We returned here for the 4th time and were pleased that this hotel keeps getting better.
The hotel is spacious, clean and fresh. We had a family room which gave us a lot more room, not that we spent too much time in there.. The pools, grounds and beach are well maintained. I was impressed with the weekly litter picking event that the hotel encourages people to get involved with.
The food here is just amazing, there is plenty of choice. The buffet restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner serve everything you could want. The a la cart speciality restaurants were extra special we tried the fish, Asian and Nepalese and throughly enjoyed every one.
There are snack huts towards the beach, serving crepes or hotdogs, and there is a beach snack bar that serves burgers, fish and chips or chicken schnitzel which was very good.
The staff here from the bell boy who meets you as you arrive to the bar staff who keep you topped up in the evenings, make this hotel special. Waiters, chefs, housekeepers and animation team are all great ambassadors for Jaz Aquamarine. They are friendly, helpful and good fun to get to know.
The beach is shallow for about half a mile, but there is a deeper part that is good to snorkel in.
We went for a Hammam outside the hotel, and in a vip boat trip booked with TUI. The boat was really impressive, highly polished wood and marble tabletops. Lovely day out on sea.
There was a sandstorm one evening which put sand everywhere, the next morning the hotel staff were out in force sweeping sand from pathways, chairs and tables.
The rooms are cleaned daily, and beach towels are replaced when you leave your used ones outside your room door.
We were able to use the facilities at the Jaz Bluemarine next door. The four corners restaurant is an oasis of peace, it’s not too busy and there are amazing food choices with every palate catered for.
The location is good, it’s not on the main drag but you can walk around safely having a look for souvenirs or a fake bag or sunglasses. Just remember to haggle.
We had a lovely week with some great cocktails , it’s a warm and friendly hotel. I recommend it highly.

From the very start of our stay everyone that welcomed us was very friendly and kind towards my whole family and me. The first thing that we noticed was the beautiful view that emerged in front of our eyes after leaving the lobby. The numerous pools that were cleaned and checked every day were one the highlights for sure. You can freely choose whether you wish a relax or have a more lively and active day on the other side since they have both options based on the location. The pools are additionally/artificially warmed which is very crucial since the weather was not very hot and otherwise it would have been cold. Furthermore, the rooms were cleaned every day and my brothers, and all enjoyed coming everyday to a different piece of art created by very helpful, kind and smiling hygienist Mohhamed. Moving on to the restaurant the food was diverse and mostly very tasty and each and every server was trying to work as fast as they can so that no ques are formed. The days when we stayed in the hotel our new friend from the animation team Suleiman made sure that we are all happy and active during the day. From the morning stretches to later water aerobics and polo. On 31st the program became even more intense and fun due to the numerous games that we played both for children and grown-ups. And as a whole our stay would not have been the same without the participation and care of people such as great waiters like Dia and Mohammed G who constantly were making sure that our wishes were fulfilled. Still the whole the staff were always smiling and greeting even the gardeners were very polite. The thing that we didn't like was the fact that the chosen hall for the evening on 31st of Dec. live music was not suited for the number of people, thus we could not enjoy much since the dancefloor was small and crowded and some guest couldn't find place at all. I still don't know how the waiters managed to get through the crowd and bring everything we wanted in a timely manner with smile on their faces. Most of the guest could not enjoy and see the belly dance show. But that is something the managerial staff should have though off better. And a suggestion for the DJ to change and diversify the music a little bit because at the end of our stay we knew all the songs by heart.

Located about 15 mins from the airport , massive hotel with sister hotel next door (jazz blue marine). Loads of swimming pools only a few heated though possibly not a problem in summer months , and big slides located near the beach , no swim up bars and no drinks allowed in pool or even when you are sat at side with feet dangling in.Hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve seen , waiters fetch drinks to you all day around the pool area and in lobby bars . Rooms tidied spotless each day with nice towel art left on beds , towels changed daily , theres a hairdryer ,shampoo, conditioner and soap all complimentary in the bathroom .Mini bar, nuts chocolate and pop what’s in fridge and what’s left near fridge is not free , only free stuff is bottled water and two bottles of pop to last you two weeks.Lobby restaurant lets this place down , they have specialty nights every day (ie Italian , bbq , Chinese) but I couldn’t see any thing different from the menu the day before , other guests was saying same ,I understand they have to meet a lot of different nationalities tastes but Not much English food and seemed repetitive each day .A la carte restaurants think there’s 5 in total we tried the Middle Eastern (sofra), picked from a set menu (starter main dessert picture 3 )was nice , also tried Indian next door with this you get everything on the menu (photo five ) wow too much for one person ,could have easily shared with wife very nice tho . We found the snack bar on beach to be the best meals at dinner time .Beach is located at the end of the hotel ,drinks served there aswell as hot dogs pizza and crepes .sea only ankle deep for about a mile , worth a walk out to see fish and corals but not a sea you can swim in . Shops located outside hotel just get ready to barter !!!Night time entertainment was hit and miss some good shows but also some .......!
Sheesha pipes available near the theatre area ,priced at 4 euros each ,you pay for these when you check out of the hotel .You can use all facilities at jazz bluemarine next door and they can use ours ,except a la carte restaurants they have to pay , if you ain’t bothered about a la carte meals book in to blue marine worked out about £200 cheaper .
Overall nice hotel ,staff friendly , animation team doing games all day , also a kids club and games room . Would return again one day .

With regards to the pool heating we do in fact heat 16 out of 20 pools, which is the big majority of them. We do not allow drinks inside the pool or nearby for a specific reason for keeping our pools clean, especially since we do have a lot of children in the hotel a glass of cola can easily get spilled in the pool, resulting it to be closed for cleaning. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. This resort has many excellent people and facilities, I don’t quite know where all these excellent reviews are coming from it must be the sun, so let’s look at the good stuff:

The rooms are clean
The staff are very friendly and helpful
It’s a spacious resort
The individual (not buffet) restaurants are fantastic.
Beach is clean
Pools are clean

The no so good:
The main pool the music can be so loud that it literally bounces off the walls.
Even though the hotel was half empty, we were unable to change rooms to get away from the excessive noise, there was no relief as people had own speakers out loud in quiet spaces and on beach. We asked several times and were basically ignored so spent what was meant to be a peaceful holiday with constant noise.
Sun beds with towels on early morning but hotel does not enforce its own policy of removal after an hour.
The food in main restaurant , buffet was at best warm, repetitive and nowhere near as good as other 4 star plus hotels I have stayed in around the world.
The chefs in the small huts scattered around are disinterested in interacting and very slow food.
The last breakfast consisted of a few warm croissants with little else.
Managers consistently on mobiles.

Overall it’s each to their own but I feel this is a very poor compared others of similar value hence the rating of 2.

Its a shame... as the waiting staff, porters, cleanings staff and gardeners work so hard and very friendly and helpful.

With regards to the active pool area the music is louder during the activities such as Aqua Gym and other sport class lessons for the main crowd attending these activities. A room change cannot always be possible to a different area due to the room type booked, some room categories are only available in certain areas of the hotel, e.g standard rooms are only available at the active pools and so are the family Superior rooms. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. Travelling as a family of four for a 2 week break over Christmas and New Year the resort did not disappoint. We booked this hotel well in advance as a treat to celebrate my 55th birthday on Christmas Eve and my wife's 50th Birthday on the 3rd January, travelling with our sons aged 22 and 15 and stayed in two adjacent rooms number 1236 & 1238.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic as were the staff, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was clear that the staff were focused on delivering a great customer experience and showed a great deal of pride in their work.

The room was very clean and I must give my first special mention for Magdi who serviced our room everyday, he was very friendly and conscientious in his work and his towel art was something my wife loved, especially the effort he made on her birthday.

The food in the buffet restaurant was plentiful and there was always a good choice and we were never short of options an breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool-side bars had a good range of snacks available and the waiters were very attentive, both in the bar and those working around the pools. Ahmed, Alli and Taher regularly circled the pool for drinks orders and delivered service with a continuous smile!

We ate in Nino's Italian on 2 occasions and the food was excellent, Khalid the waiter was attentive and great fun with his various attempts at different English accents. We also ate at Makai Tukai, the asian-fusion restaurant, again the food and service was excellent. Although my wife didn't want a fuss for her birthday meal (we didn't inform the restaurant that it was a special occasion) the waiters arrived at the table with a birthday cake and a rendition of Happy Birthday to her surprise.

Both myself and my 2 sons used the Spa facilities for massages, which were excellent and in my opinion good value for money.

We will undoubtedly return in the future. The only downside of the whole trip was nothing related to the hotel, be prepared for security checks at the airport beyond anything you have experienced in the past!!!! our hand-luggage was searched on 4 separate occasions as we moved through the airport and on top of that we were all searched on at least 5 occasions. This experience left my wife anxious and questioning whether she would return in the future.

We booked this hotel via tui for our summer family holiday. We have been going to Egypt for years but our friends had never been to Egypt before. We were slightly nervous about what they would think but this hotel did not disappoint! Our rooms were cleaned to a great standard, they were spacious and the children loved the daily towel art! We also took advantage of the dry cleaning/ ironing service which was really cheap.

The bluemarine (sister hotel) next door was also lovely and had some brilliant water slides for the smaller children. It was great that we could access the bluemarine’s pools, bars and restaurants.

The evening entertainment isn’t out of this world but the animation team do a great job and really get the guests involved.

Al a carte restaurants are awesome with 3 or 4 visits per week included in your holiday price with tui. The computer to book these restaurants is In the lobby and very straight forward. You can not book the restaurants for that evening as it’s 2 days in advance. Ninos Italian restaurant is delicious and the staff a extremely polite and efficient. The Chinese was our favourite, we paid extra for the teppaniki and it was worth every penny. Mr Omar, mustafa and ashraf went above and beyond for us making us feel so special! They were wonderful with our children whilst we were waiting for our meal. Thanks for all of your hospitality!

We sat by the quiet pool most days and mustafa made sure that I didn’t go to the bar at all during our 2 week stay!!

During the evenings the kids were a bit too hot after the mini disco so we always ended up in the indoor bar next to the lobby (air conditioned). Ahmed catered to our every need and remembered our preferred drinks so we never needed to place an order he would simply bring them over. On our last day he came into work early to say goodbye. Our kids loved him, thanks so much Ahmed!

Senzo mall is a ten min car journey and well worth a trip If you fancy a change of scenery or food. There is a Macdonalds kfc etc also a duty free shop and a huge supermarket to buy snacks for your room.

We loved the hotel so much were going back in May!

Stayed here as a couple with a toddler.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to do one for the aquamarine because it’s so amazing!

The topaz restaurant was our absolute favourite, the waiters (Mahmoud Ateto and Mohamed Anwar) were friendly and brilliant at making sure we had a fantastic experience at each meal. The choice and quality of the food was really good (we are all fussy in different ways but we always had something nice to eat. It is kept spotlessly clean, with hand sanitizer available everywhere and staff constantly cleaning

Room was spotlessly clean too, with comfortable beds, daily housekeeping (Sam was brilliant, and we had really cool towel art everyday!). We had room 3013, with a private pool (80cm deep, perfect for little ones)

All in all, very very highly recommended

The stay was very pleasant. We had so much fun.

Jaz resorts in general are the best in Hurghada, and Jaz aquamarine was exceptional in terms of cleanliness, food and service.
In terms of COVID-19 precautions, our cars and luggage get disinfected before we step into the resort. Once you are in, you will find plenty of hand sanitizers everywhere around you. All staff are wearing face mask, and rooms are equipped with face masks and hand sanitizer.

The staff is very welcoming on every stage of your journey inside the resort. Mr. Magdy from reception was making sure that we are happy and having a pleasant stay, you will hear that a lot but they mean it. They are very serious about making every guest happy and the place feels like home and they are truly living up to Jaz reputation. I had an issue with my room air conditioning, I find out that all the resort manager are calling me to make sure that my issue is resolved and yet we have a pleased stay. Mr Magdy called is daily to check on our satisfaction on everything.

Another hero for our stay is Mr Nehad (the food and beverage manager), I had another issue with my booking meals, he promised to solve it and he did, and he invited us to a bottle of a lovely Egyptian wine. I was surprised by the level of food service there, the food was awesome, and the staff made every meal counts, and due to COVID-19 there were no open buffet but a set menu, and I cannot describe how the food was very elegant and extremely delicious.

The swimming pools and the aqua was very clean and we have a fun time there. The animation team was amazing and they were talking and playing with everyone.
Finally, I want to thank Amr, Mustafa, Metaos and Mina from the food service whom were always meeting us with a family welcoming smile.

Thanks also to the gardener who gave my little one some roses, and made her day happy, she is still keeping it even after our return.

The only draw back is the beach sea water is highly affected by the tide, however, they resolved that by a 100 meter walk to the a lovely coral.

In summary, this a highly recommended resort, if you are looking for fun and luxurious vacation.

Many hard days have passed on us and after a very long time staying at home me and my family decided to finally go on vacation to one of our favorite hotel group which is Jaz Hotel Group.
We chose Jaz Aquamarine this time and honestly the reception, the safety procedures and the treatment was fascinating and impressive.
Due to the covid, the car was sanitized before we entered and they provided us with sanitizer before entering the hotel. Moreover, they checked our temperature on our way in.
Our welcoming was very special, we were shown immediate care, and they took us to our rooms immediately without any complications.
The rooms are clean and neat, they also take procedures to clean and sanitize the roome before housing them and daily as we were staying, house keeping sanitized the rooms.
Moreover, wherever we went, there was sanitizer hanged on the walls and in restaurants we were provided with hand sanitizer on the walls, sanitized whipes and hand gell on the tables. They also checked our temperature daily whenever we enter the main restaurant.
The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were really great, there was a lot of different variety to suit everyone's liking, which was great due to the availability of the set menu and no open buffet, due to corona.
The hotel tried its best to keep distance between all the guests everywhere.
The restaurant on the beach has an amazing view, as well as amazing food. The food was really delicious there and it was our favorite restaurant to have lunch. The variety in there isn't a lot, but we gladly ate the same plates because they were delicious. The staff there were really helpful, kind, always smiling and they did their best to please us.
The Chinese and Italian a la carte restaurant were really unique, the dishes were really tasty and we enjoyed having dinner in there. The Indian restaurant wasn't the best, the food was really normal except for a few dishes.
The swimmimg pools are really clean and they clean it daily and they sanitize the benches. The main pools were full of people, so if you want some peace and quiet, I recommend the relax pools.
All in all, our stay in the hotel was really pleasant, we stayed for a week and we enjoyed every day.
Huge thanks to all of the staff for being so wonderful, kind, helpful and always wearing a smile.

Jazz aquamarine is a resort something out of a dream. The hotel is vast with pool sourrounding almost every building. Even though it is a family resort we highly recommend it for couples as well. The food was greate especially if you like oriental food, otherwise you have a good variety of a la carte restaurants. We were there during the Covid pandemic and i must say that the hotel staff took every precaution possible for us to have a safe stay at the hotel by maintaining strict social distancing measures and desinfecting multiple times a day the common areas. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull and even though they all wore mask you could see them smiling every time they greeted you. Our receptionist Mohammed Magdy was especially nice and helpfull on how and where to do shopping safely and at a good price. Thank you my friend. In conclusion i would definetly recommend this hotel.
