This hotel is in the most convenient location for walking access to downtown Dubai, including the nearby Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The staff are super courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. Guests have indoor access to three dining locations: A casual restaurant, an open air courtyard and a sports bar and grill. The spacious and comfortable rooms are sanitized and seals placed on the doors for guests to break upon initial arrival.
FYI for first-time visitors: The shortest walking route to the Mall and Burj Khalifa is through a business complex directly across the main street. Bear right and walk around a shopping center overlooking the fountain. It is possible to get there in 5 minutes of brisk walking.

I did a 3 week stay at Manzil Downtown with half board. It was an amazing experience. The location is perfect becasue everything is in walking distance to the Dubai mall and BurjKhalifa. The hotel staff is great all around. The restaruants in the hotel are amazing. The courtyard has some really good food and if you are into Shisha this will be the spot. If you have BJ as a server he will take good care of you for sure and the service is quick. The rooms are very well maintained and if you need anything they are on top of getting it to you. Kul was my cleaning person who checked in the evening just to see if I needed anything which made the experience even better. Most hotels clean your room during the day and that's it but the extra evening checkin was great. Even though we are dealing with covid, the staff did a really good job of keeping everything clean and everyone is wearing a mask . If you are looking to relax and just spend an amazing time in Dubai Manzil is for sure the hotel to choose. I normally don't write long reviews but felt this expereince was worth the time.

Where do I start from this hotel is one of the best hotels we have visited so far. It has everything especially that shisha restaurant wonderful. But what was better than that the room services how housekeepers kept checking on what we needed whenever we needed anything. Staying at the Manzil Hotel was a pleasurable experience. Faraz, the concierge was very helpful and polite, in fact all of the staff were ,nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect because it’s surrounded by cafes and restaurants also with a constant flow of taxis if you want to venture further. Dubai mall is a 5 minute walk away and offers top class restaurants whist viewing the Burj Khalifa. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

We have been looking for our go-to location in Downtown Dubai for some time and we have finally found the perfect price-point service combination. The hotel is located a stones throw from the Dubai Mall and Fountain with views to the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are spacious and service is excellent. Our only complaints were about the softness of the bed and the delay in getting some food items at the breakfast buffet, but these really were small issues in an overall wonderful stay. The reception staff are very attentive and the room service and cleaning was above reproach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an option in the Downtown area.

We visited Al Manzil hotel recently and had a great time settling in because of its lovely location. One of the best hotels We stayed in so far and huge thanks to Mr. Mohammed. He was very kind and welcoming of us! Great customer service and manners. I do recommend this hotel it has everything needed and the prices are incredibly great for couple nights not to forget the housekeeping services are on point.

As someone who travels constantly, I can’t say enough about hotel Manzil Downtown in Dubai. I was given a modern and charming suite with views of Burj Khalifa & the spectacular fountain show.
My modern and lovely room welcomed me with a platter of fruit and nuts that was delicious.
But far and beyond, the GM of Manzil, Sharihan Al Mashary made my time at Manzil truly exceptional. Sharihan went out of her way to help me with everything I needed while in Dubai. Her gracious staff is amazing too!
It is exceptional to notice such a generous and happy hotelier team making every effort to help their guests. Bravo. Don’t miss out!

Clean, good service, friendly, central and very nice in a low key kind of way. If you do not absolutely have to stay at the much overrated Palm this is a safe bet. It gains much from its smaller size. We stayed in a suite with view of the Burj Khalifa which is a nice touch. The suite has an oversized bathroom and would benefit from being smaller in size for the benefit of the room itself.
The pool area is also good. No crowds and chill place to relax during the day or after sweating it out in Dubai Mall which is within close proximity.
Breakfast is ok and they have a good restaurant connected to the hotel. The Em Cafe. You will actually see locals here which is nice.
During our stay in Dubai we also stayed one night at the palm on the hotel Zabeel Saray. A horrible experience in comparison and costs twice as much. I would not mind visiting Manzil Downtown again!

I don't recommend this place for family with kids, its very limited for place for children functions, but the location is great, very clean. I think because of shortage of stuff, there was only one Valle parking assistance, but he was very helpful and friendly. Also checking in was smooth, she was very friendly and polite. Room were ready for us. Also I asked to have a connecting room she helped me immediately. They have sanitizing spray machine, you have to pass through when arriving to the hotel, and temperature be checked also. I had good experience.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip in December. The hotel is beautiful and stylish and the room I was allocated had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to Dubai Mall. Given that all my meetings were in Academic City I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a taxi (even during peak times).
Unfortunately, I never had the time to use a lot of the facilities but I think this may now be my preferred hotel when visiting Dubai.
