The big game changer here is the staff. Every staff member encountered was enthusiastic and helpful. The Vue, on the top floor , offers a great view of the city from their outdoor lounge area, complete with heat lamps. There is no casino on premises, but a convenient indoor walkway puts you in the middle of Bally's casino.

The Claridge was a great venue for the wedding. Centrally located, glamorous and classy. The food was delicious and my guests raved about the chef and the servers, especially Edwin, the head waiter.
I was just so very happy how everything turned out. Though James Sacco, who really guided us through everything up to the week of and deserves endless praise, was sadly let go the week before my wedding...the team at the Claridge really stepped up to ensure that everything went smoothly.
James was our point person from day one, and was there really until the week of, we wouldn't have chosen the Claridge without his persuasion. He was down to earth, accommodating and knowledgeable. Robert Kelly also deserves praise for helping us out with our rooms, especially by opening up the block again for out of town guests to book their rooms.
Kacie was tasked with stepping into James shoes the week of the wedding and truly made me feel at ease while taking on the reigns. Lance LaBarre was a rock star from our first communication. He and his staff were there to personally help me set up and break down, which he went above and beyond with, personally wrapping precious items. He also made sure everything during the ceremony and reception ran smoothly, quietly orchestrating everything. Bobby the doorman - and the Valet crew, were very pleasant and extremely helpful the day of and after the wedding.

Found this hotel online. Figured we would try it. What a great find! Rooms are very nice. Absolutely love the old decor and pics. Staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was awesome. The rooftop bar was absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be back again!

Hotel retains historic charm. Marble, rich furnishings, art exhibit, fabulous ball room. Connects to Bally's and Ceasar's casinos without going outside. Excellent staff. Fantastic view from "Vue" bar on 23rd floor. All rooms with sweeping views of Atlantic City.

The atmosphere was elegant but friendly; the location was excellent in regards to boardwalk; having a casino in the neighboring hotel allowed for a relaxing smoke free entry in the hotel; the rooftop lounge was great and the restaurant was too!

Clean, classy looking hotel. loved the pool which is not huge, but was relatively empty and clean and also closed til 12 in the night. Bathroom was a bit dated ,but other than that, the rooms are decent... nothing super special but nice

We arrived at 11am but unfortunately they didn't have our room ready (completely understandable since check in doesn't start until 4pm) the gentlemen told us to be back by 2 to check if the room was ready. We went to walk around the boardwalk and came back at 2pm and the room was ready. Check in was very fast. Mae was very courteous. They gave us 2 keys and we went on our way. When we arrived to the room one of the keys didn't work but when we tried the 2nd key it worked fine so we didn't need to go back to the front desk. The pool was awesome. The arcade was super fun! The staff was always smiling and willing to help. It's great that the hotel connects to Bally's casino. Overall, we had an awesome one night stay. Thank you!

I chose the hotel thru my work benefits discount program. Didn't think it was going to be as fancy as it was, which was a pleasant surprise. Me and the wife went to Atlantic City for her birthday, enjoyed the trip and our Stay at The Claridge was terrific. The bed was so comfortable.

I spent my birthday at the Claridge on 9/29. What a wonderful stay. I got the room and floor as requested with a great oceanfront view. My husband and I stayed on room 1907 and enjoyed both the oceanfront and ocean/city view over the park. We loved everything about this place. I can tell wait to go back!!!
