I stayed for two nights at Radisson in Lucknow. It has been a pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly and considering the difficulty that we are all facing, they are doing the best they can. Safety measures are being enforced. Wearing of masks is being insisted upon. Sanitizer bottles are located at various locations for ready contact less use. I would like to make a special mention of few people who made the stay more comfortable. Mr Shivanshu from in room dining is very enthusiastic and offers good suggestions of options for meals. Mr Suman who is a Chef is always willing to provide the stuff that you want and ready to listen to suggestions. Mr Akash Babu is prompt and energetic in providing the stuff that you need from house keeping.
All in all it was a good memorable experience.

The housekeeping staff is taking care of the sanitisation of the rooms, meticulously. They are on their toes day and night during this pandemic specially Pankaj and Shiv. They are hardworking. Keep improving guys. Great job! The quality and packaging of food was also very good.

I have stayed in this hotel for official visits since August 2020. Hotel is in middle of the city very well connected to the main market. Food is good. Rooms are mid sized and cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom shower is of the perfect consistency for a nice hot shower. Also, special thanks to Mr Shailendra. He is such a jovial person and is always ready to help. All in all, this hotel provides a very nice experience.

This was my fourth visit to lucknow but all the time I stayed in Radisson lucknow city centre because of the beautiful culture of Radisson city centre lucknow. But this time I felt that now the food here is very very very delicious and full of taste . Chef Suman, Chef Azam Qureshi are very talented and experienced and they are very soft spoken and above all they give real taste to anything they cook. My five year daughter loves to eat anything they cook because of the taste and the way they treat my daughter with love and affection. Anika madam in Radisson city centre lucknow is very cooperative and helpful and very soft spoken. My daughter is a very big fan of Anika madam because of beautiful nature of Anika madam. This hotel is located very near to Hazratganj and railway station, so you can easily go anywhere in the city from the hotel. Security, safety and hygiene is very high inside the hotel. But the extraordinary thing is the Chef and the food cooked by them. Behaviour of every staff is friendly and cooperative. Front desk team is always ready to help . Beautiful Property, Right in the Heart of the city….

By far it’s below average Radission property I have visited so far. Location of this Hotel is big concern as this is very crowded area and no big shops/ Malls around to hang out . Only small shops selling Lucknow special cloth work i.e Chicken will be noticed all around. Coming back to hotel , it’s has good amount of space for parking , excellent and specious lobby , bar and spa at roof top. Food is average quality and very expensive. Staff is not at all customer friendly. I had complained for WiFi not working but they couldn’t fix the issue and more importantly they didn’t bother to revert back .

Good place to stay, right at the centre of city. Everything is just nearby be it tunday kababi or hazratganj market or anything (within 1-2km distance everything). The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really welcoming. Breakfast spread is great and worth mentioning Bipin from restaurant, he was so cooperative that he himself came to us and asked if he can prepare for our baby. He got full baby meal prepared and was very very supportive. Entire housekeeping staff specially swati who was always ready to support in case of need. We just didn’t had to worry about baby bottles, cleaning and sterilising was just a call away. All in all a great stay and a great staff. Rooms were spacious and so were bathrooms.

The inroom dining food prepared by Mr. Bipin was very tasty and made to personal preference. The food came within 20 minutes and was prepared exactly according to specifications. Post delivery he even called to confirm how I had enjoyed the meal and if there were any areas of inprovement. His service and professionalism were an excellent experience.

My recent stay at the Radisson Lucknow offered a mixed bag of experiences, leaving me with a nuanced perspective on this centrally located establishment.
One of the hotel's primary advantages is its strategic location, placing it in close proximity to historical monuments. However, the convenience of this central positioning is somewhat offset by the slightly congested approach road.
Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a polite and courteous staff, who made an effort to ensure a smooth check-in process. Unfortunately, my initial enthusiasm waned when I entered the room. The overall condition of the upholstery, carpet, and towels left much to be desired, that hinted at the need for urgent replacement.
In the first room I was assigned, the AC unit proved to be a source of discomfort. Not only did it emit an incessant blower noise, but it lacked basic temperature and fan speed controls. After bringing this to the attention of the staff and insisting on a change, I was relocated to a room with a properly functioning AC unit. This adjustment significantly improved the quality of my stay, and I commend the hotel staff for their responsiveness in addressing the issue.
On a more positive note, the breakfast experience was a highlight of my stay. The morning spread was laid out elaborately, offering a wide variety of options to suit diverse tastes. The culinary offerings were well-prepared, and the attentive staff added a pleasant touch to the dining experience.
In conclusion, while the Radisson Lucknow boasts a prime location and a commendable breakfast spread, there are notable areas that require attention. The worn-down condition of room amenities and the initial AC unit malfunction detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay. With some refurbishments and a focus on room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to elevate its standing in the hospitality landscape.

We also booked through GoIbibo and dinner was not offered complimentary, but breakfast was.
However, you have asked about "business class room", but am not sure of the class of room we booked?
Normally, I have seen dinner is not complimentary so its best you check with the Hotel or the consolidater before making the reservation. However, there are lot of good restaurants within 1-2 km radius from the Hotel and Ola Cab came quickly. This Hotel is right around Hazratganj, which is like Connaught Place of Delhi...
