I stayed in this hotel for a week, and I was particularly impressed by the comfortable environment and impeccable service. The location is very convenient, it is located in an area quite close to the sea and in front of it there is a huge shopping center open until late at night where you can find anything you want. the Hotel is modern and particularly clean. All the services are present, a laundry room with free entrance equipped with the latest generation washing machines and dryers, a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool. The hotel apartments are very spacious and clean. Each apartment has a modern and equipped kitchen. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent choice of both national and international dishes with a very high level of food quality. I ate very often in the hotel restaurant both for lunch and dinner because I found it much better than the other restaurants in Sanya. Kevin, the hotel manager, is always very present and attentive to the needs of customers, with us he was really kind and available for every need and request. In the end, I also found the quality/price ratio absolutely convenient, if you are intending to spend a holiday in Sanya I recommend this hotel, you can rest assured that you will not regret it.

Stayed in the Oakwood for 20 nights, while working locally in Sanya. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor. The room had brilliant sea views and over the city.
Overall the stay was faultless, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking simple meals. Only down side was the oven. It wasn't an over but a microwave/grill, so was limited to some of the things i could cook. But I didnt let this spoil my stay.
The room was spilt into bed room and day room, both had large TV's and were perfectly comfortable.
I bathroon was a good size with a good powerful shower and bath tub.
The Pool was closed for maintenance during my visit, but we were given access to the pool next door in the Hilton, which was a short walk away. No real issue.
The other facilities i used were the laundry and gym, both which were kitted out to a high standard.
I had breakfast included in my room, everyday there was plenty of choice and plenty of tables as it was never too busy.
Overall a good stay, will be happy to come back and no issues with recommending to others.

The hotel is right in front of the night market, which is convenient for food and shopping. The rooms are very spacious and modern, with all the amenities and the service and cleaning is impeccable. We had a ocean view room, so the view was nice. A bit of noise is to be expected at night time due to the night market, but it doesn’t create problem for sleeping ( I am a very light sleeper ). The hotel has a laundry room that you can use for free ( including detergent ), a very nice gym that we used everyday to train and a swimming pool. The restaurant inside the hotel was very nice, there is a large selection of food with a mix between international and chinese cuisine, both at breakfast and for lunch/dinner, so we ate in the hotel most of the times. The pork ribs were amongst the best I have ever had. The staff is very helpful and the manager Kevin helped us at all times and made sure that our vacation was comfortable: he even arranged a complimentary taxi ride to the airport for us. For sure I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Sanya!

We stayed in several places in China and Oakwood Apartments was by far the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Leo who spoke excellent English and helped us with a few things during our stay). The location is good and it's fun to visit the night market across the road. The room was very spacious with many great ideas incorporated (see photos) including universal plug so didn't need adaptor and hairdryer socket in back of drawer (genius). The breakfast was 10/10 with lots of different options and the laundry room was a great addition which we used. I would definitely recommend Oakwood Apartments for a visit to Sanya.

Traveling this year (2023), especially the start of the year excites a lot of people and that include my friends and I. The experience is the best that presents great accommodation. Not your usual hotel especially traveling with other 4 friends and you all want to stay in one big room. A kitchen with complete utensils and cooking stuffs, washing machine, spacious living room, big bedrooms plus the ocean view outside the veranda made the experience the greatest. Highly recommended. Come and experience Sanya with Oakwood Apartments.

it's such a fantastic apartment I ever lived in. Facing the flourishing night market, few steps away from the beaches, and warming stuff is really a impressed great littoral tour. We received huge hospitality from the front desk to the gym, pool rescue man especially a man who is the manager of this hotel named KEVIN TAO. This hotel is a rewarded staying place as you visit SANYA.

Oakwood Apartments in Sanya it's a very nice place for living. Newly built in 2019, fresh rooms with nice furniture and equipped kitchen. Comfortable bathroom with very strong rainforest shower. Breathtaking view from balcony to sea. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits juices. Nice big swimming pool and fitness center. Laundry service free of charge. In front of apartments situated night market with many different restaurants and big supermarket. Very hospitality staff. Thanks to Amy, she can speak English very well and helps us to find issue for any questions, very helpful and kind.

It's very new, fresh and nice apartment! With very comfortable gym and swimming pool. Laundry is complimentary - it's very useful for long stay. But most important - very helpful staff. Amy (beautiful and very kind lady from reception) give us her weechat number and always ready to answer for all our question! During our stay we feel like home!

New Brand in Sanya, bearly a year old. Simple yet functionable, room was spacious and came with balcony. Interesting All-day-dining concept, serving both local and Asian cuisine. Well located and easy access to the beach about 500m away. Will definitely return and recommend to frens.
