Great hotel!! I will start off with the room, it was so spacious clean and modern, could not fault it, the bed was comfy and good pillows.
The food was very good for an all inclusive, it had a good range each night without being too repetitive. We did dine in the Italian one night which was lovely! Snack bar around the pool is a good option in the day time.
The beach was spotless, very clean and the staff were so friendly, that goes across the board from the welcome staff to those on the jetty always helpful and very informative. Bars had a good range of drinks, and a good draft/can lager.
WiFi was across the entire hotel and was great signal but it’s worth paying the £11 for unlimited internet for the stay(I think this is up to 5 devices too)
We stayed for 7 nights and thought the entertainment was good, showing a diverse range each night. The hotel was quiet when we went 9th-16th Jan…but was perfect as it wasn’t crowded and no queues for bars etc.
Pool was a little cold for the time of year, but the sea was warm. There was no fuss exchanging towels each day/evening, they were placed in our room each evening and old ones swapped at our room.
The dive school on site at the hotel needs a special mention, as they were great. I am a qualified diver so fancied booking a few days worth of dives, and that’s what I did. Started off with a refresher course, then a few local dives at the house reef, a boat trip to Ras Mohammad and finished off the week with completing a nitrox course. Fairly priced, very friendly and safe.
Special mention to my instructor Mohamed who made me feel safe on each dive and his English was great. The best part about the diving was that each dive was 1-1 as the hotel was pretty quiet.
Thank you very much to Islam and Mohamed and the dive team for a great experience. I have dived at many hotels over the years and I thought this site stuck out for me, house reef was full with all kinds of fish/rays/turtles! Don’t forget your mask and snorkel!

This is the 2nd time I have been to the Coral Sea Sensatori, although the first time was 11 years ago and it was even better than I remembered
Check in was quick and efficient and we were given a room in the adult section which we didn’t book, but were very grateful for. The room was large and spacious and very well kept by the housekeeping team. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. We had a nice balcony and best of all we had a lovely view of the adults pool, the beach and the sea.
What makes this resort special is the service, every single person we met went out of their way to make sure you were happy.
We spent most of our time on the beach by the adults section and I can honestly say, we did not have to get ourselves a drink once! Ali and Magdy who worked the adults section bar at the time, worked their socks off looking after everyone, bringing water, drinks, ice lollies and crisps.
The main restaurant was not the best buffet restaurant I have had in Egypt (been to 8 hotels) but definitely not the worst, you could always find something to eat but it was generally the same kind of food each day. Your temperature was taken as you went in and you were given a disposable glove to use when serving yourself. There was also an adults section with its own entrance. We ate in all of the a la carte restaurants, which were all very nice, staying for 10 nights, we booked 4 times. Again, the service was excellent. The snack bars at the main pool and the beach were both very good, the food was always made fresh for you. We did not use the pay to eat at restaurants.
There was never any rush to get a sunbed anywhere in the resort, whether it be one of the many pools or the beautiful beach there were always plenty available. We were also lucky enough to see some stunning sunsets.
We only went to a couple of shows, which were very good but did feel sorry for the performers as there were not many people there to watch them. The singers in the piano bar each night were very good. We often ended up in the clubhouse and were looked after by Zac, who often helped us out when our key wouldn’t work too!
We would definitely return to this hotel (I did look for a cheeky getaway in June but the price has doubled) and would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff that work so very hard and give outstanding service.

We have recently returned home after a ten night stay at the lovely Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori Hotel, Sharm El Sheik. We were a party of four, with 3 sea view rooms; one with a jacuzzi on the terrace. There are not many holidays when getting home you can rate nearly perfect. This is a great hotel, located on a lovely beachfront with good food and perfect weather. But what made this holiday different was the level of service the staff went to, to make this trip one to really standout. Nothing but nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was courteous and friendly, eager to go the extra mile; right from the reception staff to the room attendants on block 1 level 3. They kept our rooms spotless with evening rounds to change wet towels and turn down our beds.
Food was either in the buffet restaurant called Fountain View and here we would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful restaurant manager Melad Gaber and assistant Ahmed for looking after us so well. Thank you also to Moustafta Azouza who was so attentive and helpful. There were 3 a la carte restaurants open of which the Casa Bianca was in our view the best; special thank you to Mohamed for making our dining experience memorable and for making us want to return. At lunchtime we chose the Tiran Diner which is located on the beach and the staff here are just great; especially Maged, Ashraf and Sheehan. There are a number of bars to have a pre dinner drink, thank you to Amr Gamal (Lobby bar) and Ahmed Habib (Piano bar) for your attentiveness. However, all the bar staff are just great.
The snorkelling was phenomenal and there was a diving/water sports centre called Aquarius Water Sports right on the beach, where you could book paragliding, wind surfing and boat trips (www.aquariusredsea.com). We had a great speed boat trip to one of the best snorkelling areas where the fish and coral are out of this world; thank you to Khalad and his team. The staff on the jetty were so helpful, especially Salah Mohamed Sajed Ahmed who was the beach guard and first aided - Salah you are wonderful and made us feel so special.
Thank you also to all of the lovely animation team who work so hard.
During our stay we had a massage at the hotel spa - heaven. We went quad biking and visited the nearby Soho Square where you can shop and eat to your hearts content.
We will definitely be back next year and hope some of our new friends will still be working there.
Thank you to all the staff for making this a truly memorable holiday.

This was our first visit to Sharm and it didn’t disappoint.
The place and staff are fantastic!
We’d booked a sea view room with a jacuzzi bath, and it was fabulous!
Mohamed who was our room attendant was brilliant - he honestly couldn’t do any more.
It was my birthday whilst we were there and he decorated our bed with the cards and a cake supplied by the hotel. Again a lovely touch!
The staff in all of the bars and the restaurants were all great too.
We tried a couple of the al la carte restaurants, both of them were really nice, Mohamed and Ahmed who managed those two restaurants were great boys.
The staff at the Tiran beach bar were so attentive and watched when you needed another drink and all had a pleasant chatty manner (like all of the others!!)
Salah and all his team of extremely hard workers in the Fountain restaurant were also great, my partner had fun with him chatting about Leeds United and Liverpool!
There were a couple of things that would have enhanced our stay - like more wine choices, cocktails such as margaritas and Prosecco to be included in the all inclusive package and also completely free WiFi throughout the stay.
Maybe placing some beers in the mini bar in the room would also be a nice touch, especially in the room we had because we used the jacuzzi so much.
Also not sure why you have additional supplements for certain foods in the al la carte restaurants (such as lasagne in the Italian?)
Saying this might sound like a criticism but it honestly isn’t , we just think that it would make the hotel even better.
We would definitely return, thank you!

Our first time in Egypt and we had a fabulous time.
We booked an adult swim up room that was perfect for us and arrived to special treats of chocolate, nuts and fruit platter in our room. Beautifully presented, like art on a plate. We loved our early morning swim straight out of the door and sitting on our little outside patio. Room was kept immaculate, lovely comfy bed , missing the jacuzzi bath. All the 3 restaurants we were allowed to book were superb and the Fountains buffet was excellent for the rest of our stay , where we sat in the adults only section . It was always a treat to see what was offered. The puddings/ sweets were so fabulous . Special mention to Salah the manager here he was an excellent source of information and knowledge about Egyptian culture and made us fee very welcome.
In fact everyone working here is a credit to your hotel.
We relaxed on the beach and at the adult only pool. Ali from the adult bar kept us hydrated. He was such a hard worker , and so professional and shone in his aptitude of looking after us . Everything delivered so quickly with a smile .
Snorkelling off the jetty was fabulous. The reef is so beautiful , full of interesting marine life . I have been to Mauritius and several island in the Maldives and it matches up.
February weather a bit of a mix , quite cold in the evening so needed warmer clothing. Sometimes a cool wind in afternoons like full summer in the UK . Days are short , so we got up early to take advantage. Dark by about 6 . But it was quiet in the hotel so a fab time to visit. Only about 6 people at adult pool in afternoon. More at the main pool and children’s area. So will definitely be back again in February to celebrate my birthday.
Thank you Coral bay Sensatori for a fabulous first visit to your country.

I am writing this while laying on the very comfortable beach bed on the terrace of our swim up room, glancing at the sea just a couple of feet away. The entire hotel is built in exquisite taste, classy grey-ish stone, brown wood and a very nice beige plastering. If you are looking for a kitsch-like, neon colors hotel, this is not the place. The pool is cleanded every day and still heated, so whether you fancy an early morning swim or a late night one, you will find it just right.
The common area gardens are simply amazing, constantly tended to and so discreetly lit up, that an evening stroll can be the only entertainment you need. However, there are plenty of entertainment options, if you'd rather have a more lively vacation. From shows to a classy piano bar, there is something for everyone.
I am not a drinker, so I cannot comment on the alcoholic beverages, but food wise, the Fountain View has a variety of options for breakfast and dinner, I have my lunch at the Tiran or some noddles, both places serve tasty food, Casa Bianca has a new chef and the food is absolutely delicious, from the risotto to the beef and the chicken. The Marhaba restaurant is totally worth it, I cannot fault it either way, even if I tried.
As for the entire staff, they simply cannot do enough for you, from the waiters to the very professional cleaning staff. They actually all learn the guests name incredibly quickly and they always greet you by name and with the warmest smile and a very professional behavior. They work so hard, from dusk til dawn, without ever looking tired or neglecting something or someone.
The room is pristine, furnished in an elegant and tasteful style, the TV equipment is brand new and has a great smart platform, the floor in the room has been changed, the terrace is a treat morning, afternoon and night, to say the least.
The beach is never crowed, no matter if the hotel is fully booked or not, mainly because it is wide and long, so the umbrellas and the beach beds have plenty of space between one another.
The ladies at the spa manage a very relaxing couples massage, you have to book it a couple of days in advance, but the price is good and the massage is excellent.
The coral reefs and the most colorful fish are just at the end of the pier and are the most beautiful I have ever seen and I have been diving and snorkeling all over the world
for a good number of years.
Bottom line, this place can be paradise. And if for some reason, you have any complaints, they are all quick on their feet and the management is always there to sort it out and make your stay as comfortable as humanly possible. Probably the reason why so many of the guests are returning again and again.
This is not my first vacation here and I am happy to say it won't be my last, not only because everything and everyone is so familiar to me, but because every single person here treats me like family, as they seem to do with all the quests returning here.

We came to this hotel with low expectations having booked what could be considered a ‘traditional package holiday’ on the advice of an agent, we were looking for winter sun, good standards of hygiene, a knowledge of allergies and relaxation!
The inbound airport experience was very good, certainly better than Gatwick, Miami, Barbados or Cancun, they could all learn a lot from Sharm El Sheik, quick and efficient. On our first night’s dinner we expected the usual battle over allergies but a quick discussion with Saleh, the Maître de at the Fountain restaurant, put many of our concerns to rest. He made sure that the kitchen staff/chefs fully understood the problems, arranged for chefs to visit the table and ensured that the food was always safe. He checked everything and I mean everything, not only our table but the whole restaurant marshalling his troops to ensure that everyone received excellent service. A credit to the hotel and to safe food standards worldwide.
One or two reviews talk of tired rooms, it was not our experience, some suggest service could be better, again not our experience, if you want ultimate service and luxury you have to pay a significant premium and this is at the end of the day a package holiday, we will come back.

We had a relaxing 2 weeks at TUI Blue Sensatori on the whole very good but not quite to the Sensatori standard that we have seen elsewhere.
When we arrived there was a queue to check in, we was offered fruit juice whilst queuing would have been a better touch to offer sparking wine. The room was good the bed was very comfortable, decent size balcony. The bathroom had a spa bath and a separate shower cubicle which was great, also disco style lighting was great. My only critism of the bathroom was the towels are too small we would expect bath sheets which are a better size. My other critisms of the room is no mini bar this is crazy at the very least I would have expected cans of soft drinks but nothing, this is a really poor decision. Also the curtains were looking like they needed replacing. Our room overlooked the family pool area and was very quiet which was great. The room was kept spotlessly clean and a great touch was new beach towels were delivered every evening.
The beach has plenty of sun loungers although they are wooden and looking pretty tatty, very heavy to move if you want to remain in the sun. The beach service is appalling you would go hours before anyone would bring drinks to you which is really poor and would expect more from a Sensatori. The family pool area is quiet with plenty of loungers, the service was poor on our first day but the rest of the stay the service was attentive and the bar man Ali was excellent bringing us drinks and crisps, really good guy.
Restaurants were excellent, great service, fantastic food. The buffet restaurant offered a huge choice of food catering to everyone never had a bad meal. The a la cartes are truly amazing the food and the quality are excellent.
The bars offer a good selection however the cocktails are really poor as they are so synthetic. The bar service is poor, the staff are slow, dont want to take drinks orders and for a Sensatori is below what we expected.
Overall though this is the best hotel we have been to in Sharm we had a relaxing break. Some tips bring plenty of insect repellent as the Mosquitoes can be vicious and I got badly bitten. WIFI should be free in my view however you only get 4GB before then having to pay for it. IVO beach is excellent private attentive service and well worth paying to experience it.

Thank you for your review and rating of our hotel. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and we are also grateful for your feedback and suggestions and trust that all have been taken into consideration where applicable. However, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points. In regards to mini bar this is not in the all inclusive concept and that is clearly advertised on brochures. Wifi is based on a fare policy use to allow all guests to enjoy the basic access usage while on holiday and this is due to the infrastructural built of the country's telecommunication network, which is actually being worked on as we speak nationally. Otherwise guest can purchase additional unlimited one-day and whole-stay packages at very reasonable fixed price. Thank you once again for your recommendation and we are looking forward to welcome you back as our repeat guest in the near future. Best Regards, Hotel Management

Two weeks after the vacation in Coral Sea Sensatori Resort in 2021, only best memories are in mind! The rest began from the first minutes of communication at the reception since the manager's pleasant attitude helped us to choose the best room category at no extra charge. Thank you, Mo’men, for such a kind attitude towards guests! It is very nice! The hotel itself has a very nice, clean, well-groomed and green area. The staff is attentive, kind, friendly! All personnel maintained the mask regime and safety measures throughout the territory. Rooms are clean as the cleaning is daily. Bed linen, towels are great! Beach towels were brought directly to the room every day. The number of guests in the hotel is limited, so there were no problems with tables in the restaurant and bar, as well as, with sun loungers! The food was also amazing: various fresh and tasty dishes for every taste were offered! In addition, I would like to mention the restaurant on the beach and the main restaurant, they are large are cozy. The waiters are attentive to orders and serve quickly. I really liked the hot pizza from the oven with different toppings and nice drinks! Strawberry and mango for dinner - what more could we wish for in winter! The most exciting thing is a local reef, which is absolutely better than even on high see! The great bonus was a long sandy coastal promenade with a breathtaking landscape which connects 4 hotels. Thanks for this wonderful vocation! This is the place where you want to return! A place that you want to recommend to your friends! Thanks to all the hotel staff for a good job!

We came here for a New Years break and loved our stay. A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We had a jacuzzi room overlooking the sea, the terrace area was very spacious with a beautiful view. Our housekeeper Mahmood was very friendly and was fantastic at looking after us. The only thing I would mention is that after very heavy rainfall the water in the jacuzzi was brown so we could not use it for a day while the water supply came back to normal. Secondly, the toilet had an unpleasant smell coming from it.
The food in the Fountain View was great, plenty of choice and for a buffet we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. On NYE the staff did a special dinner and the spread was absolutely fantastic. We visited one a la carte restaurants however, were a little disappointed and would not recommend going and paying for one - stick to the buffet.
The pools, bars and communal areas are very well maintained however, some areas were closed due to COVID. We also visited the spa, unfortunately, most of the services were fully booked and only my partner could have a massage. The massage itself was amazing however, we were very disappointed to find that we could not do any treatments together so, book in advance!
The staff here try so hard to make sure you enjoy your stay and nothing is too much trouble. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
As for Egypt itself the only thing I would say is that as a tourist they try and rip you off at every possible opportunity. The shops and taxi service on site of the hotel charge extortionate prices and do trick such as claiming they have no change to get you to pay more so have your wits about you!

Hi you can pay in Sterling cash & on your debit card, euros, dollars, they prefer sterling or dollars, do not take Egyptian pounds I saw a lady trying to pay in that they didn’t like it! I’ve bought tobacco using dollars, I also took dollars to use in resort for tips etc, but they happy to accept any cash English pound coins too.
