We had a great stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodative. Special thanks to Rahul,the house keeping executive who took special care that all our little requests for decorating the bride's and groom's room was met. He went beyond his way to ensure everything was arranged beautifully and in a timely manner. Highly recommend him for his humble nature and great hospitality.

I wish to share the experience of the Sangeet and Weeding ceremony which did at Royal Orchid Central hotel( Kalyani Nagar)
It was a great decision that we decided to do 2 of our major functions at the hotel.
Specifically want to highlight the effort of Mrs.Sayali who managed our overall function end to end .
It was indeed her sole effort that we being from Bride has not to worried about anything due which our functions became memeboral.
Right from the cost to any ad-hoc requests it was well addressed by the hotel and we had not to face any challenge.
The best thing was after we confirmed the deal , Hotel provided us with lot of extra benefits which we didn't expect and it end up saving lot of our overheads cost.
Once again want to thank on our family behalf to the below mentioned people and can assure it's a relation build for long.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only thing I enjoyed was the food and the dining staff. The front desk management was awful - don't ever hold a wedding or any occasion there. They kept harassing us DURING the wedding ceremony for room payments, despite repeated requests to wait till the occasion was over. Housekeeping staff are extremely slow in responding and you have to call at least 5-6 times till they finally respond. Never going back, ever.

Writing this from hotel.
1. The bath tub is old and water control missing. The control knob of the water (button for shower to tap shift) was missing and the shower curtains surely need a quick change. Also the bath tub for sure had lived its life just like shower curtains
Old towels. No dustbin in bathroom and no bathroom mat.(basics)
The house keeping did not do a pre check as face towels missing and only 01 soap was availabile
One of two lifts was out of service during the stay duration, leading to waits
Breakfast service staff seem to be doing a favor by serving. Had to ask for napkins etc. No smile at all. Food is bestt eaten with smiles around. After a bit of dressing down, they did checks
Let's not blame on covid as it has been some time since then.

I had planned my sister's wedding here - Stay, food and the reception party. From the day I came here to get the quote to the moment I stepped out of the premise after everything was complete, I don't have even one thing to complain about. Smallest of things were taken care of and every guest had only good things to say about everything planned here. Thank you Mr. Vikas Passi, Amit, Rajesh, Saili, Chef Sachin and each and every one involved in making this a wedding to remember. It was my first visit to this hotel and it was really awesome. We had requested room upgrade which hotel has accepted we were been upgraded to a suite room with just paying a little more then what we had booked for. Also hotel gave us a nice cake as it was my anniversary. Thank you Royal orchid for making my anniversary in one of the best memories that I had spent.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staffs were very supportive and not only made our stay experience pleasant but they also made us feel at hotel. Thanks to house keeping staff, staff who took care of laundry,refilled mini bár and those who cleaned the room neatly and patiently . I definitely have to mention about staffs at restaurant Nishita , Vaishnavi, Shruti, Mámta, Sangita and all the male staffs for being very thoughtful and taking an extra step to make the guests feel comfortable . Thanks to the executive chef for being very thoughtful of our food choices and taking care of our needs personally.We really enjoed the food especially moong dal halwa , all Dal díszes , vég clear soup. Location of the hotel is very good. On a walking distance to the newly opened metro line/ station.
Rooms are spacious but feel a bit outdated, need some improvements in visualisation.
Staff of the hotel is very cooperative and takes good care of the guests.

I stayed at this hotel on a quick business trip to Pune and was very pleased with my stay overall. The hotel is quite close to the airport, at check-in very warm welcoming by talat and gracy. Room was very clean and ready on arrival. The room had all the amenities I needed including ironing board and a shoe brush it was available there. I had breakfast and lunch at the Pinxx restaurant in the hotel, the entire staff was very courteous and very helpful, and quick check out done by duty manager Ravi. Thank you team.

I had booked the hotel through make my trip for my fiances birthday surprise and requested to help the hotel they have made a nice and good arrangement like room was decorated with balloons a cake was placed in the room and a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. Thanks to Prashant night manager who helped in arranging the surprise. My fiance loved it and would surely come back for our next visit.
