We stayed at the Grosvenor house 5* hotel from 09.22-09.30.23, we chose this hotel on the recommendation of our best travel agent @travelkruiz, and as always we were not mistaken. The location of the hotel is very convenient - within walking distance are shops, pharmacies, Marina mall, Jumeirah Beach promenade. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, but you need to cross 2 roads with active traffic or take a comfortable transfer that runs every 15 minutes. The beach is free - umbrellas, sun loungers, towels. Beach backpacks are provided at the reception for hotel guests free of charge. You can also use the entire territory of the Le royal meridian 5* hotel. There is a free shuttle to shopping centers. The food is above all praise - especially the seafood dinners on Fridays - there is so much to offer: crabs, oysters, caviar... Free fresh juice and ice cream are available by the pool during the day. Everything is very clean, the hotel has its own signature aroma, which will remain in our memory for a long time. The rooms are cleaned several times a day, even in the evening they prepared the room for bed, we never had to remind them that we had run out of shower gel or shampoo, supervisor Suman personally monitored the cleanliness of the room and asked if everything was okay, this care was very pleasant. The hotel impressed us with its hospitality, attentive and polite staff. The entire team of employees are great professionals, I would especially like to highlight Karyna Suiarko, Kamilla, Ahmed - employees who are always ready to help you and resolve all issues instantly. We will definitely return here with pleasure again and again!

This was our third visit to this hotel to celebrate my 60th Birthday. We always save for the big occasions and there is no better destination than the Grosvenor House. Not cheap when travelling from the UK but guaranteed value for money! It is difficult to add anything to previous reviews that accurately reflect just how good this place is. I can only assume they have an exceptional senior leadership team who have mastered the art of extracting discretionary effort out of all their staff. The staff are wonderful and deliver authentic, quality customer service with every interaction.
We arrived on a Saturday morning having caught the overnight flight from Manchester. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and given almost immediate access to our room which we didn’t expect to be able to access until the afternoon. ( they did this last time also - a very nice and generous gesture) We has asked for an upper floor and were accommodated in a fabulous room on the 37th floor that had amazing views.
The standard of rooms and food is also exceptional. Our room was made up Impeccably each day and turned down each night. ( a cake, card and bottle of wine left on one occasion, wishing me a happy birthday!!!)
We ate in Sloanes which was also outstanding. Staff attentive and welcoming with the best hotel food you will experience. You can eat in other restaurants with your half board allowance which we did in our previous visit. The selection and quality at Sloanes however ( both good and service) is so good it’s difficult to peel yourself away to go anywhere else as you just can’t believe it could get any better. We will visit others on our next visit!
We used the shuttle bus to go to the beach each day at their sister hotel which is just across the road. You can walk there in a few minutes, although the shuttle bus negates you having to cross the busy highway.
The hotel location is also right on the Marina, so affords you the opportunity to go for a morning or evening stroll and visit some of the local restaurants and shopping Mall if you so wish.
It’s difficult ( virtually impossible) to find any fault at all with this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that the hotel bars were relatively empty during our stay. I suspect this is due to the prices of wine and beer and wondered if the atmosphere may be Improved by attracting more customers by perhaps reducing the alcohol prices. They do happy hour in most bars between 6 and 8 pm however still very expensive compared to the UK. I’m not sure if this is achievable to reduce prices as don’t know local tax levies etc and may also be deemed disrespectful to the local culture.
I would conclude by saying this was another fabulous stay and are already saving for our next special occasion. My advice to anyone considering booking this hotel would be - Book It… You will not be disappointed.
Well done to everyone at the Grosvenor House.
Jon and Maureen

An extremely good location right on the Marina, Phenomenal staff! Such kindness, welcoming, friendliness I have not experienced in any other hotel in the world although I am quite an often traveler. No problems with check in and check out. Nice and well equipped rooms. Rooms have balcony so you do not need AC if you do not like it. Extremely nice bar on the 44 floor.
Things that I did not like: 1. Too soft bed 2. You have always to wait at least 15 min until hot water comes to a shower 3. Only head shower 4. Inconsistent preparation of a room for a night. We were two persons in a room but a bed was prepared absolutely always just for one person 5. Breakfast as for 5 stars hotel had quite limited options (I compare it with Conrad Etihad Towers hotel Abu Dhabi), many dishes not tasty enough and breakfast staff are extremely slow: long waiting for coffee and used plates to be removed. 6. Lamps in the hotel lobby and common areas were very poor looking, not from glass but just tissue so when you enter to the hotel you absolutely do not have a feeling that enter to the luxury hotel. 7. TV in a room very often did not show clear picture, had interruptions in transmitting.
I visited Burj Khalifa- fast track ticket really recommended because you never know how crowded it can be.
Fountains shows can be perfectly observed without any payment or tickets just standing outside the Dubai Mall. You can go on Boardwalk but buy a ticket just for one time show and if you want you can stay there for several shows without additional tickets
Dubai Mall aquarium is small and is absolutely enough to explore it from outside without a ticket (I had a ticket and it was unnecessary)
Visit remains of Dinosaur and Chinatown in Dubai Mall, and fountain inside it
Tours Wonders with Nada were really brilliant.
Visit Alserkal avenue and you will have a filling that you are in a Meat point district of New York.

Our third time to stay at Grosvenor House and we would not stay anywhere else in Dubai. The reception areas in both towers are stunning, what magnificent floral arrangements and you never pass by a member of staff without being asked are you ok, can they do anything to help you. The same applies to check-in staff, the drivers who took us to/from the airport, the guys who take your luggage to your room, the laundry service staff, the staff at the pools and the spa, and especially the staff in the Level 5 lounge who go above and beyond to make sure everything is ok for you. Our spacious room with balcony on the 6th floor of Tower 2 was beautifully serviced twice a day by Rasika who kept the place spotless and left plenty of fresh towels, water etc and little turn-down treats in the evening. We felt cocooned in luxury and didn't want to leave! As many have said, it truly is the staff who make this hotel so special, they are highly trained and very professional and proud of the service they offer and we thank every single person we came in contact with for looking after us so well. The choice of restaurants and bars in the hotel is phenomenal and having access to the Royal Meridien's lovely beach and pool facilities is a huge bonus too. Location on the marina means great views and easy access to the marina walkways for strolls in the cooler evenings.

We had the most amazing holiday at Grosvenor House, the location is perfect and the views from every bar and restaurant are just amazing especially the views over the marina on an evening.
We had 2 rooms on the 34th floor which were connecting rooms perfect for our family of 5, the rooms were cleaned daily along with bedding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in!
We were on a half board basis and you are spoilt for choice for restaurants as you also can use those at the Meridian, we loved siddharta lounge, Zengo and indigo, sloanes buffet was also amazing so much choice and again great views over the marina.
Location is perfect, situated along the marina which was lovely for a morning or evening stroll and it was walking distance to the Meridien if you didn’t want to wait for the shuttle bus.
The pools are small but still lovely and very peaceful compared to those over at the Meridien, more suited to adults but our children still enjoyed them, you also get complimentary water/ juice and fruit which you don’t get at the Meridien.
All staff were amazing so polite and couldn’t do enough for you, I would like to mention Edwin C who worked over at the Meridian who found my daughters UV top which she had left in the pool side toilets. He looked everywhere to find us, even walking up and the down the beach, thank you Edwin what a credit he is to you!
We also got caught in the worst storm Dubai had seen in 75 years and the service and advice we received was amazing especially when we had ti extend our stay due to cancelled flights.
Thanks again for a beautiful stay we will be back soon.

We are regular visitors to Dubai and we always stay at Grosvenor House. There are so many beautiful hotels in Dubai we could choose from. However, every time we stay at GH we are looked after like a VIP. They also know we are staying in Dubai visiting our daughter who lives there. For that reason the hotel always gives us a room upgrade to either a suite or on many occasions a 2 bedroom apartment so our daughter can stay with us if she wants during our stay. What makes this hotel special for us are the staff. They are so polite and friendly and nothing is a problem for them. We have stayed so many times now that it is so nice to be remembered by many staff and welcomed back to the hotel. The bed, bed linen and pillows are just amazingly comfortable. The gentlemen who tidy your room are so meticulous and thorough, they do an amazing job. It was my wifes birthday while we were there and the hotel provided a lovely cake and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. You get 2 hotels in 1 if you stay here. You have the added benefit of being able to use the facilities of their sister hotel, Le Royal Meridien, which is a 5 minute shuttle bus journey which the hotel provides free every 15 minutes morning and night. That hotel has a more resort feel about it. It has 3 large pools, 2 with swim up bars. They have huge grassed areas in the grounds with numerous well spaced out sun loungers so you never feel as though you are sitting on top of other people while sunbathing. This leads down to the beach where there are further sun loungers and a great beach bar. The pool and pool bar staff during the day are amazing. They work very hard every day, sometimes in very difficult conditions because of the heat, looking after everyone and they are a credit to the hotel. All the restaurants at both hotels, which if you are on half board basis you can use, are of a very high quality. We especially enjoyed both Zengo (Thai) and Indya (Indian) at the R.M. The staff in both always remember us from our previous visits which is very endearing. We have stayed at Le Royal Meridien once before and again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, G.H. has that little extra class about it which we personally love and the staff are just the best you will find anywhere in the world, I can't praise them highly enough. It's a special place for us and we are always made to feel like it's our home away from home. Thank you to all the staff who help make everyone's stay so special. The Tait family.

Above all praise!!! The staff is at the highest level, always polite, smiling and ready to help. After problems with the safe, they brought a bottle of wine in a bucket with ice and a large plate of fruit to the room!!! They printed a personalized card as an apology. For my birthday they also brought me a bottle of champagne and a cake. We were vacationing with friends, instead of two rooms we were offered one, with three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a dressing room, at no extra charge!! The room is chic and fresh. All shampoos, gels are branded, perfumed. The cost of the can is $75. The food in the restaurant is gorgeous, shrimp, tuna, steaks, the choice is very large and everything is very tasty. Gorgeous desserts, just look at their cheesecake. Undoubtedly the best service we have ever experienced. The location is great, right next to the Marina canal, the beach is 10 minutes on foot or the same by bus, which runs frequently. The entire infrastructure of le royal meridian is at your disposal. I could go on and on for a long time, but believe me, it’s not for nothing that this hotel ranks 4th in tourist reviews among more than 800 hotels on this site.

Pros. A Dubai-style luxury hotel, sparkling clean throughout. Magical views of Dubai Marina. Possibility to use the beach infrastructure and restaurants of the neighboring Le Royal Meridien (shuttle there - every 15 minutes). Decent buffet at Sloane's. Nice gym. Minuses. Postings in restaurants. Somehow in Russia we have lost the habit of poking around with accounts; here we have to remember these skills. If Toro Toro stupidly added 240 dirhams to the account, then at Al Khaima the account was correct, but they tried to write off a larger amount from the deposit. The explanations about a “failure in the system,” and always to the greater extent, were somehow not impressive. Restaurants don’t hand out bills (which is crazy for Russia), so take pictures. Cleaning. At first it was good, but later the cleaner scored, despite leaving a tip. On the last day I arrived after 16-00, despite the fact that the Make up room button was on in the morning. Moronic rules for teenagers 14-15 years old. You can’t be alone by the pool (my son is as tall as me), you can’t go to the spa and gym at all, even with your parents. Children 3 and 14 years old are fed on half board according to the same Kids menu, although the teenager was paid for the accommodation as an adult. Crowded beach of Le Royal Meridien. At 10 am it is impossible to find a free place; all sunbeds are covered with towels in the best traditions of Anapa (most of them are empty). The staff doesn’t react to this in any way, they say, it’s your problem, go to the children’s splash pool, there is room there. On the beach they don’t sign up for Grosvenor’s number, you have to carry money with you, even pay for water. The SPA is a kind of hammam - hot and without steam. It's like a tiled sauna. The sauna is very hot and the air is dry. On the last evening we decided to take advantage of the “privileges” of the premier room and try some free drinks on the 5th floor. The uncle at the entrance turned around with the words “shorts are not allowed,” as if we had come to the Vienna Opera)) At the same time, in the Rhodes hotel restaurant, where we went for dinner after that, no one mentioned the dress code)). My son left his favorite cap with Ak Bars symbols at the Al Khaima restaurant in the evening. Again, in Russia in an hour she would have been in our room. Here I had to go to the reception of Le Royal Meridien in the morning - “we don’t know anything.” I got to the restaurant at lunchtime - the waiter said that he had given the cap to the cleaner, ask at the reception. There again - “we haven’t seen, we don’t know.” Apparently, among the local workers there are also fans of our hockey)) A trifle, but unpleasant.

Great hotel - most of the staff excel and go above and beyond, it's difficult to name them as there are honestly so many including all those behind the scenes (the teams who clean the room balconies and pool areas, the gardeners, the WhatsApp team, the back of house team, etc..).
Check in was quick, no welcome drink offered. Room was great, very comfortable bed, housekeeping and turndown were fabulous with the best staff who work so hard to exceed expectations of guests. A real stand out.
Some areas which would really benefit from some attention. Thea(?) Duty Manager could use some training, the glares and stares from her spoke volume, all whilst staring daggers - literally if looks could kill. It’s just bad hospitality. Not a great impression for a hotel of this standard were staff are mostly so genuine and helpful. Some new staff standing by the lifts were unfortunately irritating (delaying you when trying to catch a taxi etc) and could benefit from training in judging when not to stop/engage guests especially when it's obvious they are in a hurry and this was mentioned by a few guests who didn't want to meet in reception area to avoid this so we'd have to meet elsewhere.
Breakfast selection was huge and mostly good quality but wasn't a great experience - extremely long queues, very noisy and no quiet area so not relaxing to having crying babies, kids screaming etc when trying to enjoy the experience. Would benefit from a second separate area with an age restriction and there is enough space to do this.
Evening dessert selection is average at best most desserts need a lot of work. A great concept but needs tweaking and fine tuning as we noticed the desserts in lounge area were superior so perhaps they have a different pastry chef? The same for breakfast pastries, they were often dry and unappetising.
Sun loungers could benefit from upgrading to more comfortable 5* replacements to maintain the luxury title. The music in Tower 1 could be improved to match standard of music in Tower 2 and the speakers were too loud at times.
No dryer in spa area for wet things or plastic bags to put wet things in. Guests were expected to carry wet suits through the hotel in their hands.

Once again our stay at The Grosvenor House hotel was exquisite. The standards at this hotel are exceptionally high and from the minute you arrive you are made to feel like a truly valued guest. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated . The attention to detail is second to none. Daily housekeeping made it feel like you were checking in to a new room each day with extra special touches that made it a delight to return to your room. The location of this hotel is excellent for making any trips out in Dubai. Situated right on the marina made it pleasant to go out on a walk on the evenings. My daughter had an injury to her toe whilst we were there and the care and attention she received was wonderful. The staff in Level 5 were exceptional, breakfast and the afternoon teas we partook in every day were a culinary delight. I highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. The staff, the location and the quality of the dinning options made it a most enjoyable, relaxing stay.
