The attention is very careful from the arrival at the reception, good hospitality training. All the staff are very friendly and always with a smile both in the restaurant and in the bar. The rooms are impeccable, with the basics but comfortable, they have a fridge bar where they leave you a bottle of water for the entire stay, that could improve it. Breakfast is buffet style with the basics, the allullas were missing!! The pool is very nice and they have towels for guests. The location of the hotel is excellent facing the sea with very good views and easily connected to the city. We were lucky that the sun accompanied us every day. You can walk to the malls that are very close. My daughters chose this hotel and it was a very good option. I recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The rooms are spacious and the furniture is in perfect condition. The pool is small but since there is little demand it is not visible. I know it has a gym but since I didn't use it I can't give an opinion. Breakfast is buffet style, but lunch and dinner are subject to the offers on the menu. The customer service was one of the things I liked most, especially the waiters and the kitchen staff who even prepared porridge (it wasn't on the menu) for my baby.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, clean, excellent service, safe. Restaurant, exquisite unique flavor, 100% attentive service, they recommend their dishes... and I congratulate Emanuel Salvatierra, Jazmin Luna, Catalina Flores and Jairo. The attention when paying was very poor and unprofessional. They did not inform us that if we paid with a credit card they would not charge us taxes because we were foreigners; They charged us with a debit card and charged us more than 200 dollars more without notifying us. I didn’t stay at the Novotel, but I dined at their on-site restaurant for dinner while in Arica for the night. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly, albeit on the slower side. Moreover, Wifi didn’t work at first, and it took a bit to troubleshoot the issue with it. In the end, I managed to get a signal. Provided the Internet connects more rapidly, I would return to the Novotel’s restaurant in the future (and perhaps actually stay at the hotel, too!).
