Everything in perfect order. Everywhere read, cleaning every day. The food was good, there could be more variations, but it was always excellent. Evening program for adults and children, during the day too. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful. Thanks a lot for it. Monika & Veronika

It was such a pleasant time in Egypt. The staff here is amazing, bartenders in the evening do their job very good, even if there are too many guests you will never wait for your drinks for too long. And that's not to mention the animation team. You'll never get bored here. During the day too many activities, and you'll never regret if you join. Honestly, it's really hard to say no to them, because you know joining yoga or stretching is as good as sunbathing or even better😅The same in the evening, Asya, Marta, Taras and Arina always came to us and every time we couldn't stop laughing. Never met such a friendly animation team in any other hotel. Very tasty food, we never missed a meal here. Can't wait to come back here! Thank Aladdin for the best vacation ever!

The besch is sandy with some rocks but when you go inside it's nice. The restaurant is crowded.. The buffet was delicious specially the shrimp 🍤 night it was yummy 😋. Pool was ok. Animation team 👍daily night shows were interesting. What I didn't like: Long distance to the beach, our room 2323 was boring no view at all but it was clean. Room service was langsam.

At the first we had a little problem with check in. We waited for long time and many times explained that we were big group. The second trouble were the men on the beach or swimming pool who make you same offers many times every day. So I mean you haven´t got your room yet but you know about massages, trips etc. After that was started the best holliday :-) great weather, clean see and sand beach. Food was tasty and there was planty to choose from all day (during the stay we visited Mongolian restaurant and tasted their cuisine), room was clean and restaurant staff was kind and helpfull. However, what I will really remember for a long time were the animation programs and the animators as such! Various activities during the day and in the evening and especially a lot of fun. So my special thanks is for Asya and Nikolas. They are the most positive persons who I met. With them you feel really good energy and have great mood. So thank you for them and thank you for great times, hope to see you again :-) Veronika…
