My wife and I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hilton King's Ranch. The hotel is charming and intimate, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We upgraded to an executive king room, which included access to the executive lounge. The lounge was a highlight of our stay! The complimentary drinks and snacks available from 12pm to 9pm (except for a short break at 5pm) were a fantastic perk. The happy hour dinner from 6pm to 9pm was especially impressive with its delicious and beautifully presented dishes. We want to give a special shoutout to Howaida Gamal and Mohamed Khaled for their exceptional service and positive attitudes – they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's beautiful gardens are also a highlight, as we noticed they host several weddings. It's clear that the hotel is a popular choice for outdoor ceremonies. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the Hilton King's Ranch and would highly recommend it to others.

I stayed here for 12 days but always pleased with the good service special from Howida Gamal & Mohamed Khaled in the Lounge. The rooms are a good size and the pool is really long with a good pool bar. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Internet Workshop also.

The very good food. We order a ribeye, and the meat was very good, soft and very tasty. The waiter Atif was very very attentive and prestative. The place is very beautiful and clearly, on side from a big swimming pool. I recommend a lot.

Food was delicious and gamil and karima were fantastic servers. Would recommend for anyone visiting the hotel who likes Mediterranean food.
The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes will fill a grown man easily.

The staff has been very generous and supportive and that is something you really enjoy while starting your vacation.
Wael, the manager helped with organization of taxis and tours to make our stay more comfortable.
Muhamed Ali was also very helpful.
In general our stay was pleasant.
The hotel could improve on some aspects like the quality of the coffee and the rooms weren’t as clean as one would expect from a 5 star hotel, for instance the carpets felt sticky 🫣
If you need to stay in Alexandria I would say that you should have a nice stay in the large pool and bar (with alcohol). A beer as a reference was costing 130 Egyptian pounds so not bad compared to the prices of my last experiencie in Hilton Doha.
