My family and I are frequent guests at the JW Marriott Pune whenever we are visiting Pune from the U.S. There is a reason why. The customer service here is one of the best I've seen. Over the years we have gotten to know the staff and its always nice to see familiar faces throughout the hotel. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you every needs are taken.
Our recent trip was during the 2019 Christmas Holidays. A few days before arrival I received an email from the Guest Relations asking for our preferences with regard to room, food and any preferences. Upon arrival we were happily greeted by Sammrudhi, who we had a pleasure to know during our trip two years ago. She remembered my kids and asked how we were doing. Since we arrived at 5am and had a long journey from the States, she sent up some coffee and some biscuits. When we entered the room there were coloring books and crayons on the desk for both my kids. Talk about taking care of your customers!
After a few hours of shuteye we were greeted by Kalyani on our way to breakfast. Kalyani asked how we were and if there was anything we needed. Since it was Christmas I had brought the kid's unwrapped gifts with us and mentioned I needed them wrapped. She said no problem and took the gifts and got them wrapped. She had planned to put them under the tree on Christmas day for my kids to unwrap. She went above and beyond what I expected and exemplifies the reason we we stay there. During breakfast, the Spice Kitchen Manager, Sandeep, and the Spice Kitchen Executive Chef, Chef Rajan, heard we were back and dropped by to chat and see if we needed anything regarding meals or snacks during the day. It's amazing that the remember our preference even though it was about two years since we last saw them. Over the week we visited the executive lounge several times and was catered by Parth, who is always cheerful and bubbly. He check several times if there was anything we needed or if we wanted something special made.
The rooms at the JW are very well maintained. The room attendants are very attentive and often time tidy up the room and leave special treats. They definitely kept up with our presence by placing extra water and towels in the room. Every time they saw me the greeted me with namaste and asked if there was anything I need. Overall this hotel is one of the best in the Pune area and I look forward to my stay there in May and for many years to come.

In this current situation of Covid-19, JW Marriot has come up with an option of Contactless deliveries. They are delivering almost every item available in their restaurants (Spice Kitchen, Paasha and PBC).
The quality of food is the same you will get at the restaurants.The taste and aroma is such that you can experience a 5 star meal sitting in your home being safe with your loved ones. Food is delivered fresh and hot in extremely hygienic containers. For foodies, this is an experience each one of you should definitely have.
A very great service being provided by JW Marriot in these hard times. A very big salute to everyone working round the clock putting their lives in risk for sevicing the public.

We have been associated with the J W Marriot since 2010. All our special occasions have been made memorable by their outstanding culinary and hospitality experiences. This year on the birthday of my most loved ones (husband and MIL) it was a lockdown due to corona virus. I took a chance to contact Chef Vikas at Marriot and I couldn’t believe they are still baking and cooking with utmost care as required due to corona and not only that delivering in their own sanitized vehicle(so safe).
We ordered a chocolate fuelliant cake and an apple pie. For food it was salmon Dill tikka, Nihari Ghost, garlic butter nan and Awadhi chicken biryani. Everything was just awesome and just out of this world. It lit up our occasion. We never gonna forget their care, courtesy and the flawless culinary skills. I strongly recommend everyone J W Marriot. Looking forward to more such associations 😊

We've been regulars to JW Marriott at Pune for a variety of reasons - restaurants, stays and drinks. After 5 months of staying at home and craving for other cuisines, we finally decided to order in. Much earlier Akshay Ambade had reached out to me saying JW Marriott does food delivery. We have a toddler at home and considering we have no doubts in their high safety and cleanliness standards, JW Marriott was our default go-to to begin ordering food from outside. They have a variety of cuisines to choose from. Each time we've ordered we've really enjoyed the hot and scrumptious food that was delivered, Pindi Chole is my all time favourite.
It's now become an every Friday event for us to order and we look forward to it. We've tried pizzas, Indian cuisine and Chinese so far. Each of them have been fantastic. Kudos to Chef Akshay, Chef Joseph and Chef Rajan to continue dishing out great food. The folks who come to deliver follow all the safety protocols, and we feel safe ordering from JW Marriott.
We miss dining at the JW Marriott, we're happy to get a portion of what they used to offer delivered to our home today. We can't wait for the day to be back in person. Till then, keep up the great work.

Though I stay at JW frequently, this time I was bit worried because of covid situation. After a long gap of 7 months, I was out for work and so on tour, decided to stay at JW in pune.
They are really doing wonderful job of taking care of visitors. Within no time my tensions about the hygiene was gone. The hotel didn't have the regular hustle bustle due to the pandemic. Hope that the situation becomes normal early.
Planning to visit again after Diwali
They are really doing wonderful job of taking care of visitors. Within no time my tensions about the hygiene was gone. Excellent home delivery service during covid shut down. The delivery was prompt, and visual assurance of health safety provided the two individuals who did the drop was fantastic. I will definitely order again.

Stepping out after many months of lockdown for a small, family celebratory dinner, we decided to choose Pasha because of its outdoor seating. We contacted Kasyhap Ruparel from JW
Marriott. He was extremely helpful, assisting with our reservations and reassuring us of the safety aspects. As it turned out, it was a wet, rainy evening
and there was no choice but to move indoors. I had a lot of reservations, but have to admit all my fears were put to rest once we got there. Kashyap was
personally there to receive us in the lobby and Soumya Pachal and his team from Pasha did an exceptional job of making our evening memorable! The staff had
masks and sheilds,the tables were sanatised, scanned QR code menus on our phones(that was a new one for me.. paper menus are done away with). The food was
excellent, the drinks were good, and the staff was attentive and courteous as always. They made the evening extra special by surprising us with a delicious
chocolate cake..' compliments of the house' we were told and their way of letting us know how happy they were to welcome us back.
This pandemic has been hard on
everyone including the hotelling industry. But they're ready to welcome their guests back with all the safety measures in place. So I'd say step out and enjoy
the experience !
The Covid protocol that Marriot has in place is reassuring... requirement of arogya setu app,self parking, sanitizers and
napkins in the lift and a smiling and welcoming staff with their masks and sheilds in place!

There are connections to the TV for hdmi, aux, display port, video in and audio left/right, so video.
For charging, the plugs are multi socket.
Shakahari, the separate veg section on first floor is closed due ro less demend. I have stopped taking lunch/dinner after closing of Shakahari.
A la cart should be given. Try ro contact the front office manager and talk to him. I feel you will get a la cart.
