Everything is impeccable from the location in the beautiful Dubai Marina area, rooms with beautiful views, amenities, nice bathroom with a large shower cabin (brilliant!), cleanliness (daily room cleaning), staff kindness, entertainment and facilities for guests, swift immediate input from the reception and staff, fast internet connection in the rooms (even on floor 15), complimentary water that is replenished anytime the guest needs, tea and coffee facilities in the room (very helpful for longer stays), rooms are really sound-proof (a rare feature in a hotel). Rooms have an automatic temperature system, so if you don’t want the AC to start by itself in the evening before you come back at the hotel, you should leave the window open before going out. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from major points in Dubai, including Dubai Marina Mall, JBR Beach, DMCC metro station, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates (at specific hours), which is a great service for all guests wanting to reach these points quickly and at no costs. Wonderful staff, checked in immediately upon arrival at 10:00, even though check in at 4:00.
