I booked at the last minute so I took what room that they had left. The parking lot is a little scary at night, not as well lit as I would like. The hotel sits off a major thoroughfare so getting in and out is not necessarily a simple feat. It turned out that I was in an accessible room which was fine for me but made very little sense in terms of accessibility. I am a special education teacher so I often look at things from the lens of whether the younger and older youth and young adult students that I work with would be able to access the spaces that I am in. On the plus side there were peep holes for the door at a standing height and what should be about eye level for a wheel chair user. The hangers on the doors were also at multiple heights. The doorways were wide allowing for wheelchair access. I also did not feel like the bed was at a height that would be easily accessible for a wheelchair user. My room was on the fourth floor. The sink seemed to still be at the regular height although there were no walls closing it in so a wheelchair could roll under it, except that the knobs did not feel to me as if they were easily reached from a seated position. The bathtub was a traditionally sized bathtub with normal size sides. The shower head also seemed to be above where a wheelchair user would be able to access it unassisted. It had planks that folded out for a seat but the joint connecting it to the tub was on the inside of the tub instead of the outside meaning that someone else would have to pull it out making the assumption that the person staying in the room was traveling with others. We ended up here for 11 days due to COVID. The room was large quiet and very clean. There was a grocery store about 15 minutes away. The breakfast was better than I expected. There was even in organic whole wheat bread and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive. No where to go nearby, We would stay there again! Great value.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites hotel on Sunday, October 2, 2022. I left my bracelet inside of the room. When I realized that my bracelet was not on my wrist, I called the hotel. I called on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, and spoke to Ms. Kerrie. I explained to her that I had left my bracelet inside the room and that the bracelet was made for me by my grandfather at birth. I also let her know that I had the bracelet for 47 years. She contacted hotel housekeeping to see if anyone had found my bracelet. She called me and stated that no one had found it. I then asked her if the hotel linen is cleaned on or off the hotel premises. She explained that all linen is cleaned at the hotel. She then said that she would contact someone who cleans the linen and that she would call me back. Shortly later, Ms. Kerrie called me back and gave me the most wonderful news that one of the hotel employees did in fact find my bracelet. I was so, so, so happy that it was found. Due to Ms. Kerrie's diligence and compassion for me is the reason that my bracelet was recovered. She went above and beyond to locate my precious keepsake. This experience could have been devastating but for Ms. Kerrie I can smile again. I want to say thank you for employing such a kind person and thank you again to Ms. Kerrie. I will be picking up my bracelet today from the hotel and hopefully I will see Ms. Kerrie to tell her in person once again for all she's done. Ms. Kerrie is the true definition of HOSPITALITY. She deserves a raise!!!!!!!

Thank you for going out of your way and recognizing Kerrie. She is one of my "super stars" and I would hate to do my job without her. It doesn't surprise me that she went out of her way to locate your bracelet. I will tell you that when she didn't find it initially, she made it her mission to locate it, and if it was anywhere on the property, she was determined to find it. This place had a nice van that was just parked, and so during my two days there had to spend $31 on basic rides for nothing. I asked for refill of cream for room coffee, and was made to feel that i was "bothering" them. Breakfast--no way.
Computer for guests didn't work the whole time. Forget this place!

Coming into the hotel we were greeted very warmly. We got our room it was pretty cold, I turned on the steam we unpacked everything and we left for about half hour to do some local shopping. when we came back the room temperature was kind of ok still coldish. On the floor in font of the refrigerator there were stains so I went on knees and washed the floor with one of the small face clothes from the bathroom. We filled the whirlpool “that was really great” but as we were sitting in it we saw 2 pieces of gum on the ledge from some previous guests but those issues bothered my wife . When we got in to bed our toes got stuck in the bedding, I uncovered the whole bed and we saw that the blanket was completely torn from one side and there was a blood stain on the blanket . My wife was really upset, if it was just for the first few issues she wouldn’t of complained to me about it but this last issue really hurt her. I wasn’t going to make a fuss at 1.45am and in the morning. i told her we will tell them when we check out but we woke up so late that we dashed out like a bullet to get back home. This is not our 1st time we stayed at this specific hotel location but almost definitely our last. We have pictures of the torn and bloody blanket. This was our 25th wedding anniversary hotel stay, we live in Brooklyn thank G-D have a large family and can’t travel to far and because we stayed here several time’s many years ago we thought it would be the best option to celebrate the night there but it looks like the place hasn’t been kept up. Really disappointed I hope management will respond

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the front desk staff, they really do a great job, and I am glad that you were able to experience that. As far as the stain on your comforter, there is no excuse for that. I assure you that all our bedding i sanitized prior to entering the room. During that process, any stained items are set aside and treated or discarded. This obviously didn't happen, or it was overlooked, and for that, I am sorry. I make it a point to work the weekend mornings and be here to mingle with guests, I wish I would have gotten the opportunity to speak to you that morning. I have trained staff working around the clock, we could have fixed this problem right away, had we known. I did make an adjustment to your bill and have responded to all your surveys. I wish you and your family a healthy and happy holiday season.

We had a very pleasant experience during our 4-night stay at this hotel. The hotel premises and room is clean and organized. Front desk folks were professional, friendly and helpful. This hotel is at a convenient location to get to main tourist attractions in and around New Jersey and New York city via car. Hotel manager Kevin also helped us with an additional request and went above and beyond to take care of it. Thank you!!!

This is a 2.5 star hotel and I would go as far to say 2 star hotel. The hotel staff are wonderful people, but the hotel is in dire need of renovations. There was rust in the bath tub, the bed is hard and low to ground, the pillows are almost non-existent. My husband and I both woke up with neck and back pain. The breakfast was horrible. We still had to purchase breakfast for our family because they offered stale bread and bagels, runny eggs, and cereal. The second day we got back to the hotel to be greeted by a marijuana smoke filled elevator. That same night my whole room and daughter's room smelled of smoke. The rooms are not properly insulated if we had smoke drifting into our non-smoking suites. I use the word suite loosely as it was not a true suite. It was not worth the money. We ended up leaving early and forfeiting our last night at the hotel.

My son had gone a trip with school students and he left his loaded wallet in the drawer at the hotel. When we called in a day later and requested the staff to check, they were awesome. With just one call they located it and shipped it to us before our son landed home. Very honest and sincere team. Kudos . I also heard that they went the extra step to check all the rooms with the school kids and returned a lot more items.

We are so happy that he received his wallet, and more then happy to have mailed it out. My housekeeping team has been with us for years, they work very hard, and are very honest when it comes to items left behind. I was not surprised they gave me the money filled wallet, they do it every time. I guess you can say I was very proud of them. I'm very lucky to have them! Our family held a family reunion last weekend in Rahway. We reserved a room block of 18 rooms from Friday to Monday at Comfort Suites, Woodbridge. The manager, Kevin Martel, could not have been more courteous and helpful with rooms and reservations. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They even had a welcoming message on the hotel’s highway sign. The rooms were comfortable, large and clean. The hot breakfast was appreciated by all after late nights of celebration. A 5 star rating from our family!

I would like to express my appreciation to your amazing staff, they made my visit to New Jersey so pleasurable. The front desk staff was so friendly and go out of their way to help me. The breakfast was hot and good selection with eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, hot coffee and fresh fruit. The rooms are large and very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was nice to have a few drinks to unwind at the bar in the lobby. Special thanks to Kevin (the GM), Mrs. Kerrie, Mrs Elizabeth and Mrs. Maria.
