loved the room and spacious garden area. pool was nice too. got a great price as a rewards member. I like this hotel more than the marriot and charging $80 less per night makes it a no-brainer to stay here. Santa Fe Mall next-door has a supermarket. I just showed my passport and pretended not to speak spanish and guard let me in even though there is a ''one day a week'' policy for covid-19. at almost $4 usd for the snickers in the mini bar, i would suggest making a run to the supermarket to get your own snacks and drinks. anyway a great experience and good wifi. all the staff was professional and friendly. I look forward to getting my gold status at NH rewards now, see if i can get the suite upgrade thereafter.
The best hotel in the Area it was our first time in Medellin and the hotel location is great everything is pretty close you can walk around the city and is one of the safe places that I being, the people from the Hotel are the best good people and excellent service I met a friend Santiago and Andrea they can answer you any questions you need good people, hotel rooms are wonderful me and my family love it we definitely coming back to Medellin and stay with you guys!!!!!! Nice experience
This hotel is wonderfully situated to the Santa Fe Mall and also a 24 hour grocery store is < 5 minutes walk. Also a 5 minute cab ride away from Provenza. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, including Andre Rez and Brutal. Santiago, the bellhop was extremely helpful and is completely fluent in english. He has great recommendations for restaurants, including Burdo and also recommended a great Fonda to go to, but because of Covid, it was massively toned down. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
The hotel is strategically located in the city’s commercial district where Santa Fe mall is literally a 3 minute walk. What makes the hotel best are the front reception staff Jessica, Luis and Miguel as well two of the warmest host that serves breakfast, lady and a gentleman named that start with a J___. The hotel offers a gym, sauna and a pool to relax and unwind. If your looking to try some of the best restaurants in the city, I recommend to check out Provenza it is only a 10 minute Uber ride from the hotel. Overall, it was a good 10 night stay and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next future visit.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I booked a Suite for 3 nights and I paid $290 total for that. I find this deal reasonable for the great quality I received. I believe that the hotel is pretty new. Everything looked nice and was remodeled inside. My room was awesome! Its size was huge! I had a full living room and separate bedroom. The bedroom also had a pretty big closet separated by a door. The room was remodeled and completely clean. I liked its design a lot, it looked very Scandic to me (very IKEA style). The living room had a big table. Also it had a big super comfortable sofa where I had enough space to sleep. The bed in the bedroom was also big and super comfortable. The bathroom was kind of small, but it was enough space to feel comfy. The shower took almost half of the bathroom, and felt spacious. I can also say it had really good water pressure, everything was working ideally. Wi-Fi was working fast during my entire stay. I ordered room service a couple times. Food was always tasty. The hotel has a swimming pool. I did not use it, but it looked nice. Maybe its size could have been bigger. Front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping was very nice. Every single day they saw me leaving the room they asked me if I needed fresh towels or anything else. Maybe the only one negative thing about the hotel is the hotel’s location. The hotel is located on a hill. It is kind of tricky to walk all the way up there. But the main street with a lot of shopping malls and restaurants is basically one street down. It is super easy to go down to that street. Also a fun area is called Zona Rosa, which is kind of far from the hotel. I always had to order Uber to get there and back. A walk would be around 30-40 min. The last thing I want to mention is that the hotel is Pet friendly as are all NH Hotels. I did not pay any fees for my cats which was awesome. I totally recommend this hotel for a stay. Not sure how the basic room looks, but I have positive feelings about it.…
