Rooms: Modern, well equipped with pleasant air conditioning (not so drafty). Very comfortable beds.
Breakfast: Perfect for vegetarians too. Very good selection and extremely high quality of food. In addition to the classics, there are also homemade juices, hummus, mezze, labneh, etc. You can also order freshly made egg dishes, wraps, sandwiches, waffles, French toast, vegan tofu scramble and much more. 5 stars for breakfast! We booked early check-in and were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast on the day of arrival (arrival at 6 a.m.).
Pool: Very nice pool as well as the loungers. The first-class service from the lifeguard is particularly noteworthy. He brought towels extremely quickly and without being asked and regularly asked whether we would like to order something to drink or eat. We booked this hotel for a stopover for two nights. The hotel is appealing (the breakfast room slightly less) and very suitable for a short stay. For a longer stay, the normal rooms and pool are rather too small. The service in reception is very good and helpful. We booked a trip in advance (sunrise in the desert with a sand dune ride) via the internet. We received mail from the organizer with the information that the driver arrived a little later, but after half an hour Sandeep from the reception on his initiative called the organizer and asked when the driver arrived. that was a very nice service from him. Attached to the hotel (in the same building but without internal connection) are two very good restaurants, one Spanish and one Italian. Hotel guests get a 10% discount there, so you should let them know in the restaurants.

A wonderful location, incredibly helpful staff. Housekeeping was timely and attentive, and the breakfast in particular is top notch. It was nice to get a solid eggs Benedict.
The hotel is close to the Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa, Fountain, and the promenades of Old Town.

Absolutely fantastic service. I'll go back with out question. And Linda and Radesh are the best! The location is very convenient, close to the metro, and valet services are situated very well for easy access. I liked having a ton in the bathroom and having breakfast included was very wise and recommended.

The Vida Downtown was our choice of stay as we wanted to be in the City, we usually stay at Jebel Ali on the second palm, but this hotel was excellently located, literally 5 mins walk from the Burj Khalifa and Mall,
The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, they were very attentive and all enjoyed being able to help us. We stayed Bed & Breakfast only as our friends who we met there were going on to the Maldives after 3 days of our meet (we flew out to surprise them) we did anticipate leaving and going to our old haunt of JA Palm Tree Court, but as the location, food, and Hotel were so nice, we stayed here for the whole 6 days we were in Dubai.
The manager/Polish/Scottish lady was very nice the waiters and waitresses were so attentive. A real chill in Dubai and a great point to venture to other places... Dubai Marina/Burj Al arab etc.
The room was nice, we were on the 6th floor, but all in all a really lovely hotel for the cost. I agree with the sun hitting the pool, but I guess that's what happens when they build around you, but never the less a lovely pool and chill out area... on a side note the pool manager/lifeguard was always cleaning the area, making sure you were ok with ice water and when little ones/youngsters were in the pool, he never took his eyes off them.... excellent care.

A group of 4 of us arrived in Dubai at 12.30am & our booking.com accommodation was very difficult to find as we didn’t receive a very specific address.our taxi driver took us to ‘Hotel Boulevarde’ which he thought was near our location…. Sandeep the concierge & Sandeep the security went out of their way to help us! They took Pam & I into the air-con, made numerous attempts to call our host & even allowed me wifi so I could check on our daughter who was in labour with her second baby in Australia at the time. Thank you so much! You made our initial arrival into Dubai so much easier than it would have been. We eventually got into our accommodation at 3am. Thank you to the two Sandeep!
