This was an amazing hotel, it’s greatest asset is its staff team! We were welcomed and shown to our room by a new member of staff, he will forgive me for not capturing his name here, but his passion for his new job at the hotel and his description of the hotel and what it had to offer as he walked us to our bungalow was just a perfect start to our stay! The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, led by a great head chef, he ran around day and night checking in with everyone and making sure everyone had what they needed and that standards were maintained, not easy with a demanding customer base! He tried his absolute best to cater for my vegan mother! Honestly the restaurant team are amazing and so welcoming, it’s a joy to go and have a meal and say hello, they will have you laughing and smiling!
The team by the pool make sure you have what you need, sunloungers, fresh towels and the bar team keep your drinks topped up as you require, always with a smile on their faces! If you have a problem, TV not working, shower running cold or safe showing an error, which I did, they were on it like a flash, all sorted, all with a smile! Our bungalow was fab with a fridge, balcony and sun deck, a stones throw from the beach, which also had a bar! The team on the beach were also amazing, running about tidying up and offering drinks and supporting you to move your bed about!
Few small negatives, but really the positives totally outweigh these.. the evening entertainment needs a bit of work, it was a bit bland and repetitive, the two ents guys were great though and absolutely out danced and outshone the females in the group! The beach area needs some work, the bricks and crates are an eye sore, it would benefit from a load of new sand to make the setting really perfect. The trips, there’s a person on site who sells trips. Although I explained my mothers mobility was an issue he said nothing was an issue for her on the trips.. this really wasn’t the case, small boards to balance across and lots of walking wasn’t explained, it was too much, the trip to the idyllic orange island turned out it was an hour on the island and the rest of the time snorkelling, if this had been explained I would have not chosen this, my mom can’t swim… a long day bobbing about on boats and my mother was stressed with transferring on and off boats with very difficult walkways… the four hours to Luxor was actually 6 hours after a running backwards and forwards around the resorts for hours before even heading off , I saw my hotel 5 times in the morning before I even left our resort! not the hotels fault, however they need to be aware of what’s being sold and what the itinerary is so the guests get the right information and choice, it does reflect on the hotel.
All being said the staff team at the hotel work their socks off, morning noon and night and I have the utmost respect for their passion to do their job, our room had the most amazing towel art each day! Those touches along with fresh water bottles and the constant warmth and caring of the team can only make you want to return here. The agreed late check out allows me to have a lovely last day and as I said to the general manager as I left yesterday afternoon I would definitely be back, true to my word, I have booked for next feb with my husband and two youngest children so they can experience what I did this last week! Thank you Bellagio team! Don’t just take my word for it, experience the warmth of a hotel team who learn your name , your chosen drinks and greet you with a smile morning noon and night! X

Came here in february for 2 weeks staying in a royal deluxe (well worth the extra money) alot of renovations were going on but to be honest it didnt bother us at all theyve got to do it at some time. All the staff recognised us and welcomed us back. Animation wasnt very entertaining as previous years. Allegro was nice though too much food couldnt eat half of it but tasted lovely and the guys in there really look after you. The food in buffet restaurant was ok not as good as previous visits but we noticed for the 1st 10days it wasnt the usual chef. Mongolian again not as good as previous but ok. Mena, mina, abanhoud, and haitham all make sure your drinks are topped up and very chatty and friendly. The guys in the shopping arcade are friendly especially the souvenir shop. Only downside really is the wine is watered down so had to buy a bottle if we wanted anything decent andyou can get ripped off by the beauty salon we booked for a massage for me and my partner together thinking it would be nice and relacing but all the time through it the man and woman giving the massage were chatting away to each other iwhich i thought was rude. booked for a pedicure and my partner a turkish shave who then proceeded to shave his hair not saying it would cost extra the woman then said she had spare time she would give him a pedicure and thread my eyebrows, i said we havent brought any more money in with me she said dont worry we have spare time, then when it was all done she gave us a ticket saying we owed another £50 gbp and got a man to follow us to our room to pay it. Would come back to hotel because they do welcome you with open arms but will definetly not go back to beauty salon

Currently at Panorama Bungalows Hurghada, lovely trip so far and pleasantly surprised. Wasn't sure when we first booked it but all good so far. Food is better than expected although breakfast is repetitive. Animation team are great especially Fatima.
First room wasn't as great as we hoped and was on the first floor in the side where lift is not working and also needed a good clean. Decided to pay for upgrade to pool view room (€20 per night) with direct access to water and so glad we did, would highly recommend, lovely modern room and mini bar restocked everyday. Beach is lovely (although not golden sand, more like gravel/sludgy), plenty to do there . Well stocked bar and bar snacks during the days . Also animation team doing daytime activities.
Very happy with holiday for price paid.

After looking for a cheap all inclusive and reading many reviews we opted for panorama bungalows. We paid for superior/delux room and was not impressed, on complaining was told it was a standard room so we got moved next morning, but not what I would call much better.
The room was ok, tv with 2 English film channels, kept very clean and towels etc changed daily, comfy bed and pillows, but the guy doing the rooms did ask about my cordless ear phones and how much, so don’t know if he was poking around.
The pool was nice and clean , they were in process of building 2 more pools when we arrived, so lots of workmen about- also building or upgrading other rooms- guess getting ready for peak season.
The gardens are lovely and well maintained.
The communal areas like corridor and stairs were filthy, glasses outside doors all week.
WiFi very poor, but some guy rented us a dongle with 20gb for the week for £25.
The restaurant was good but when full capacity it will be a nightmare. Food was very good but limited choices.
Mongolian restaurant was not much to write home about and Italian was ok, I’d only go if free, wouldn’t pay.
Beach was nice, plenty of beds, very shallow so great for small kids, need to wade 100 meters before gets waist high. Part of beach man made but ok. Beware of kite surfers. And look out for Harry the flamingo. Don’t sit on the camel for a photo or he will take you fir a ride and force payment.
Watch out for people selling stuff like massage, facial, trips etc. They never leave you alone. Although I did have spa and massage and a good 2 hours spent relaxing and thorough massage.
Staff in general very friendly, animation team more interested in girls but did play with kids and the girl was excellent with them.
Overall had a very nice holiday but I hate to say I wouldn’t go back unless it’s been finished refurbishment.
Getting out of Egypt had 4 security checks, getting in took just a few minutes.
Duty free very cheap on way out but drinks at airport extremely expensive.

My family and I stayed at the panorama for a week over New Years arriving on the 28th December and leaving 4th January. The trip was for a bit of sunshine and enjoy the company of friends and family as we travel with 6 adults and 8 kids.
As we booked the holiday without a tour company we were unaware of the arrival visa which is payable on entry and is £25 per person. We booked transfers via travel republic and had a private bus to take us to the hotel which was very well organised.
On check in we were issued rooms 2 family and 1 deluxe double (2 families of 5 and 1 of 4). As we’re had the room which was a deluxe double we were a bit disappointed with the standard, when we spoke with reception and kamel (who is a great guy and will help with any issues, trips and information) we were ungraded to a nice room at a small cost of £10 per night.
As I mentioned kamel is the go to man and works really hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable and stress free.
The hotel was nice, but as we were there during the off season renovation work was going on to bring the standards back up as the tourism is improving. On a whole after changing rooms we had no issues with all the staff really nice and attentive. The foods as beautiful and freshly prepared however the alcohol is not the best with the spirits over powering.
The pools are great for the kids with 2 big slides and a long pool with Other bits for the kids to play in and plenty of parks around the property.
The entertainment staff are brilliant and good fun.

I came hear the last week in January with my mum dad and 4 year old son. Where do i start.
When we got to our rooms we walked in and then walked straight back out the harsh smell of mold in there was disgusting very old looking and was not safe at all. My mum suffers with copd and myself has disabilities also with my mobility. We was put right at the back of the hotel 2nd floor and only one lift worked which also was unsafe as the doors shut quickly my 4 year old was very nearly hurt by it.
Then when we went to change rooms they asked for £20 per room per night well that was not happening! I then showed that 2 weeks before on trip advisor they charged someone £10 per night. The rudness from the person on the reception towards women was rile very disrespectfull to my mum. We also had more than one accident on one of the main rugs in the hall. My mum ended up with carpet burn on he knee due to tripping no first aid offered no help nothing. After 3 times telling them it needed sorting as was very dangerous they put an statue on it so no one else could harm themselves my opinion properly the worse thing to do as it was as you turned the corner in the main reception. I myself has been to hurghada 5 times and this is by far the worse hotel i have stayed in. The pure cheek to charge people for the nice rooms is not right and should be addressed by travel companies. The hotel could be made better if was not trying to scam people out of money. The food was good but very repeated some satff were lovely but some very pushy and rude. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room we paid extra for was lovely and clean well maintained but they truly need to stop scamming people and give them the rooms they have paid for already. I will be contacting the company we booked through as they need to be made aware of what they are doing at thhis hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay in Bellagio.
Plenty of food options.
Towel kiosk by the beach was never open so you had to get towels from the main pool area for use on the beach. Bit of a chore lugging 5 towels around there and back especially at the end when they were wet and temperatures of 40° c plus.
Staff were hit and miss, a few seemed genuinely helpful and courteous but most were just after tips.
The touts for the beauty treatments will promise you "the world" but in reality their services are lacking and not as promised.
Again the touts for the excursions that constantly bug you around the beach/pools will try it on and then later on "realise" they made a mistake and magically the price will come down. This is where Mohamed, based in the corner of the main reception lobby, made a refreshing change. He is the best person to book all your tours with. He was honest, very helpful, gave the best prices and is there everyday giving you a sense of security. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
Use uber as it is fixed and reasonably priced for venturing out and about. Taxi touts outside the hotel have old clapped out cars with no air con and will charge you four times more for the same journey, as happened to us.
Speciality desserts on several nights were delicious and you had to go back for more. The daily BBQ selection was tasty, wide and varied, cooked there and then.
Rooms cleaned daily and to a good standard but short on towels, had to ask for more on a regular basis.
General hotel cleanliness good apart from the hallways leading to rooms, layers of dust.
Mr Sayed, manager at the main restaurant, a true gentleman and a credit to the hotel. He would always have a kind word and engage with the children.
Hassan, lifeguard from the main pool, was always helpful in finding sunbeds etc.
Animation team, the 2 boys "tuna" Ahmed and Mohamed and Safi, one of the girls, were brilliant. Full of energy and always getting everyone involved, old and young. The other female members of the animation team made no effort to interact.
The shows in the evening were good. My humble opinion but you need to throw some lights from in front of the acts as they were all back-lit and so quite dark when watching.
2 week stay here, will book elsewhere next time as previously stayed closer to main Hurghada and this was further out.

We were impressed by this hotel on 2 prior visits, great staff , nice food ,cleanliness. This time however we were taken to a room with single beds ,so we asked for a double bed . We were shown to a different room , it was very dated ,completely different from the up to date rooms we had used on our previous stays. We professed our displeasure but were informed we would have to pay an extra 20 dollars per night extra to be moved . This had been a free upgrade previously. The rest of our stay was ok. Hope you can see the mould and general disrepair in the bathroom.

Great place to stay, staff are so helpful and can't do enough to give you a lovely stay. Food was great always something I liked and the snack bar for Pizza and chips all afternoon is a lovely idea something to snack on before dinner if you have been out all day. You have excursions available you can book down by the beach and as you come out of the front entrance turn left and walk down to a little shopping centre called smooth nice little gifts and excursions are cheaper down there.

Only down side was reps trying to get you in the spa and keeping on but if you are firm they leave you alone or you can get a red flag when you get your beach towels and they don't bother you at all.

Travelled as a group of 4 adults in our late 20’s for 8 nights.
Hotel is in a good location, we arranged a private transfer (£30 in total for both ways) direct from the airport, so was only 20 minutes to get to the hotel.
On arrival unfortunately we were placed in the wrong room. We booked through On The Beach and paid the extra for a ‘swim up room’ - however we were placed in the rooms above, which had a beach view but was not swim up. We ended up speaking Ayman with from the management team, and we’re able to move in to a swim up room the following day. He also arranged a complimentary trip to the on site Italian à la carte restaurant later on our holiday (definitely recommend!).
Overall we had a really good stay. The beach attached to the hotel is lovely, the water slides are good fun. We didn’t get overly involved with the Animation team, however Tona Ahmed from the team was a real stand out, a big presence around the pool and always made the effort to come and say hello. We were not a big fan of the evening meals in the main restaurant due to a lack of variety from night to night, I am a vegetarian and found it quite hard for veggie options beyond chips and pasta unfortunately. They could also seriously do with upgrading the fruit selection (hardly any). Breakfast was the best meal by far especially the omelette bar. You can pay £8.50 pp for both the Italian and oriental à la carte restaurants - and it’s definitely worth it! Best meals we had. And a special shout out to the incredible waiter Shaban. There is also an Egyptian complimentary à la carte, however, the food/service here was not so good. There are currently renovations happening at the hotel, the noise could be a bit annoying if you were sunbathing by the pool, but apart from that our room is far enough away that it did not affect us. Finally on the hotel, it is incredibly clean, the whole hotel and in particular our room, the cleaners are so friendly and the place is spotless. Lastly we went on a trip to Mahamya island (we arranged this through a friend) would highly recommend, we saw dolphins and went snorkelling.
