We stayed in June in a Spectacular Room. The room decor and view is great. The hotel decor in general is unreal. The restaurants are good and the breakfast is exceptional. We would certainly visit again however the major issue with our stay was the building works. Virgin Holidays were appalling and only advised us of the works 12 hrs before arrival. Upon arrival it was clear that the works had been going on for sometime. Once the issue was raised with Virgin there response times and content of response where totally unacceptable. My tip would be to book your own flights and hotel as Virgin provide you with nothing whatsoever!
Beautiful hotel on the Palm. Lovely restaurant experiences at Akira Back & Torno Subito. Rooftop bar Sobe has latin american theme with spectacular sunset views. Great pool area & facilities. Excellent service from friendly staff. Rooms are spacious & modern.
W the palm, LIV restaurant is a wonderful restaurant. Lot of options in buffet, beautiful interior and most importantly the team. Special mention to RJ Ryann quick, professional and polite Will visit again soon.
My wife and I booked a 6 day stay at W for my 50th Birthday celebration. The room was excellent the staff is outstanding we had a wonderful stay. I want to thank one of the managers. Our driver wasn't due to arrive until late on the day we checked out. The manager allowed us to stay in the room until 8pm at no additional cost. It's service like that and the extreme friendliness of the entire staff that I highly recommend this hotel.
Great quiet peaceful place with great service, clean rooms, private beach and an absolute 5 star treatment. Thanks to Abodalha and the rest of the team for the clean rooms during our stay. I will return with kids and family for a real vacation away from business.
The hotel has a unique design with prime location at the palms, the rooms is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is reach, hotel has good selections for dining and entertainment options, it is very recommended to stay on
The whole place is wholesome, the staff from A to Z they’re all nice even at the restaurant they’re all friendly and kind and very helpful. The wheels department Mohammed Rehan was so professional and quick on downing his job not to mention his hospitality
I stayed at the W Dubai- The Palm hotel with my family (3 young children) for 4 nights. My stay here was quite amazing, I was impressed with all the location, the service, the staff and the room itself. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to deliver and make sure our stay was hassle free. On one occassion, my wife lost her phone and we realised it had been left behind in the Uber taxi. The hotel security team, especially Ishaaq Iqbal went above and beyond to track down the phone and eventually recovered it for us the next morning. Thank you very much. The other staff at the reception desk and at the beach were also very friendly and hospitable to us and all of our children. The beach itself was really nice, the water was warm and the sea was quite calm, so it's perfect for children. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.…
Great time at the hotel and Abdel Mohamed at Rayna Tours was especially helpful ensuring we had a great time. He sorted out the Desert Safari which was thrilling, Aquaventure water park which surpassed all expectations and Burj Kalifa. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Looking forward to coming back to the W again.
Mixed feelings about this hotel. The service and quality were five stars, but the hardware and design is just a little strange. The service was brilliant. We arrived on an overnight flight and the hotel allowed us into our room at 7am, and encouraged us to have breakfast, which was excellent. The staff from check in to pool service were brilliant - efficient and personal. The concierge desk helped us book cars and make restaurant reservations, including re-booking all our reservations when plans were changed. All restaurants are excellent - the Italian offering very good value for money, too. The hotel hardware is strange though, especially for such a new hotel. Rooms are dated (evidenced by new Ws receiving a different design aesthetic). The hotel has also built lots of small pools (beyond the Wet Deck), which probably work in theory but not in reality. If you’re looking for a crashpad and a party, the W probably fits the bill - and you’ll have a great time! We extended our stay in Dubai, but booked a different hotel instead.…
