Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City is celebrated for its warm and cozy atmosphere, with guests regularly commending the hotel's pristine condition and meticulous housekeeping. The plethora of amenities, including opulent rooms and varied dining experiences, garners high praise, making it a favored choice for various travelers. While the hotel's value sparks debate, with dining costs a point of contention for some, its strategic location near Dubai's key attractions is widely appreciated.

We received excellent dinner service and care from Gurpreet, Kent, Emiley and Nora, under the turtorlege of Marwan, on our Market dining experience. The food was incredible. We sampled some Mexican food which was so delicious, we had to seriously restrain ourselves from a second helping. We decided to go for a Indian for our main course, and what a choice. There is not a lot to say really, except it was probably the best Indian food we have has in a long time. Thank you very much for the excellent food and even better service.

We spent 2 nights at Hilton Al Habtoor City to be closer to the mall and the Burj Khalifa. We had booked communicating rooms which they did not have when we booked in but this was not an issue with teens, and I just asked from rooms on the same floor. The hotel is located downtown, with vue on the Burj tower and 500m from the underground station then a few stations from the mall. On the first day we had planned to visit the gold souk and spice souk which we did, taking the underground, then an abra to cross the river. The concierge was really helpful to indicate how to get there, in the evening we went to the mall to collect our tickets for the Burj booked for the following day. You can also spend the evening enjoying the fountains shows which start at 6pm and every 1/2h from 6pm, but the show is different each time, so being so close to the hotel allowed us to stay for a few shows. On day 2 we used the complimentary hotel shuttle which took us to the sister hotel which is a Marriott on the Jumeirah beach, on one extreme hand of the walk. Lovely location and big hotel with swimming pools and white sandy beach. This shuttle is very convenient and the bus is a good size so it was not fully booked. I would recommend this hotel 100%, it is very clean, the room are spaecious, the vue form the lift area or bedrooms is spectacular and we enjoyed the swimming pool from the V hotel next door. The Hilton's own swimming pool area is great, and there is plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. We used the V hotel pool because of the exposure to the sun in the morning, which was better than the Hilton's. Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is fantastic, cooked indian and Chinese food is available, and more traditional buffet breakfast too, so I recommend having bed and breakfast. In the area we struggled finding food outside of the hotel, so you are pretty much stuck to eating in one of the hotel's restaurants or go to the mall. We did have one lunch at the pub on the ground floor, pricey but the burger and macaroni cheese was amazing, I tool the tacos with pulled beef and chiili + avo which was huge, and we also had the chicken wings which was a big portion too. Other info = Taxi ride from the airport was 65 Dirham Taxi ride to the mall is about 25 dirhams. Taxi ride to Jumeirah beach is about 70-80 dirham.
Customer service, reception desk, staff at breakfast and concierge are all 5*.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
There are so many positive features about this hotel. Helpful reception staff and porters as you arrive, rooms of outstanding quality for a mid range hotel fully equipped with a great shower.
The breakfast was included and had an extensive range of food available. Far superior to the standard fare in the UK.
There were a variety of places to eat in the complex though both the range of drinks and the high cost of them is disappointing.
Perhaps the outstanding feature is the shared location with the theatre purpose built for the production of La Perle! This is a truly marvellous experience.
The only small negative is I am still waiting for my Hilton Honours points to be sorted.

We stayed at this hilton for part one of our honeymoon and it was just beautiful. The room was well kept, organised and consistently cleaned. Worth getting the view of the Burj. Staff were fantastic. Every member from the front desk, valet, service staff, cleaners and chefs were attentive and polite.
Everytime I had a query they were very helpful and anything I asked for was quickly dealt with.
They were brilliant with the water bottles. Consistently restocked in our room, we never had to buy a single one. We paid for breakfast which was brilliant. They had a huge variety of freshed cooked food from every continent, neatly organised and cooked well in a clean environment.
The pool and sauna was clean and easily accessible.
The building is located a 25 minute walk from business bay station which helped us get about but taxis were also readily available from outside.
When checking out at 6am the bellhop collected our luggage and by the time we had got down and checked out he has already hailed a cab and loaded our luggage for us.
Cannot say a bad thing about my stay here. Would happily return

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 4 nights and were amazed at the service and courtesy of all the staff we met during our stay. From the time we entered the building we were welcomed and acknowledged by everybody. The hotel is one of 3 all adjoining where you can use the facilities of all 3 totalling over 25 restaurants and bars, a couple of gyms , spas, numerous swimming pools etc This includes the V hotel and the Habtoor Palace Hotel. They also have a free shuttle bus a couple of times a day to their sister hotel the Al Habtoor Grand Resort on the beach and also to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Kalifah.
Our room had a great views over the canal towards the Burj and was spotlessly maintained by Housekeeping Team Leade Chandra and his attendant Lai. George on the Concierge Desk was extremely helpful with all my requests from buses to taxis to the Metro and together with his colleague Chai made for our stay to be very enjoyable. Overall, Highly recommended!

+1
We booked an Executive Club Room and got a very large room on the 40th floor with a sofa and a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room was gorgeous and the housekeeping team always did their best to make us as comfortable as they could. Thanks to Anamika and her team. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need from a free standing bathtub to a rain shower.
The breakfast had a very big selection of international food and was definitely worth it. Unfortunately it got very crowded after 9:30am so we had to move to the adjacent V Hotel one morning. However, the breakfast there is comparable. I think between Christmas and New Year it is just unusually crowded there. Especially the elevators are crowded then.
The pool area was super nice and bigger than expected. We thought at first all the sunbeds were full, but then we were pointed to two other pools, which are located behind the Kids Club and actually still had some free sunbeds. Sunbeds at the pool are reserved here in the morning classically with towels, so you are virtually forced to do the same if you still want breakfast.
The staff at the pool was very attentive and helpful.
We also liked the location of the hotel, although there is no connection to the metro, but from there you can take a cab to all the places worth seeing very quickly and quite cheaply.
The hotel also offers a shuttle to the mall, which runs several times a day. There is also a shuttle to the beach. The beach shuttle was unfortunately crowded on one day, whereupon we paid for the ride ourselves. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the arrogance and audacity of the other guests. The principle of first in first serve is not lived there, we were with the first at the bus and did not get in, because all have pushed ahead. The same was true at the elevators.
Many guests consider themselves better and wanted to be treated as such, that they often got away with it, I found very disappointing, but also understand that the staff here has no chance.
Despite everything, we had a great time and felt very comfortable.

I have been going to Hilton Al Habtoor City for many trips over the last 16 months, and the Hotel has excellent Laundry service. Specifically I would like to highlight the services of the team member Balwinder who is part of the Laundry staff who always delivers on time without loosing anything and places everything in your closet ready for use. Would recommend staying here and using such services

First of all I would like to highly recommend this property in case you are looking for a hotel in Dubai. All of my requests that I have expressed prior to the stay (such as wish of a higher floor and a nice view) have been honored. I would like to express my Thank You to Theresa (I hope I remember the names correctly) for a great check in experience and an attempt to accommodate us earlier than the check in time. Theresa could answer all of our questions and was so professional and engaged!
The facilities were fantastic too - outdoor pool, multiple restaurants, breakfast was diverse and catered to different cultures and needs. SPA bar staff really stood out with their stories of the city, knowledge of history and recommendations in addition to great speed of service. Particularly an Indian employee (named Sourabh?). I enjoy the room as well, I'd recommend to upgrade your view to the one with a nice view if you have the possibility as you are able to see Burj Khalifa and the busy cityscape! One last mention I'd like to make is of Mahesh from Housekeeping, Makesh serviced our room spotlessly, left a personalized note and some art made out of towels, really good job at exceeding expectations.
All in all I definitely recommend staying here as transport to other areas of Dubai is not expensive at all from here and you get to explore plenty. Right next door to Al Habtoor there's La Perle show and on the top floor of the hotel you can find a sports bar with bowling, therefore you will definitely have something to do in the evenings.

I have been staying at the Hilton Al Habtoor hotel for 6 weeks in January and February 2021, and I will return for another 5-6 weeks in March and April. The hotel is quite remotely located, yet very central to access Dubai Mall / Marina / Jumeirah / DXB airport within 15 min drive. I used the valet parking nearly daily and can only praise their sympathy, in particular Bappy - it was always a pleasure to see his smile and welcoming remarks.
Dyan, Kathlyn and the guest relations team is extremely nice. If something didn't go smoothly or I had to extend my stay, all the girls were always of extreme support. The concierge team always made sure the Amazon parcels were properly delivered and were of precious assistance for a return. Srivel from housekeeping, I'd love to hire him for my home coz my room was always impeccable when he was on duty. I thanked him personally for the excellence of his service but do hope management acknowledges his work ethics for future promotion to training or supervision duties.
Sandeep in charge of the pool bar became a friend and he knows perfectly how to please my hunger and thirst with personalised touch of food and drinks. I also wish Mandeep happy holidays back in India later this month and are looking for more cocktail challenges :) There's always enough space to accommodate all the guests with sun lounges and sofas, with priority for social distance. I also appreciated to efforts of the life guards to sanitise the lounges after each use by a guest. Access to the different pools of V Hotel and Al Habtoor Palace is particularly interesting.
Last but not least, the Filipino gang in charge of breakfast and the executive lounge always showed true kindness and generosity. "Happy hour" truly bears the right name lol
About the junior suite, to be honest, furniture could be a bit more modern or the style of the room refreshened a bit, but I feel home nevertheless. It is spacious and I could work remotely without any connectivity issue, enjoying the view on Burj Al Arab and the pool area. Being able to open the windows and get fresh air and some city sounds, that made a big difference in quality of sleep.
Overall, price / quality ratio is excellent and I am looking forward for my next stay in Dubai with the Hilton Al Habtoor staff.
Sorry for the lengthy review, but I wanted to be thorough about my personal experience as Diamond HH member.

Hello,
hotel is 6 km from Jumeirah Beach Park on the Gulf,
Do you have free shuttle to it
