Awesome location wonderful taxi service from airport to resort. Just 20 minutes. Rooms very large and comfortable best bed. The food is top quality and very good value. What totally makes your stay is the wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and always a smile and a laugh. Thank you.

We needed a holiday for rest and relaxation and we picked the perfect resort. The rooms are massive and have everything in them including a indoor spa. We had a beach front and the view to the private beach was magnificent. We didn’t need to go anywhere the serenity was there . The restaurant needs upgrading but the food we ordered was delicious and very good value. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Thanks go to Shalini, Mare,Emma and all the girls for the warmth and caring whilst we were there.

Please save your time and do not stay here. It’s miles and miles from everything there is no shops restaurants or anything for 40+ minutes. The beach is not usable as it contains tar and mangroves when you walk in to the water it’s absolutely filthy. The room was only okay no not water in the bath tub absolutely no WiFi in the rooms so we were without connection for a week. Staff are nice but absolutely impossible to get service during the day as they’re cleaning the rooms and have nobody working at the bar. Menu was fine but half the stuff that’s appealing we were told the hotel was out of it? Overall very tan down and old and the fact we had no access to anything unless we got a taxi for over a half an hour was absolutely insane. Don’t waste your time

Let’s start with that this was a last minute booking as there was no other 7 point or above guest rated accommodation available in Nadi and this is in comparison to many other hotel/resorts that I have stayed-in in the past. Location - It is literally in the middle of no where by Fiji standards. In the middle of Nadi and Lautoka town so take a pick on which direction you want to travel about 25min by car. Hard to find taxi’s as there isn’t a dedicated taxi stand. You will have to call one in for yourself. Resort - Don’t expect a typical big Hotel/Resort style reception. The reception area is a small office at the back of a home opposite the restaurant, like a home office. Room - Room was decent size, clean at a quick glance but not clean enough if want to be critical for the amount you pay for the room. Dusty bits in corners, some places in the shower and toilet area had black spots (didn’t want to find out what it was) especially on the walls, shower track was dirty and tiled floors and walls just needs a good clean. The room was adjoining style with a door separating the two rooms and that was just not enough to keep the conversation next door out of my room. Can’t say the walls were thin as it’s all concrete. The King size bed was of a better quality. I found it weird that it had a flat sheet on top and the doona was initially just thrown in the cupboard. Usually it is fitted with the flat sheet. We used the doona the first day and then there after it was neatly folded away in the cupboard. Didn’t want to find out if the doona covers were changed or not. If you are looking for a place with sandy beach and to swim in the ocean then this may not be it. There is a small beach area (if you can call it that) between mangrove and rocks. You will get a tan but that’s about it. The deal came with breakfast but 1 day of breaky was enough. The selection was minimal and very basic and honestly not worth getting up for. It’s a different case if you don’t have wheels to explore other places. Wifi is not reliable at all and is as slow as it can be. Basic functions are ok in but wanting to stream movies, then forget it. And you will be lucky to get a ok connection in parts of the room. I just believe that tourism in Fiji has just boomed and due to high turnover, there is not enough time to get a thorough clean and maintain in the turn time. This may not be true for main stream or bigger hotel chains where more staff are employed a standard is to be maintained but certainly for the smaller hotel/resorts, it certainly seems to be the case. My verdict - Would I book again if I had a choice, then NO. Would I book again if I had to, then yes as it’s decent but still not worth the prices I have seen online for the establishment. Kudos to staff for going out of their way to make things happen to the best of their ability.

We didn’t stay here but went to the restaurant. None of us got our meals together and one of us waited 2 hours for a pizza that turned up full of ants. We were told there was no Indian cuisine that night as the chef was on holiday which was fine but they didn’t even have bruschetta or garlic prawns as an entree even though we’d all ordered prawn mains?! The owner was unapologetic as was the waitress. No drinks were served during the wait and I refused to thank the waitress as she didn’t thank us. I’ve been there a few times over my 18yrs of visiting fiji and this was a terrible experience, especially when we had taken friends. The owner doesn’t deserve the patronage, absolutely ignorant and arrogant. The service was appalling!!

They would not stand behind the confirmed booking which they emailed to us They were very arrogant and extremely unforgiving and did not recognize the conformation booking. Our dream holiday was turned upside down... WARNING TO YOU ALL

h we had booked through Agoda and had paid for it in advance for approximately AUD 150 per night a total of over $1000 for 7 nights? But when we got there the manager wouldn't give us the room, unless we pay an additional of FJ$600 or so, because Agoda rate was not correct?!! Therefore, we , the guest were to be penalised for it. He held us, two old people, at their counter for 4 hours from 6 pm to 10 pm while he rang Agoda so many times in order to get what he wanted, the additional $600? Agoda kept hanging up on him each time and did not want to talk to him for what he wanted? though Agoda had failed to sort things out prior to guest arrival or have the courtesy to contact us to cancel booking because the resort manager does not like Agoda as a company and or as well as their bookings, but it went through and he did not stop it when he could!!! Because the manager failed to tell me to cancel the booking 3 days before flight and not only that, he told me to come and continue the trip as he will sort out the matter with Agoda later? Yes he did so, But only used us/ me to complain to Agoda at 10 pm on behalf of Nila Resort, in order to get the money for Nila from Agoda. Why, because he could not do it himself!!! He did sort things out. But only by using us, the guest. Because Agoda did not do the same in 3 to 4 days that the resort manager had contacted them for a dispute on their room nightly rate!!! Anyhow, it is over now. It was a shocking experience for us. Although Agoda paid them the difference may be just to save us from sleeping outside the Nila Resort door step, but I personally believe that that resort is not worth more than $100 per night at its best. Meaning we and Agoda had paid them too much anyway. The breakfast was shocking and repeatedly every day the same with horrible and badly cooked ,cheap pork sausages and frozen spring rolls. Could you imagine? every day for as long as you stay there!! No imagination in Nila resort managers. Continuing that they will go down. I admit that their staff are friendly and helpful ( the only positive) and the rooms are reasonably clean. But that is about all. The rooms are over designed in size and built, hence their expectation of room rates which are not justifiable in totality. Overall, I will not recommend this place to anybody at all specially for their rates. As for its star rating, could hardly make it to 3. May be 2 to 2.5.

We have stayed in this resort twice now. In the garden view and ocean view rooms. Huge rooms, very comfortable king beds, huge spa bath and spacious shower/bath areas in the room. Management is great, very welcoming and friendly staff. Easy car parking literally right next to reception and rooms. Less than two minute walk to a beautiful beach, pool, bar and restaurant and all facilities. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. High tide is the best for swimming at the beach. Like most of the area and the Coral Coast, at low tide the tide goes right out. It is centrally located between Nadi and Lautoka to make the most of the area. Right next door to Vuda Marina where all the yachties pull in. There is also a bar/restaurant at the marina. Easy access to the Nadi International Airport. Have stayed at resorts on Denarau Island, but they reminded me of staying on the Gold Coast in Australia. For something different, give these guys a try.

1st sight was cat with a mouse. Next was dead cockroach in our room upon checkin. Just kind of an EW feeling about the place. Food was bad - especially breakfast. Location was bad - in the middle of nowhere nice. Only plus was that the ownership seemed to want to do a good job.
