Was here just for one night. Fine room with lots of tv channelsn fine Wi-Fi. Breakfast very small. Check-in took quite some time. Some noise from a disco but we did fall a sleep. If going to San Gil, ask the taxi to take you to the bus, not the station. It will cost ten thousand and he well stop you at a highway corner where a small bus for fifteen thousand will take you to San Gil in two hours . Lots of twists on the road so motion sickness can be expected.

Check in took quite awhile at the Hotel Palonegro but once we got to the room, it was fine with both a single and double bed. The place was clean and a good breakfast was included. The room did not have any safe but there was a very good WiFi signal. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about restaurants and other points of interest in Bucaramanga.
