Absolute fantastic stay. Roger was exceptional and made our stay THE BEST, he went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were looked after.He definitely deserves a promotion 😉 he’s absolutely brilliant. Also the lovely Romalene. Again she went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. They are both Such hard workers and they are an asset to this hotel. I normally don’t write reviews however our stay has been amazing (made extra special by Roger at the front desk and Romalene the cleaning lady) and the best hotel we have stayed in (different countries including England) Breakfast was amazing and hotel was so clean. Very welcoming atmosphere. The swimming pool in the roof was lovely and great views. Location is great and about 5/10 mins to metro station and about 10 mins to mall of emirates. family get together Very happy with the service the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble overall the hotel was very nice and clean the room was a nice size we didn't try any of the amamenities in the hotel but they looked right and fit for purpose if required. The hotel room keeper was great romalenne from the Philippines 🇵🇭 was very nice and friendly she went out of her way to make sure your room was clean and tidy and comfortable for you she is a great asset the holiday inn dubai has working for them if we ever go back to dubai then we wouldn't hesitate on booking the hotel again big thanks to all the staff for making are stay a good one regards steve and analyn lyford

Visited saloon inside the hotel.. Worst experience ever.. Did kertin for 500 aed they are using cheap products iits literally turned back to the previous stage.. And when I ask them for refund as nothing happened they said they can't such a worst experience, only visited this property bez of ihg barnd name but nothing hpned. Don't trust this hotel and stafffs..
