This hotel knows the true business of hospitality. Pls find below the Pros and Cons of this place -
PROs : 1. Convenient Locality - Within a kilometer of the railway station and metro station. All the major sight seeing places and shopping hubs within a radius of 15-20 mins auto ride. 2. Neat and Clean rooms 3. All amenities in the room and bathroom in working condition e.g. 24 hr hot water from geyser, TV, intercom etc. 4. Top notch professional staff services 5. The best part has been their food - taste and quality of their dishes has been awesome; has wide variety of menu items. Lot of local people not staying at the hotel also avail their restaurant services or order food. 6. Decent variety of buffet breakfast options; few items keep on changing everyday but their buffet items are entirely veg. One needs to order non-veg item separately 7. Has a nice park cum gym facility in the neighborhood well maintained by the municipality
CONs : 1. They have a tie-up with a travel service for availing car or auto services. If you show interest and connect with the travel agency, they will stalk and call you unless you take their services - prices are reasonable though

**** Stay : Very comfortable stay. Clean room and washroom. Lively Buffet Breakfast ambience. Everyday new menu with Coventional Breakfast (Bread, butter, jam, eggs, sandwiches), Indian (poha, chole bhature, alu paratha, ...), South Indian(idli sambhar, utappa,...), fruits, tea/coffee. Must try : Alu paratha, Chole bhature, poha. **** Staff : Very friendly staff. You will find them eager to help. Some people you may meet there: Rahul Gupta, Anil Kateriya, Mohd Salim, Manish Singh, Manish Shukla, Shubham, Pankaj Shukla, Harleen Kaur, Satyam Pathak, Krishna, Anuj, Sandeep, Ankit, Surjit. **** Transport : You can book Ola/ Uber or the helpful staff can help arrange **** Food : You can have food at their restaurant (on the ground floor). Food at their restaurant is good. We had breakfast and ordered meals from room service and we found them very good. Very close to the Hotel are many local food joints. **** Room Type : We stayed in their Club Rooms with Breakfast included. **** Location: Close to Charbagh Railway station and Metro (so no dearth of transport). Very refreshing to visit the Hanuman Gadi Mandir of Lucknow in the morning (which is just a few meters from the Hotel). **** Destination for Parties : Though located in a narrow road (a few meters in from the main road) we have seen many parties being held there in the evening

A good hotel to stay in the heart of city with family at affordable price. Food was tasty with a decent spread. Had some issue with the room alloted but it was immediately sorted by upgrading me to a better room. Connectivity to any part of the city from this hotel is very easy and convenient.

Horrible service, staff takes guests for granted. At the time of booking i was told that this is superior room whereas later i found out that all 30 rooms are of same level and type . On 8th oct i was served tea in a broken kettle and service person and even manager was casual about it. The reply was "Sir to kya ho gaya" . I can send image . High level of ego and obstinacy

I found this hotel in OYO rooms. But when I looked for it in Tripadvisor, I realised that it was not listed. We were sceptical about this place but we decided to take a chance. When we arrived at the hotel , we were pleasantly surprised with everything. The rooms are very clean, neatly done. Wish room was of high standards and the location was great. The people at the reception was polite and helpful. This place can easily qualify for a 3 star status. I told the manager to register in Tripadvisor so that I can write review. When I returned home, I could not resist but decided to register this property myself. I have added some good photographs. I hope they are able to manage the property well.

The hotel is situated near the station and is good for people visiting for business. The rooms are good and clean. The staff is courteous. But there was just one problem we faced that the mattress were very bad, which made an otherwise good stay bad.

Stayed here after fining booked hotel was awful. Great contrast as this Hotel was excellent. Nice room and well staffed, excellent restaurant. Reception staff were extremely helpful in lots of ways. Good laundry service as well.

We were very skeptical about staying in this hotel. Our first choice hotels ran out of space as we needed four rooms. But ultimately decided for this hotel only based on positive reviews in TripAdvisor. And it has been a great decision. Though the hotel is in a narrow road, we had no problem parking our 16 seater.
The breakfast spread was quite decent and the staff was courteous. Rooms were new or renovated recently, bathroom was fine and location was quite central. We loved our time in lucknow and radical palace's comfortable stay contributed to our lucknow experience. We had 5 children and had no issue. Only downside was they chargest RS 1200 for a bed cover on which my kid of 3 years made a huge artwork. I understood that i had to pay for it but 1200 seemed a lot. They took advantage of my situation. we were in a hurry to check out and As i was at fault I did not argue much, may be I should have.

Visited Lucknow last christmas ...Booked here for 2 nights according to location this is the best hotel with friendly staff and great tariff...... Just 1.2 kms from the Railway station...walking distance ... And idle location because Aminabad Market for Tunday Kebab lovers and Prakash Kulfi
