A perfect stay all around. We were welcomed early and our room was ready with a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea as well as beautiful amenities. We loved the DJ at the bar in the evening and enjoyed all the different restaurants. The team was very helpful & kind, every time we returned to our room there were all sorts of surprises and we felt utterly spoilt! Thank you to the team for everything, we will be back!

First time we stayed in this hotel after many times visiting Sanya. We booked the seascape ocean view pool room for 3 nights. The hotel designs are absolutely unique and we can feel the warm welcoming from the first step into the property. The room is big, tidy and clean, also fully equipped with all the premium qualities stuff. The infinity pool on 13th floor is the BEST pool we have ever seen in Sanya. With 180degrees stunning view of the ocean made us just so relaxing. The staffs at the pool are so nice and friendly. Special Thanks to Kevin (manager at the pool) and 前喜 for taking care of us the best, staffs at Hai Bar as well. The breakfast buffet is just WOW! and time for breakfast is so good, so we don't need to be rush as they serve till 11 a.m. "East Kitchen" food and services are excellent. Oh! you must try "Chop House" (三亚保利瑰丽酒店 . 炙), one of the best meal we had really ! everything was so great ! ( especially Seafood Soup, actually they should call "Seafood with Lobster Bisque" : highly recommended), Special Thanks to 小雪 from Chop House for an exceptional services and many thanks to restaurant for setting up the birthday theme for our friend too. Thank you so much for all smiles from the staffs (from the main entrance at 1st floor to 14th floor). We also love the DJ's music (They have every Friday to Sunday 14.30-17.15). He is such a great DJ! After all, we had an absolutely amazing holiday at Rosewood and we definitely will go back to visit again. Thank you so much Rosewood Sanya.

All the staff are very friendly. All the front-line staff we came into contact with were very enthusiastic. The concierge helped us politely take our luggage and personally led us to the front desk. After checking in, the luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The front desk check-in was also very fast. The service staff at the switchboard was also very skilled when calling the room service number. Moreover, due to the rain during our stay, we were able to find us quickly after we called and brought us back to the lobby in a short time. The entire front desk service was very efficient. In addition, the breakfast was very rich, and the infinity pool on the 13th floor of the hotel is really worth a visit. The entire stay experience made us have a very memorable trip to Sanya. Enjoyed every minute of my stay at the hotel. There really is everything in the hotel, no need to go outside!
Every employee at the hotel is extremely kind and friendly, especially Tony at the hotel. He was very attentive in introducing us to the hotel's facilities and even took us to the room himself!
You can take pictures in every corner of the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk and pass through the Great Lawn and Coconut Dream Corridor. The sand in Haitang Bay is finer than the sand in Long Bay, and it feels like walking on peanut butter. The only pity is that the waves here are too big. It is not recommended to go into the sea and want to swim. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. One is on the 13th floor and the other is on the 1st floor. They have different beauties. I like them both!
I am also very grateful to the waiter Zhao Wulian for cleaning our room and taking great care of our stay, making us feel like we are home. Thank you.
One thing that can be improved is that it would be perfect if the bath water could be kept at a constant temperature.

I stayed for 2 days in the rosewood hotel and have really enjoyed it. I have in particular appreciated the very hospitable and friendly staff(Danny), always ready to help out but also interested in engaging in some small talk which makes the stay so much more fun. The surrounding environment is very good and I had a lot of fun. The waiter was polite and the pillow was very soft, which was really great. If you come to Sanya, this hotel is really, really good. The furnishings and layout are comfortable and quite stylish. The guidance service at the front desk is also OK. The accommodation environment is quite quiet at night. Weird experience. All of the food came out in the wrong order, average. I had Steak and chips. Steak and the chips were cold. Arrived about 40 min after the first entree. No knife to cut the steak, unseasoned. Too cold to melt the butter patty it was served with. Staff seemed totally confused.

Infinity Pool is nice and prefect for selfie. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean, also can see the wonderful sunrise. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Their restaurant 漁家 is highly recommended too, especially after a tour day out and then to enjoy a relax nice dinner inside the hotel, you may try their signature dishes Tofu and 蘿白牛腩煱👍🏻👍🏻

The room with swimming pool on the 6th floor was just so perfect and refined ! Food was just so good specially deserts ! The staffs and service was perfect and so help to set my wife’s birthday. Yes it does. But they do not encourage residents to swim in the ocean because of the big waves and undertow. I found that ludicrous because I lived in LA before and the waves are much bigger. But I see older couple swimming in spite of the warnings and no life guards on duty.
There are more places to choose from in the Sanya area.
