i went to luna sky bar to celebrate my birthday with my friends overall was perfect, alot of entertement ,we enjoyed too much, Dj was so nice, staff are amazing and frendly , really luna the best bar in dubai.

This is a four seasons boutique hotel with all facilities that you can and like to have. It is 15 minutes from the airport, and you are in the middle of the finance district. With the Marble walk around the corner, it is even very convenient to make your walk to the different towers.

I visited the outdoor pool at the Four Seasons DIFC as a day visitor and I was blown away with the impeccable service. From the moment I made my booking with Mohamed the assistant manager, to the second I arrived and was greeted by Merza and Sam, my every need was anticipated before I even knew I needed or wanted it. Their attention to detail was second to none and they truly made my holiday so much more enjoyable with their first class service. They are truly an asset to the Four Seasons hotel and it is such a rarity to come across such great treatment and service. For this reason, I booked again for a further two days. A superb experience with a management and staff that truly make an effort. From check-in through departure, I experienced some of the best personalized service globally. Good experience ruined by terrible valet. Free parking for 3 hours if validated. Get to the stand with 3 minutes to spare. Takes them 5 minutes to ring the ticket ... Attrocious. As a frequent guest of the hotel, I wouldn't expect such ridiculous service when I come for lunch!

Fantastic location in the middle of DIFC accompanied by a great service. The night manager (Chawky) accommodated any issues I had in a late time and the whole staff is always top-notch at any given time . Highly recommend due to the location and service.

I was extremely impressed with how friendly, and attentive the staff were at the Four Seasons. I met a colleague at the Penrose Lounge I was treated as royalty by Rema, or Remah. She was not only friendly, was knowledgeable, educating us on Dubai, the shops, and even her country Uganda. The Four Season clearly excels and I wasn't even a guest. Next time, I will be a guest.

Truly excellent Four Seasons well located in DIFC with lots of high quality restaurants nearby. High quality rooms and finishes throughout the hotel as you would expect. However what makes this hotel truly special (even for a Four Seasons) is the excellent personal service and attention from staff. Being a relatively small hotel (c100 bedrooms) leads to a very personal service - staff remember your name and your personal preferences (where you like to sit; which drink you prefer etc). A particular shout out to Felix who runs the Penrose lounge - he embodies everything that is great about Four Seasons - a superb professional. Also Doran and the other staff at the rooftop bar who are so friendly. The concierge and front desk staff were also super helpful. Has to be the best hotel in DIFC.…
