If you want to have a great place to stay, a good price, a great view of the city, near to fast foods, very accessible to public transportation, near the metro train station, near to the attractions of Dubai. Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments is the perfect place. The location is perfect, most of the things that you need is just around the corner. They also have friendly and accomodating staff, very polite and courteous especially to the staff name Pooja at the reception. The same goes for other staff but I was not able to get their names.

Wonderful Stay on 2 occasions (Dec 2017 & Dec 2018). Put Dec 2019 as no possibility of choosing older periods..

Very welcoming staffs (Nalaka and Chinese Origin guy of Housekeeping) and every facilities available in the hotel and the surroundings, including restaurants, Dubai Mall, Metro, Taxi, Pharmacy, Pub, etc..

Prices are very affordable and rooms are very clean, hot & pressure water available in bathrooms.

Will surely return to this hotel.

Me and my friend booked this hotel apartment to relax for the weekend and thankfully we got a very good room with an amazing view of Burj Khalifa. Bedroom is comfortable with balcony, Kitchen is large, Living Room is cozy and the staff were accommodating and responds quickly to our requests. It was a totally satisfying stay with the help also of Ms. Judileth at the reception for providing us this nice room.

This hotel was just terrible! An absolute disaster and headache for the following reasons:

1) They claimed to be a 4 star hotel. However, this hotel is a maximum two-star hotel. The rooms did not have any slippers. So I had to use the restroom with bare feet!

2) The phone in the room did not work. So, I had to walk to the reception everytime I had a request. I had to go to the restaurant directly if I wanted to order food.

3) The rooms were full of cockroaches and bugs and disgusting insects

4) The housekeeping was the worst I have ever seen in my life! They would take my used towels and they would not put any new towels! I had to tell them every single day to put new towels in my room. I even got into an arguement with them telling them “How am I supposed to take a shower if you do not put towels in my room.

5) You can stay at much better hotels in the same location for this price

6) The elevators took forever to come and a lot of times when they arrived they were full of people. Once I had to wait for 15 minutes to just use the elevator.

7) I have more important things to do in my life. Otherwise, I would definitely file a legal suit against this hotel for claiming to be a 4-star hotel while it is barely a 2-star hotel in reality. This is definitely punishable by law.

A part from being well located, the hotel has a terrible service. No phone is available in the room so we need to go to the reception every time we need something. Housekeeping's cleaning is very bad, they barely clean the surface, the whole cleaning process takes only about 5 minutes. Staff enters the room even with a Do Not Disturb sign put on the handle. There is also a continuous sound from the AC and refrigerator which does not help in sleeping. There was also a small insect in the bathroom, when told housekeeping she brought a pesticide, no follow up was made from housekeeping or guest relations.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed for 3 nights. I have chosen this hotel coz my friend has recommended it to me. When I checked in on 19 Sept at 2 pm, I was welcomed by a friendly and helpful security lady ( morning shift lady) but the front desk agent ( the lady n gentleman) which I don't wanna mention the name, was standing and just staring at me instead of greeting or welcome me. Well, I informed him that I had a reservation and told him my name but he wasn't sure about it and keep on checking my name even I have shown him the confirmation email from my mobile. Just because my last name didn't mention in my emirates ID, he seems like suspecting that I'm not the guest, like owh come on man. He asked me to send them the confirmation email to their email which is ridiculous. Long short story, I was a little pissed off coz all of the front desks agents were so arrogant and so rude. Nalaka ( bell boy ) was being helpful and offered an assistant to send my luggage to the room. My sister came to visit which I was thinking is completely fine to have a visitor but when I ask that lady ( front desk ) she said not allowed and only 1 person can visit. And her reason was according to corona restriction Which I asked the other employee before I decided to call my sisters in and they said I can have the visitor, only to scan the ID. The thing is I didn't see if any of them is following it( they don't even have their face mask on properly ) I mean like why they're being so rude in explaining. They are busy talking to each other without paying any attention to the guest's needs. I completely understand if that's the case but looking into their behavior is unacceptable. They just not being helpful at all. NOT AT ALL!! Sorry to say but they don't have an empathy at all, they just have a poor communication skills and they never feel sorry for being rude to the guest. I come to Dubai often and I'd stay in different kinds of hotels from 5-star hotels to 3-star hotels so I know exactly what is HOSPITALITY like and what to expect. Excuse me, people whos choose to stay in your hotel paid money and it's not for free. So they should have to treat the guest with respect. But in the end at least thanks to the security lady ( morning shift ), Nalaka (bell boy ) , and Arun ( front desk evening ) and one housekeeping guy. at least they are the only an employee who is being helpful n friendly. Some advice, at least show some respect and empathy to all the guest who has decided and chosen your hotel to spend their time. Their stay is not for free. :)

I needed an invoice for my stay they can't understand proper english. I had to call them 3 times to tell me they cannot give me this invoice. Ahmad is the person I spoke with. Becare for your health staying there as well the ceiling has black mold in bathrooms and kitchen area. Frustrated with incompetence. Pay a little extra and go to a more professional cleaner hotel with better customer service.

Stayed here for over 8 days during my last trip to dubai. It is at a convenient location on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to a supermarket and quite a few restaurants. The financial center metro station is right in front of the hotel, so that's a plus if you use public transit.

The hotel housekeeping staff is very helpful, especially the Housekeeping Co-ordinator Temmylyn, Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Paras and the Housekeeping staff which regularly ensured that my room was spotless and clean every time I came back Mr. Vinayak & Mr. Pashupati. Felt like I was at home considering how well they maintained everything here.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and smell good. I stayed on a Burj Khalifa facing room with a balcony, so that was an icing on the cake.

Will definitely comeback to stay.

Thanks to the manager Mr. Dipal Saha who made my stay very comfortable here.

Dubai is famous for their hospitality but this place is awful.

Regrettably I booked and paid in advance so I could not get a refund despite contacting my booking agent who told me it was down to the hotel - then the hotel telling me it was down to the booking agent! I feel like I have been scammed.

Here are the highlights of my experience which are 100% factual:

Check in took 30 minutes.
The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the property allows smoking in whole building since the rooms are classed as apartments.
They tried to move us to different rooms and each room smelt bad despite their efforts to use air fresheners to mask the smells.
We left the property after 1 hour and booked somewhere else.

Depends what you're after on your honeymoon. This is near the Financial District. There are a lot of things going on around (restaurants, bars, etc) and it's great for exploring the city, but if you want the normal honeymoon activities (beach, relaxation, etc), then this is not the right hotel for you.

I am not sure about early check in,,,, most probably the scenario will be like this Receptionist: Sorry Sir your room will be ready at 2:00 but if you are in a HORRY ( hurry) I can offer you a higher category of Rooms this will cost you extra. Shall I upgrade you Sir???? You: YES or will say no depending on your situation
