This hotel has hospitality like no other. I stayed here for 7 nights, everyone I came across has been warm, helpful and kind.
I fell ill on the 2nd night due to travelling. The duty manager Saif was amazing - he got me an on call doctor, collected my prescribed medicine, sent me fruits etc. He then continuously checked up on me to make sure I was okay. This was super kind.
Secondly, Yuvraj has been part of the house keeping team. He ensured the rooms along with outside areas were always in pristine condition. Because he knew I was ill - he gave me extra waters and also checked up on me. I was so impressed with this.

Hotel organised transfers from Pune airport were very efficient and before long we were checked in and off to our rooms.
Rooms are modern and large with electric curtains, blinds and touch panels for lighting controls. The alarm clock next to the bed has a USB socket for device charging and there's also an AV console that you can plug your HDMI cable into and stream content to the TV. Sockets in the room are multi region, so no problem with UK plugs.
Bathroom is spacious with bath, twin sinks and large shower with rainfall and hand set outlets.
Staff are very eager to please and always friendly, the bellhops and security guys out front were always very welcoming when we returned from a day at the office.
We dined at the buffet/a la carte and Thai restaurants, both superb. The extensive buffet has Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean sections, along with some fabulous looking desserts, all really well presented. Likewise breakfast is terrific with a great selection.
We had use of the executive lounge on the 13th floor and the staff there are very attentive and the views over Pune were impressive. You could take breakfast up there, smaller selection but a more serene atmosphere, which was a nice way to start the day.
This is a very classy, well run hotel and I look forward to my next visit.

We recently enjoyed a three night stay at this hotel as part of a recent trip to India. We arrived at the hotel mid morning and our room was ready immediately: a welcome benefit after a 15 hour international flight.
The room was beautifully appointed and quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there is another restaurant that offers fusion cuisine. Local family members informed us that both the hotel and restaurants are highly recommended in Pune.
There is a fitness center and lovely outdoor pool area which has both indoor and outdoor spaces for lounging or having a drink or a snack.
The service throughout the hotel was attentive and unpretentious. Nothing was too much trouble. I had complained that the marble floor in the bath area was slippery when wet. When I returned to the room later that day they had placed non-slip bath mats throughout that area. Problem solved- quickly and efficiently.
The hotel accommodated a late checkout and also offered complimentary airport pick up and drop off on prior arrangement.
There is some construction going on on the 9th floor but it did not disturb us. WIFI is complimentary, up to 4 devices per room and the signal was strong. Breakfast was also included in the room rate.
All in all we had a delightful stay at the Conrad Pune. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure. It is not inexpensive but it is a welcome addition to the Pune hotel landscape.

I stayed at the Conrad Pune for 5 nights in March to celebrate my birthday. The staff made me feel special from day one and made sure that I was treated with care every minute. My humble and hearty thanks go out particularly to Rajnish and Shruti, the housekeeping staff on my floor. This pair paid such intricate attention to the maintenance of my room and I think i can easily say it is unparalleled to any other hotel in which I’ve stayed. Examples of this - my makeup brushes were placed in a very nicely made towel holder
- I was given cake, balloons, and a personal note of celebration on my birthday
- each day Rajnish made sure the room was to my satisfaction.
These touches took my stay from pleasant to exquisite and I can say with confidence that any guest of the Conrad would be just as welcomed.

Looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of boring work from home days? A staycation at Conrad Pune is the perfect gateway!
With luxurious rooms, 7 excellent restaurants, a high end spa, pool, bakery, business centre and more, this beautiful property has it all. The best part is it’s just a stones throw away from Mumbai in the centre of Pune.
As you check in, your bags are sanitised, temperature checked and on filling a health declaration, the staff will check you in smoothly with all smiles. I was very impressed by the high safety and sanitisation measures at the property.
We stayed at one of their suites, that was impressively designed with a massive living room, a small kitchenette, a dining area, a gorgeous bedroom with a stunning view and a glamorous bathroom. The suite was well equipped with all modern facilities and made for a super comfortable stay.
One of the most impressive parts of staying at Conrad Pune is the variety of incredible dining experiences you can have here. The hotel has a strong F&B focus and it’s truly a culinary heaven for all of us food lovers.
You can enjoy a multi cuisine breakfast buffet or lunch/dinner at Coriander Kitchen which also has a lovely al fresco area outside surrounded by a mesmerising waterfall. Chef Sidney Dcunha is a culinary genius and curates amazing recipes that will tantalise your tastebuds.
Devour a Royal Indian meal at Zeera, where the cuisine is inspired by Awadhi, Mughlai and North Indian recipes. The food is rich and flavourful and will evoke your culinary senses. We loved the Royal thali that we had here with items like Nargisi Kofta, melt in your mouth gelouti Kebabs, Biryani, etc
Travel to Japan with a meal at Koji, their award winning Pan Asian restaurant that serves some of the best sushis I’ve ever tried. The elegant interiors and scrumptious food make for a delightful meal experience.
Spend your day exploring Pune, coming back to pamper yourself at their amazing salon where they use great quality products coupled with talented stylists.
Enjoy some afternoon tea at Pune sugar box where you can devour freshly baked cakes, breads, pastries and more with an amazing collection of teas and coffees. After that, take a stroll around the pool and enjoy the sunset with a cocktail at cabana, their poolside dining restaurant.
We felt really relaxed and rejuvenated with our weekend staycation at Conrad Pune. I’d highly recommend a stay here for everyone.

I was waiting to visit this property since a long time and what better day then my own birthday to visit this Luxurious Hotel . The property is huge with very high ceilings and a grand look . Everything from the room to the common areas is Uber and Chic . Special Thanks to Ms Bhagirathi Alkonda at Reservations for making sure we have a wonderful stay . She even arranged for Birthday cake placed in room , Inform the restaurant for our Jain Food at Breakfast and give us a complementary room upgrade . Ms Shefali at reception was very cooperative and helped us get 4 th Device wifi free as we has our child's online school going on. She even arranged call from Chef Tapas when we reached the room for planning next mornings breakfast . The room was well cleaned by Yowar and special mention of Swati who came for evening cleaning . She provided us with Bath Salts and was very warm and nice . The Restaurant staff under Ninad was very nice and quick . Special mention of steward Mayur who had taken special care of our breakfast for 2 days . Mayur was very warm and served us with full zest . Not to forget Bhargav and Shipra . Special Mention on both the days one glass of Milkshake and Chocolate Croissant was sent by Ninad and team to our room for my child whose online school was going on in the morning . That was a very nice gesture . The Gym is very nice and well kept . Special mention of Tejas and Atul who were perfect Trainers as well as very warm . Special mention of TV Maintainence person who came to our room on 26 th evening to change the batteries in the remote . He was quick and very warm to enquire about our stay comfort . Some areas of improvement : 1 : Food prices are little on the higher side . For guests staying at the Hotel like us who had booked from Make my trip at discounted rate no further discount was offered at in house restaurants which needs to be worked out . 2 : During Check In some Covid related forms were made to be filled which was government regulation . But they should have been emailed in advance to guest and informed the guest to bring it on check in then it would have been quicker . 3 : The TV in the room has only 40 channels most of them Free to Air channels . Need some better options . 4 : The rooms all fully automatic and very well made . Someone should be sent along with guests on check in to explain the working of rooms for better results . Otherwise it takes some time to understand . Though Covid is there but by maintaining social distancing this should be implemented . Finally if u are interested in Super Luxury and the High Life this place is apt for u .

We've stayed at Conrad Pune several times and we've had a very comfortable stay each time. The spa, gym, food, service and hospitality has always been superb. The breakfast in particular is outstanding!
Suggestion: I think the hotel needs to make a conscious decision to not use plastic and move to more eco friendly means. For example, the water in the rooms can be kept in glass bottles as opposed to plastic bottles, as many hotels now do. I really hope such changes can be implemented across all Conrad hotels. It's hotels like Conrad, who should be setting an example to reduce their carbon footprint in the world.

Great customer service at the breakfast buffet, one of the Staff named Satish really helped and went above and beyond with breakfast request. I ordered a special Malaysian style roti which wasn't immediately available. Satish communicated with the chef and staff and was able to deliver as expected. The breakfast was really good. As for housekeeping, I'd like to highlight that Kiran and Subhendu did a great job ensuring the room is spotless and comfortable.

I mostly go every month for coordinating meeting from my office at Conrad, The executive Lounge area on 13th Floor, I must say the staff is very prompt to answer queries and are always on their toes. They all are very friendly and always there to help, never compromising on their services, Few of the staff names I would like to mention 1. Ashutosh Sharma who takes care of CONFERENCE AND EVENTS EXECUTIVE takes the booking on priority and replies in a Day 2. Shravan, Pakajj and Sadanand (Sada) from the Managing team at the executive Meeting room never turns downs anything you ask, I urgently needed flowers to be arranged to receive guest, Sada arranged it in like 10 minutes. 3. Anand from IT is always is there to help and before the meeting all IT requirement are fulfilled by Him. 4. Dashrath is the chef who makes delicious food, He was praised by our guest for the cuisine and Dinner spread which was offered. 5 The Front Desk Executive Ms Shefali is always smiling and a warm person to talk too.

Overall service was excellent, I would like to recognize three individuals in particular. The gym attendant name is Atul, Room cleaning person name is Pankaj and a server in the restaurant name is Mayur. These three individuals were exceptionally good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
