rooms. Excellent and lavish Buffett breakfast with lot of varieties, and at times the chef takes personal and extra care in order to get something customised for me, including lunch or dinner. Very prompt service of house keeping and room service, also a hassle free check inn and check out. Overall it gives me a feeling that am staying at home. Positives *Good food and good dining staff specially ‘Zeeshan’ always smiling ,ready to serve and help. Head chef ‘Debashish’ really cool and approachable chef always open for feedback and every dish prepared was amazingly tasty be it Veg or non Veg, be it breakfast lunch or a Dinner. These 2 made our stay tasty *Room was Good and spacious, nice toiletries used like body wash and shampoo * House keeping were quick and helpful
Negatives * Internet was unstable * Receptionists were slow and unhelpful. No smiling faces, just busy in something of their work. * Room service was delayed all the time, had to call 2-3 times for any work done *Fridge of the room was useless, had to change twice but still useless
Overall i would give 4.3 based on comfortable stay and consistent tasty food

Golden Tulip is located just next the hussainganj metro station. I recently took a day use package from make my trip which included a lunch. I asked the girl at reception to do something special as I was celebrating my first anniversary. She got my room decorated with balloons, flowers and also placed a card with a beautiful photograph of our wedding which was a very special surprise. Not many hotels in lucknow entertain like this to local people but these guys do.

Covid is not going to go away,but, the hotel staff need to understand that just posting/pasting the stickers saying wear masks/sanitise is not enough. They have to b proactive in getting the clients visiting or staying to make sure the mask in on all the time other than eating. Sanitisation is not done in the corridors, the elevators, the carpets outside the rooms . It is an eyewash. Even fogging is not done at the end of a working day. I have been showing the staff the tissue paper outside the elevator on our floor for the 4th consecutive day, it is still there. Of course they are short staffed as every hospitality sector is, the brunt of the overwhelming load is taken by the few who are working, so get your back up. Get more staff . I could not believe that this hotel from the SAROVAR group ,is so badly neglected. Everything smells damp, even the toilet bowls are yellow. I am staying in the older part of the hotel, believe me, it is OLD. Maybe it needs revamping . I see Piyush from housekeeping working at odd hours doing a great job, but how much can he do. Udyesh/Shivam from the restaurant are looking after guests making sure things are done right . The chef's run thin doling out orders when big groups come. Get more staff.

The family was keen to celebrate my birthday and opted for dining at the restaurant at Golden Tulip Lucknow.
I had booked the table for 4 and was running late. Since the restaurant is not at lobby level, the team was waiting and escorted us to the restaurant. We were welcomed by F&B Manager & Restaurant Manager. The Exe Chef helped us decided a menu while we were served drinks. The food was very good and variety excellent. The service was Extraordinary and we were served with love till late hours.
The restaurant has high ceiling and large windows which makes the place very specious. The waiting area outside the restaurant is also very spacious.
Loved the hospitality. Shall visit the place again.
Believe the GM of the hotel is a senior hotelier.
Recommend for food lovers.
