We were looking forward to staying here and enjoying the peace and tranquility noted in other reviews. Indeed we booked a poolside room as a special treat. We were therefore very upset that there were a group of about 20 noisy guests who monopolised the pool during happy hour and got more noisy as they consumed more and more alcohol. I expected that management might have had a word with them but this never happened. As a result we, in conjunction with all the other guests in poolside rooms, had to go inside and could not enjoy the "peace and tranquility" that had been promised. Food , service and accommodation were generally good and as a result I have given the hotel 3 stars rather than 1 which I was initially tempted to give.

had four nights here in March and loved this peaceful hotel. The staff are excellent, nothing too much trouble, always smiling. The hotel is lovely, nice decor and features and public areas perfumed, just walking the corridors was a pleasure. Our room was big with a lovely bathroom, really clean and a super comfy king sized bed........ fantastic. The pool area had plenty of shade and really nice sun beds. Staff brought water to the beds on a regular basis and extra pillows for the beds if you needed, great service again. The hotel was a 2 dollar tuck tuk ride from pub street, and was a short walk from a nice park area ( there were bats in the trees here ). I would highly recommend this hotel for being top quality, a lovely hotel with great staff and great value in Siem Reap

A wonderful colonial type hotel with first class accommodation, delicious food, and a stunning swimming pool . The grounds are delightful to walk through as they are covered in beautiful plants that represent the jungle. The decor is all very tasteful. Staff are attentive and accessible.

We stayed in Siem Reap for five nights after a Mekong River cruise. The room was modern and stylish set adjacent to a large pool and gardens. The hotel has a breakfast/lunch restaurant and at night meals were available at the upmarket Steakhouse Restaurant. The highlight was the attentive and friendly staff

Loved this place! Relatively small so there is not a big resort feel to it. Very clean, great friendly staff, great location. We included breakfast in our booking and were able to order from the menu or use the buffet. Both were very good. We only ate at one of their restaurants for dinner once as we wanted to get out and try local places, but the meal we did have was excellent (great dessert!). Very good location on a quiet street, but two blocks in either direction put us on a busy street with lots of restaurant and bar choices. The staff was very helpful with any request, ranging from getting us a tuk-tuk and recommending a local market to getting a sewing kit for me when I got a tear in my temple pants.

In what category rooms do they have bathtub Thanks
My double room had a large shower. My daughters twin rooms had a shower over the bath. I would suggest you request a bath on booking - accommodation was amazing!!!!

Depends what you're wanting to do. Angkor is now a major tourist destination. You don't need to pre-book but you need to decide what you want to see and how long you've got. Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Bayon are essential. You can squeeze all 3 in a day but you're better off doing it in two chunks. If you're interested in a history then a guide is good and the hotel can advise. But if you just want to gaze then a guide book or even the Lonely Planet is enough. I've been a few times. I was there over Chinese New Year which I found frankly depressing. Thousands taking selfies. But it is an extraordinary place. Just manage your expectations.

Approximately $22 USD that was with shinta Marni. You probably could do it cheaper. It was a great service though.
